The blight has no duration and is very easy to proc with multi hit weapons (and you can proc it even before the fight by shooting yourself with dual blunderbusses and Rakhan Field Boots). With Rekvu's Scorched Cloak you can also have free heals for your cipher until the end of the fight. But of course it's always nice to be able to extend the buff for the entire fight.

Before we go to our beach cottage for Xmas I am staying at my dads place. They bought this house before my sister was born who is 30 so they lived here for about 35 years. My dad since retiring has dedicated his life to conservation and has turned the garden into a 100% indigenous environment where literally every tree and plant is local to SA and their is no alien vegetation. It's probably going to be fairly likely all productions will opt to have this position, as the consultant is supposed to make sure the actors and crew are all on the same page with what is being done and what is being filmed.

I caught up on WoT last night. I still like it. The story is, obviously, becoming fairly different in the details from the books. But most of the beats are still there. The character interactions (which were not in the books like that) are pretty interesting. I see a lot of folks online raging about the liberties taken with characters and story but I don't see the big deal. The showrunners have not s--t all over the source material and then ran it off a cliff the way GoT did so I'm still happy with it.

My sister has been dating her boyfriend for 6 years, he is great. Very different to me and my brothers, he doesnt talk much but if you ask him something he normally responds constructively and makes sense ....unlike me When I moved to Cpt him and I have been drinking by ourselves and he is great fun and very agreeable and he loves his social drinking...like me so we get on very well Anyway he proposed to my sister today on the beach and in the rain and it was very romantic and sweet. So we all very happy and I have a new brother in law and I can go to another wedding which I love because at most weddings I attend nowadays their are always single women, great food and free alcohol ....what could be better 🥳

I was trying to figure out how the heck I even came across this in the first place...until I remembered that I deliberately went out of my way to bookmark literally anything Madhouse that was made like pre-2005 that looked even the tiniest bit interesting to me (and this is also how I watched that other one, A-Girl...along with a number of others on the list (e): oh yeah, Ran as well!). Unfortunately, so much of their work was not very well preserved...I'm incredibly thankful that Sakura was. Yes, it would be an impossible situation for you. As far as I can see, there's no subtitles of any kind available...English, Japanese, or otherwise. I'm very not happy about it.

Yeah, Madhouse used to make quite good-looking shows. Azuki-chan looks interesting, but yeah, there's really nothing in terms of subtitles, and no German dub either that I could try. Guess that's as goood a motivation as any to continue with the Japanese learning thing, but the way how it is going right now I'm more likely to be able to read the language at some point than listen and understand. No TP camera was why they did not get an otherwise guaranteed sale from me for TOW. And if Avowed is supposed to be "Skyrim-like," then the one thing Skyrim did totally right was including a TP camera, no matter how imperfect it may have been. So, for me, and I imagine quite a number of others, no TP camera = no sale.

Yeah, it's a huge bummer to me because first person games make me nauseous so I guess I won't get to experience any more stories in Eora. 😭

Very exciting! I really hope there will be a class system. Skyrim won't let me be a druid so do the right thing with this! DnD-like classes are well established in Eora with plenty of associated lore.
