  7. Hello Thullmar, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! As you probably guessed, updating to a new OS can complicate thing. Just make sure that you update all of your drivers and run Windows Update multiple times. Also on Steam, please verify your game cache and see if that helps as well. In your Steam library, right click PoE > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Thanks!
  8. Hello Oswin, Hope you had a good weekend. The reason your cloaks are not working properly is because you are missing the ShroudUnityPlugin.dll. Please uninstall and reinstall the game and that should fix your cloak issue. Make sure you delete the local data files as well before reinstalling. Thank you for your support!
  9. Hello Bellerophon26, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! What recommended things have your performed? Have you verified your game cache and/or uninstall/reinstall? Do you have EVGA Precision X installed, that application causes crashes with our game. If its also causing issues with Firefox, then try uninstalling and reinstalling your graphics card driver and see if that works. Thank you for your support!

  11. Hello Cyberduke, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! I loaded up your save and was experiencing the same issue. Are you running any mods by any chance? Or used any strange console commands? Thanks.
  12. Hello Spam101, I just check your issue and I was able to get backstab with both of those abilties. To activate backstab, your character must be in stealth. Let me know if that is the case. Thanks!
  13. Hello calcor, We did have an issue in the past but its has been fixed. I would suggest verifying your game cache to see if any anomalies come up since you had an issue with the black cave as well. Thanks!
  14. Hello Kardgar, I was able to load up your save, however I was kicked out back to the main menu. It appears that your save is corrupted. I could be possible that IEMod is causing the issue. A users found this solution on another thread. http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/79940-savegame-corruption/ Are you using the new Beta IEMod?

  21. Hello chasekb23, Could you please upload a higher res version of the image? I can't see what the issue is. Try using dropbox or something similar, or convert the image to a different format. I you are playing in Steam, try verifying your game cache. Thanks!
  22. Thank you retrograd, I have entered a bug in our system but it seems that it is only affecting your save. I tried to reproduce it with a different one but I was unable to do so. Its possible it could be related to a quicksave issue which we already fixed. Cheers!
  23. Hello khalysto, That most likely due to it being related to your system and/or your drivers. Every system handles the game differently, so not everyone will experience the same issues. Could you please upload an output log and a dxdiag file so I can take a look? You can find those files in the link in my signature. Thanks!
  24. Hey Dumaraz, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! After looking at your logs, I notice you have EVGA Precision X installed. This application has been known to cause frequent crashes to the game. Please uninstall or disable the app and you should be good to go! Thank you for your support!
  25. Hey calcor, Thanks for uploading all the necessary files before, I really appreciate it. Did anything in particular happen before or when you transitioned? Are you using any mods or console commands? I loaded up your save and wasn't able to reproduce the issue. I took a look at your logs and I see a lot of errors, I would suggest verifying your game cache. In your steam library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. That should prevent it from happening again. Thanks!
