  1. It all started when I opened the app and the store and challenges were missing and my account name wasn't there. The start button told me that gold won't be gained without being logged in. So I tap login, which did nothing but close the prompt. The wifi symbol was green, so I tap "Link social accounts" to no avail. I tried 2 different wifi networks and a mobile network, all 3 work normally but I still can't login. So I rebooted and cleared cache, but it still didn't work. So I reinstalled, but no dice, literally, I can't access my account, my characters I've put hours into, or anything I purchased. Is there anything I can do? I am running Android Pie.
  2. I have bought a new phone and downloaded the game but when I logged into my Google play account or link to my asmodee account, my data doesn't transfer. How do I get my game data from one Android device to another? I have seen many threads regarding Android to pc links.
  3. I've bought Pathfinder Adventures on Steam when it was released. Owned the Android version for some time already, so I've synced my accounts with Android one being the main account. I then redeemed Pathfinder Ambassador rewards on Steam, and everything seemed to be synced perfectly - parties, progress, purchases. The only thing not working properly is the "Rise of the Goblins" campaign. In my Android account it's shown as not bought (price is shown in store, "Buy" button is white). Yet I have access to Goblin skins and characters - same as in my Steam account. I can even start a "Rise of the Goblins" campaign - but it won't sync between accounts. Valeros's Tale, bought through Steam, appears as "bought" on Android too - and this adventures syncs normally.
  4. Hi! I bought yesterday the new Valeros campaign on steam but I can't play it on my android. As if have merge my 2 accounts I expected that my dlc will be shared. Is it normal or not? Thanks
  5. I have purchased the full game pack for Android and really enjoying the game. It replicates the card game well and is fun to do "on the go". I find the game "eats" my batter big time. Does anyone else notice this? Ideas how how to conserve battery while playing? I turn off as many things (bluetooth, carrier, wifi, ...) but that just makes a little bnit of difference. Thanks!
  6. I synced my progress from my android device to my iOS device using Asmodee.net. However, every time I enter the app, I need to log back into Asmodee. It won't stay logged in. Also, when I synced, I got a bunch of error messages and had to force-quit, although the transfer seemed to work. Also, its not a big problem, but the continue button no longer works. It's constantly greyed out. If I Click new game, and select my party, I can then continue.
  7. Hey everyone, We've been getting some reports about the game not connecting with Android devices. We are looking into the issue. In the mean time, here's a few tricks you can perform to make sure you stay connected. ANDROID: 1. Make sure the game is not running in the background 2. Launch Google Play Games (not to be confused with Google Play Store) 3. Check to see if you are logged into the correct Google Play Games account. 4. Launch Pathfinder Adventures from within Google Play Games. 5. You're good to go! If this method does not work, please refer to old workaround below iOS 9 and below: 1. Make sure the game is not running in the background 2. Go into iOS settings 3. Search for Game 3. Check to see if you are logged into the correct Gamecenter account. 4. Launch Pathfinder Adventures from within Gamecenter. 5. You're good to go! iOS 10: Game center no longer is an application in iOS 10, but now intregated into the Apple OS. 1. Go to your iOS settings 2. Locate Game Center 3. Log in. (OLD WORKAROUND FOR ANDROID) Open up your Application Manager > Locate Google Play Games and Google Play Services > Clear the CACHE for each app. Launch Pathfinder Adventures and you should be able to connect with your Google Play account and stay logged in. Hope that is helpful for you all. Thank you and take care! UPDATE: Added iOS workaround as the new iOS update has brought this issue to our attention.
  8. Hi there! I haven't been able to play the game for a few months now unfortunately, because I own an iPad mini 1 (and 2 or 3 patches back the game went from 'crashy' to 'crash before every loading screen and thus unplayable'). Because Apple in their infinite wisdom decided to discontinue the iPad mini 4 16GB which was my intended buy if it just dropped a few more euro's (they didn't, it went unavailable and the new 32GB version is even more expensive..), I am also not looking to buy a new iPad, but thinking of getting a K1 Nvidia Tablets. Now here is my dilemma; I have 150 chests still unopened on my iOS game center login from the Humble Bundle period (in addition to what I already currently have in the game vault), switching to Android means I would lose all that... which is also something I find hard to cope with. The solution to my enigma was announced some time ago, with the cross-platform logins, so I am wondering (and hoping) where it is on the priority list. As a ballpark are we talking 'this month', 'this year' or 'next year' before this feature would be implemented?

