  3. it's now the second time I've spent the better part of a day with a complete stranger in civilian clothes who turned out to be a chief warrant officer ... the first was on a plane from Salt Lake to SD -- then today at orientation, one of our group served twenty-two years and retired CWO-3 ... didn't get a chance to ask his specialty but we spoke briefly about inroads female Marines have earned there is no god but our dumb luck to work at a place with the highest outreach to veterans in the state makes us believe in her

  4. I can make a compelling argument that wine with food/cheese is a type of the structure of the overall meal. I have noticed what is unusual in CPT compared to JHB is that many restaurants offer set 2 and 3 course meals, you have some choices but not a full menu option, for a very reasonable price ..and wine is often included as the " wine pairing " option. So its mandatory ( of course you can chose not to take the wine pairing for an even cheaper price but we dont need to tell your friends that ) When you make the point position it as a " gastronomic and inclusive eating out evolution " ...Gorthfuscious, you know it makes sense

  5. Dont worry, somethings stay the same. Not only have I not given up cheese but I have moved to Cape Town which means I get to eat more cheese AND drink/learn about complimentary food wines that are produced on the various Wines Farms

  11. she has done a handful o' wh daily press briefings in the past six month and none in the last three. why even have a wh press secretary? that kinda slacker effort deserves only one response more serious, the lying is not gonna decrease. sean spicer, on day one, equivocated 'bout crowd size at the inauguration. after getting an earful from the President, spicer came out the following day and adamant defended trump lies. nothing has changed since day 2. only difference is sanders were obvious more comfortable fabricating untruths on behalf o' the President. 'ccording to mueller report, she went so far as to concoct her own lies on the spot as 'posed to simple transmitting trump lies. so, spicer were a reluctant but complicit co-conspirator and sanders were an active participant in wh efforts to mislead. if we see unnatural progression continue, then next wh press secretary will be bernie madoff... right after trump pardons him. HA! Good Fun!

  15. Thank you so much guys for finishing this great game I hope I can finally give it another try with all your fixes and balance changes! I‘ve been theorycrafting some builds and couldn‘t check it yet myself but did you guys make any changes to soul annihilation or turning the wheel? There seemed to be majorities for some changes in the poll and I don‘t find anything in the changelog. Anyhow thanks again and have a great day

  23. Legendary morningstar with +16 accuracy + modal (-25 Fort) + spirit frenzy (-10 fort from staggering) + chanter's long night (-10 fort) + aware inspiration +30% hit/crit conversion makes choosing PER over MIG a poor choice. Barbarian is one of the few classes that can crit the enemies without needing PER at all. You increase the raw damage you receive from frenzy, that's true. MIG increases the damage from carnage and while it may not seem to be a lot, when you apply 15-20dmg per carnage to everyone around the barbarian it makes a better investment than perception. DEX is not needed at all for SC barbarians. You get 0% recovery at level 13, and a +45% bonus action speed from frenzy + bloodlust.

  25. You and dunehunter both made valid points. I have mentioned 3 attacks, as arbitrary value to start the theorycrafting going. The initial reasoning was: Tempest provides 10% chance to skip next recovery. Blade Cascade has 5% chance, and since it is less reliable (cose it's lower) it could provide a triple benefit compared to Tempest proc, hence three skipped recoveries. But you've mentioned the fun-factor, and dunehunter that nobody picks Tempest. So I guess a compromise would be 5 attacks limit (in addition to 5s time limit)?

  26. Rogue? Rogue's pretty terrible with the Ultimate I'd say. I know of three people who started an Ultimate run: @thelee, @Raven Darkholme and jesussaysno. The last two seem to have paused or canceled their attempts. At least they don't stream it anymore.

  37. Pretty sure @MaxQuest figured it out on Reddit, (*) I have just rechecked the gamedatabundles. The values are still: 5, 10 and 15. But it's the scaling - is what I've got wrong. Self damage doesn't scale with power level at all. It scales with character's level in the following manner: tier1_dmg = [5 + 1 per CL] * dmg_bonuses tier2_dmg = [10 + 2 per CL] * dmg_bonuses tier3_dmg = [15 + 3 per CL] * dmg_bonuses Also I have checked ingame a level 4 bloodmage with 10 and 5 MIG: MIG10, LVL4: 27, 27, 18, 9 MIG5, LVL4: 23, 23, 17, 8 So the tier3 damage of 15, turned into 23: (15 + 3 *4) * (1 - 0.15) = 22.95 Don't know if this is still the case, but seems about right..I believe it randomly picks between the 3.

  38. Single class monk with the prestige at level 20. Transcendent suffering. Single: +80% damage, +22 accuracy, +6 pen Single with Nature godlike: +95% damage, +26 acc, +7 pen Multi class: +50% damage, +14 acc, +4 pen Multi class with nature godlike: +65% damage, +18 acc, +5 pen I didn't check anything else, if you multi class into another martial class then this is made up for by additional damage or other modifiers. If you multi class a monk into a caster you'll lose a decent chunk of accuracy, damage, and penetration.

  39. Maybe the souls are not enough to make a new god Oh probably not, I just was hoping for some sort of "gain personal power" option, because I specifically avoiding swearing to any of the gods in case there was such an option. Having some players get a bunch more soul power probably doesn't fit into the rest of the plot they have planned.

  40. Rymgands option is not really evil. I mean putting the misery out of souls and destroying them for no god to use and not leave them in limbo or deformed state back in the bodies of hollowborn seemed like a more practical choice. Skaen is not purely evil either more like under a dictatorship and removing political enemies for its own power its not like skaen would exterminate everything just for fun. Just saying the question as was put forward many times throughout the game is if hording power and knowledge Just like a dragon hordes its gold makes you evil? That said its not inheriently good either, more chaotic.

  41. Galawain. Because it was the right thing to do. The horrors of the Legacy could not be undone either way, what was done was done and nothing could change that. The only moral and rational thing to do was to strengthen those who lived. If you look backwards, you will act accordingly and thus move backwards as well. Best thing to do was to make the best of a horrible situation and look forward.
