  5. Since the start of Souther counter offensive, Out of 25k soldiers on the right bank of Dnepr in Kherson Oblast, approximately 2.5k dead, 5k wounded, unknown number surrounded. Most of the surrounded soldiers have lost 10-15kg of weight due the lack of supplies comming across the river. Winter time will be crazy for the rest of them… Well unless Russia counts that with more dead soldiers, the flow of the supplies would be less demanding

  6. Like for Leap, there are also some abilities that can teleport without any cost if the "jump" is cancelled before the impact on the target. Free teleport can have many advantage, like moving in despite of an immobilizing effect on self, survivability, ect. That doesnt break Blade Turning or other effects cleared on move. That work with this list : Leap and upgrades (Barbarian, Bounding Boots) Flagellant's Path and upgrade (Monk) No Quarter (Rakhan's Field Boots) Hunter's Pounce (Ngati's Tusk) Stelgaer's Lunge (Slayer's Claw, Barbarian, Fighter, Paladin) Others like Escape etc doesnt work for free since their effects are instant.

  9. pnp hellfire rays is far less op, as long as you got a sane gm who ain't gonna engage in purposeful obtuse and pretend as if hellfire rays do damage other than hellfire. hellfire does 50% o' its damage via mundane fire and 50% by means o' unholy energy. the original description for hellfire in the book of the damned splat book observes a protection from evil spell negates all the unholy damage. furthermore, unholy damage does zippo to evil beings. so, hellfire rays, which curious enough do not have the fire descriptor and thus do not benefit from any fire enhancing spells/powhaz/abilities, only do half damage if you had forethought to cast protection from evil, a level 1 cleric spell... again, assuming hellfire rays use hellfire. please note flame strike, and a few other spells, damage enemies via 1/2 elemental and 1/2 divine. unlike unholy, divine is one o' those rare untyped damages. is no good reason to assume hellfire rays does 1/2 damage via divine. converse, ordinary critical and construction has us reading hellfire and hellfire ray as doing same damages particular in the absence o' clear evidence to the contrary. brief aside, 'cause am not particular interested and am thinking is no need for a right answer, but virtual all pathfinder spells which target souls fail against constructs, undead, elementals and outsiders. however, true resurrection is an exception. is a singular exception and even trap the soul, a level eight spell, fails when targeting outsiders. hellfire rays is a level six spell, so... ... am such a nerd to remember this nonsense; am so embarrassed. nevertheless, while is not how wotr hellfire rays is implemented, according to the diabolist prestige class entry, when a diabloist converts elemental spells to hellfire, the rays gain the evil and lawful descriptor. would at least explain why you may target demons with hellfires and they do not shrug off the unholy portion o' the damage. *groan* can't believe we once again engaged full nerd mode. HA! Good Fun! ps with a level o' sorc, and perhaps one-to-three of loremaster, ember may be useful as something other than a spammer o' hellfire rays. "enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat." that said, ember is extreme useful as a blaster and is not difficult to build her as such. after all, wotr is a game. obviously wotr ain't pro football, but is still a game.

  10. This weekend I completed the Tour de Cure. I was able to reach the Championship fundraising level with the rest of my team, and we raised $31,373 total for the year. Our group was the biggest non-corporate fundraisers at the event. It was a perfect day for a long ride and I managed to complete the 100-mile route at an average speed of 18.9 mph. I hung with my team until mile 66, and then the group started to split and I ended up in the 2nd group with a partner. We rolled together for the rest of the time. I felt really good about my nutrition, which is always the tricky part of these 5+ hour rides. Special shoutout to my mysterious benefactor from these forums.

  13. But rather bad =/= bad Top Tier > Very good > Good > Okay > Mehish > rather bad > bad > Perplexing Sap But even, saying it's rather bad was probably exagerated. I probably played it with a not suited build. I still think that an ability should be able to be slightly better on its own and slightly more rewarding in the right circonstance, but I can see why it is suitable in the right chain. Still I will put Plague of Insects at Top Tier rank (bar poison immunity, but I have to remember that a single scroll saved me from those Woedica fanatics), Insect Swarm at Very Good, and Infestation of Maggots somewhere between Okay (with support) and Rather Bad (on its own). It is not exceptional but do its part in the right build (which happens to be a quite common druid build so...).

Sorry for another post, but Oh My God, this is so ****ing ridiculous… It has been translated from a pro-Russian Telegram Z-Channel… source included… If anyone was still wondering, why Russia is so incompetent on the battlefield, and why they got kicked out of Kyiv so fast, this will give you another hint…

  20. Ok, got it. The vanilla Dragon Summon has a buggy Frightening aura. It is supposed to proc every 3s for Infinite duration, 3s based duration and 15m radius. But the pulse duration is strangely written 1000E9 so it only procs once when the dragon is initially summoned. So I've just added a couple of goodies to Dragon special attacks without increasing their number (you'll see Overbearing Knockdown...), fixed the Frightening aura (reduced the AoE to 2.5m radius), added Fire Immunity (so can feel safe summoning the dragon Vs fire based foes) and I think it will be fine. Still won't beat the 4 weapons gangbang at dealing auto attack damages, but now has a good amount of utility. The drake will have 5 uses of its abilities, but I think it's good this way due to increased duration.

  25. Yes, by repeating casting before the effect is over. Dispersed Suffering work on skelies kill, and from any weapon kill ( Thunderous Report for example, with Frostfall in the other hand, proc potentially a lot of Dispersed Suffering attack (vs will)) Spamming FF but with a very short Enfeebled effect, because the affliction is refreshed when applyed a second time. When this effect is over (Enfeebled), a new Enfeebled effect cause a new +50% of the duration, but not only the current duration (the totale duration since the prolonged effect began, taking ito account how many time it was refreshed too : I dont know if I am clear). If you want, I made builds based on Dispersed Suffering and an other based on Enfeebled (not for copy the builds, I made them only for sharing these powerful discovering)

  28. X is the first value 1., listed as "concelhault's Crushing Doom". the 15s duration is affected by int and PL but not from crit since it is an auto-hit. This effect can be refreshed by another casting of the spell, or Enfeebled (especially with the Low-Int FF monk technic) or Dispersed Suffering. The two other hostile effects are 2. the %damage and 3. the +xacc for the spell. They are triggered by the pulses (every 3s during the first effect) that is vs deflection. They also are affected by Int and Pl but also crit (15s base too). This is not these effects you refresh with a new cast during the spell effect. The first effect end by an immunity (for the effects 2 and 3) to the target, that mean if the spell end (I mean the first effect), all the spell is over (2. and 3. too).

  29. Very excited about CDPR's future Witcher franchise games. But also very curious about what "Hadar" will be. We know it will definitely be an RPG, and it will be "distinct from Witcher and Cyberpunk." So sci-fi?

  30. It’s nice that they did a great adaptation of books series I enjoyed as a kid. I never quite connected with the concept of being tied to something purely because I happened to be born on land within the same political jurisdiction as a company/artist/sports team. Really, in gaming what company location indicates is that most likely in that it relatively cheap to run a studio there. Not sure, if it is something I would feel particularly proud of.

  34. Actually, that idea has merit. This house has lots a lot of hall closet. I could tear out the shelving and turn the one at the end into a "server room". Make a vent/fan to the roof in it, stick in shallow A/C unit on the wall, run net, monitor wires through wall holes, a USB hub on the wall near the floor (or something). ...hahaha. Yeah, no.