Curious, because in the past, Obsidian did manage to put Pillars of Eternity on some tablet variant. ​Some market trends, Konami (those bastards) focusing (2015) on mobile platforms, we also know how successful Pokemon GO was on mobile, of course, it was made for mobile (which I hope Deadfire isn't even remotely thought of as a Player interface). Anyways, Fire Emblem (Konami) is "Coming soon" "Released" on the Play Store (Android, don't know about iOS). ​I know Baldur's Gate & Icewind Dale exists for mobile, Shadowrun Returns too. And Deadfire shrunk down to 5 party members "for space" (mobile screen space is small). ​Is Deadfire designed in mind to be compatible for mobile screens, or would it be something desired for by the community? ​Personally ambivalent, I want Deadfire to be in monogamy for PC, Mac, Linux (mouse and keyboard), but can't deny the market in mobile. Technology advances really fast, and with HoloLens, AR, VR, on the doorstep of revolution, I believe Deadfire would benefit tremendously. ​A bit of a Captain Obvious statement, but I would want Deadfire to be designed for computer use only, and if it'd work or even be really simple to port to console or mobile, go for it.

  11. Bug: Playing on Quest Mode, the game stops responding to player's input. Resetting the game returns to the situation that triggers the bug. I can't enter the options, nor chose another action other than the one that triggers the bug. When: Prompted to chose a card from discard to replace a card in my hand, after selecting a card. Where: Apothecary Who: Merisiel Card or event: Don't know PFID: 509CC6C87B4AAC5 Pass&Play: No Mode: Quest Difficulty: Normal Party: Mirisiel and Kyra SO: Android 5.1 Device: Asus Go (Asus_Z00VD) I don't know wich card triggered the event, but once triggered, I can't play Quest Mode anymore 'cause the Quest button starts from where the game breaks.   12. For Android, for the scenario Trouble in standpoint (normal). On closing the glassworks with Kyra (Merisiel elsewhere) the game ceases to offer anyway to continue on after that if you successfully pass the wisdom check and permanently close the location (removing remaining cards). It simply stays on the green "star" (explore i think it is) for turn order. No other stages can be selected (like discard), though you can view other characters still. If you quit and/or restart the app (after complely terminating the process), you return to attempting the wisdom check as if you had never tried, only for a success again to not progress. Failure of the wisdom test to close does let you progress however.

Google Nexus 7, Android 6.0.1 I have two (possibly three?) bugs in "Into the Mountains" which are only showing up when I play on a difficulty level above "baseline". 1 - When a wildcard power says "When you acquire X, Y, or Z, bury a card", it also triggers the scenario "When a hencheman is defeated, each character is dealt 1d4 Force damage." for every character at all locations. 2 - When I defeat a hencheman, after the "1d4 Force damage" to every character bit, I get no option to close the location. 3 (maybe a bug?) - Barriers that summon henchemen (skeletal horde, skinsaw ritual, etc.) also trigger the "When a hencheman is defeated, each character is dealt 1d4 Force damage." These, in addition to my quests being totally frozen (http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/87789-quests-completely-frozen/?do=findComment&comment=1821895), makes my game virtually unplayable I really love the Pathfinder ACG, and I really like the Obsidian interface... but I am drowning in these bugs... please help?   16. Hi. I've installed the app on my smartphone. The playstore site told me it was compatible, but it seems not: the app exit during or just after the unitiy load screen, I tried several times now, and can't possibily imagine why. I'm on Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300). It could be a memory shortage, but it doesn't tell me nothing, and in case, the smartphone shouldn't appear on the list of compatible devices. Any suggestion?
  17. Just downloaded this for my Android device. First off - I love it! Great implementation. However, there is one bug that has made this game unplayable for me since it is becoming more and more frequent. This is what happens: I choose what cards I will use for my roll on a combat check, I roll the die, and even if I succeed at the check I still fail and take damage. I first noticed an instance where I missed the check by 2, recharged chain-mail (reduce damage by 2), but still had to discard 1 card for damage. I started to pay more attention, and these are two more instances where this just happened: Bugbear, combat 10. I roll an 11, and the result: I take 3 combat damage. Enchanter, combat 8. I take the first Force damage (discard), roll a 13, and the result: I take 7 combat damage. Both of those checks were made by Kyra and, as a result, she ended up dying fairly quickly. Is there a rule I missed that would make this happen? Or has anyone else encountered this bug?

  19. do we have a thread about decent games on portable platforms? if yes, feel free to merge this one with it. I came across a very nice game for Android, and just wanted to share, but thought a separate thread for that kind of stuff wouldn't hurt. anyway, the game's called (Joe Delver's) Lone Wolf, it's an RPG/choose-your-own-adventure hybrid, and I'm loving it so far. it has good art direction, decent combat and progression systems (for the platform), decent writing, and good production values overall. it's just what I needed to scratch that RPG itch when I'm away from my PC (which is a lot lately thanks to school, can't even continue my BG2 LP due to the lack of spare time). give it a try if you're into this kind of stuff. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3AjrtTlMRw also, excited to see your recommendations (preferably RPGs, but any game you consider good will do)!
