  4. Depends on your definition of Good vs Bad. That's a single player game. What is sure is that it is unintentional. The discrepancy between Shifter and other Subclasses and the gamedata files themselves (I've spotted from where it comes, it is from some outdated overriding parameter that has no other effect) show that it was not intended. So for my part I will correct. I would feel like using a glitch.

  5. I posted this a page or two ago but since you brought it up it’s right on point. I won’t pretend to know the mind of Trump voters but I would imagine a good percentage of them are not voting for anything so much as against the alternative. No matter how horrible Trump was it doesn’t make Biden good. In 2016 I can almost guarantee you the majority of trumps support was opposition to Hillary.

  6. I see many are scared that Biden will allow too much "leftist" influence. I hope for America's sake that he will. This is a country that still doesn't have guaranteed paid holidays for workers, no paid sick leave (except in certain states), no protection against being unjustly fired from your job, the only OECD country that has no laws guaranteeing paid paternity/maternity leave...and where free (ish) healthcare isn't considered a human right. I'll add that 69% (!) of the population supports medicare for all. https://www.businessinsider.com/how-far-behind-the-us-is-in-offering-worker-protections-2019-7?r=US&IR=T#the-us-does-not-guarantee-paid-time-off-for-vacation-or-holidays-1 I'd go as far as to say this isn't even a "leftist" agenda anymore. It's just common sense.

  9. Agreed That's good naming for everything that Citzal stands for. I'm changing the weapon mod name to these ones. Whatever I keep in the end, that's perfect names Can't cast spell would make it impossible to cast with Citzal's Martial power. I doubt Citzal would have designed mutual exclusive spells. There is also another Tier 9 wizard spells vs spells. Protection vs spell is situational (Mage Slayer knows it) and I think it is better to have a dedicated spell for it. For both reasons, I feel it is a bit redundant. OK, this is doable but it is a bit redundant with Wall of Draining then. There is also another Tier 9 Wiz spells for dispell. And for extending duration... well I'm reluctant since we all know how degenerate it could become. Also extending your own incapacity to cast spells feel somewhat wrong. That said, I see plenty of people giving new ideas, that's nice, but I hadn't much feedback about my 100% Miss to Graze and 100% Crit to Hit. Don't get me wrong I don't claim it is perfect but I sincerely don't see why it could not be fitting and it is pretty unique IMHO as well as coded and working . I'm also thinking about rising a bit duration (25s->35s) since Tier 9 can harly benefit from much added PL. Version 1.4 as a whole is coded, tested and working. I'm just waiting a bit in case I have afterthoughts.

  10. Winter morning and I really wanted instant ramen noodles. They're so bad for you me, nothing but fat, salt and a zillion empty carbs, but oh so tasty now and then. So I added squash and cabbage, that makes it all right, right? (I know the pic is terrible/likely unappetizing - but I added lens flare to make up for it! )

  12. Yes, it's (1+ (22s*Int bonus / 3)) × 10% base damages x a Factor that depends on how you "refresh" the wound tick. Yep minimum 80% added damages.

  13. TOW had a 'coming soon' page/ news item/ notification on GOG, less than a week before release though. It was Larian's (late) decision to add the indev version of BG3, they originally said it would be Steam only. Same for Taleworlds with Bannerlord, for that matter. 'Trusted' studios do not need the full certification/ approval for GOG and it's basically certain none of those 3 games required active certification beyond the most basic level of making sure they'd run 'DRM free'. I would imagine PP is not seen as a 'gold standard' type game like the three above though, and is regarded as considerably more niche. (It is certainly pretty rare for previously released games to get pre-orders or coming soon announcements on GOG, but for most of their existence they've specifically been doing re-releases as their speciality. Most games there full stop don't get coming soon or pre-release announcements)

  14. Yesterday I tried a melee Bloodmage/Lifegiver Boar with Zandethu's Draconic Fury, Alacrity, Infuse, Merciless Gaze, Eldritch Aim, Llengrath's Safeguard and all that selfbuffing stuff. Wall of Draining prolongs the shift and all healing over time endlessly which is cool because you will have the extra +5 PL for healing spells all the time. The damage was also good. All the lashes of Draconic Fury and Wildstrike add up nicely. Of course that's all high-level stuff. Before that the melee dmg isn't that cool.

  16. this is an issue with all the mage subclasses. you really have to lean hard into their particular subclass - if you do so, then you're basically a wizard with +2 PL and a free perk. if you don't, you're going to feel extremely limited because of all the missing spells and the extra recovery. personally, conjurer is one of the main wizard specializations i would pick up anyway (evoker is probably the other one): the conjure familiar bonus spell is really great - guaranteed +1 generic PL on top of miscellaneous other bonuses [so even with the spells you have at +10% recovery, you can cast them at +1 PL which is a trade-off i'm happy to take; +1 generic PL also helps item usage]; have simultaneous access to slicken and deleterious alacrity of motion; and the recovery downside is only half-strength since many enchantment spells have no recovery. so fassina is an easy pick for me.

  18. Finished off Deponia 2. Same trick with the ending like the first, in a way with a surprise remote/cartridge. Wasn't too bad. Now to finish the third one, probably should grab Doomsday as well to just complete this.

  22. What's interesting for this election is how almost all error was in Trump's favor. I've heard explanations that range from lack of analysis of Facebook engagement to Qanon supporters, whatever the case is something clearly caused an underestimation of Trump support. Tonight I had to go to a meeting for work, some of the folks there were heavy Trump supporters who thought masks were useless because covid was fake, the Democrats stole the election and "arms need to be taken up", that voting Republican was fighting against communism, and Kamala Harris would destroy the country by doing something they couldn't outright say but were very convinced of. This is just a bunch of drunk dipsticks who should probably learn to close their mouths, but given that I've been hearing similar propaganda since before I could vote it seems the well is really poisoned with large swathes of the conservatives who think Democrats are satantic islamic commies or some other dumb ****.

  23. Reagan, Bush, Romney, Trump all sit on a spectrum. Trump wasn't some sort of astounding break with past GOP. The GOP has been courting and cultivating the xenophobic and evangelical votes at least since Nixon resigned, and it is why the GOP was so easily co-opted by Trump in 2016 and why the GOP is now effectively the Trump party.

  24. I also have a JBL Speaker and I get 0 sound out if I have the "Stereo" speaker selected. I found that if I hit Windows + G I can force it to use the "voice" line of the speaker, and I'll get sound, but it sounds severely garbled. Grounded is the only game that gives me trouble with my speakers.

  25. Wonder if backers will get their promised Steam keys, no mention about that anywhere that I could find. Sounds like Gog backers are getting shafted though. Par for the course for Snapshot Games, at this point.
