  1. Hello Kardgar, I was able to load up your save, however I was kicked out back to the main menu. It appears that your save is corrupted. I could be possible that IEMod is causing the issue. A users found this solution on another thread. http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/79940-savegame-corruption/ Are you using the new Beta IEMod?
  2. Hello tarasis, This issue has been fixed and will be in the next patch. Thank you for your support!
  3. Hello Verrusin, Have you tried verifying your game cache? In your Steam library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Do you have Steam cloud enabled? Thanks.
  4. Thanks calcor, If it happens again, please let me know. Cheers!

  6. Hello Marcloure, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! If you haven't done so already, please verify your game cache and see if that resolves your issue. In your steam library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Thanks.
  7. Hello khalysto, After looking at your logs, I notice that you have EVGA Precision X installed. Please disable that application as it is the reason why your game is crashing. Thank you for your support!
  8. Hello chasekb23, Could you please upload a higher res version of the image? I can't see what the issue is. Try using dropbox or something similar, or convert the image to a different format. I you are playing in Steam, try verifying your game cache. Thanks!
  9. Thank you retrograd, I have entered a bug in our system but it seems that it is only affecting your save. I tried to reproduce it with a different one but I was unable to do so. Its possible it could be related to a quicksave issue which we already fixed. Cheers!
  10. Hello khalysto, That most likely due to it being related to your system and/or your drivers. Every system handles the game differently, so not everyone will experience the same issues. Could you please upload an output log and a dxdiag file so I can take a look? You can find those files in the link in my signature. Thanks!
  11. Hey Dumaraz, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! After looking at your logs, I notice you have EVGA Precision X installed. This application has been known to cause frequent crashes to the game. Please uninstall or disable the app and you should be good to go! Thank you for your support!
  12. Hey calcor, Thanks for uploading all the necessary files before, I really appreciate it. Did anything in particular happen before or when you transitioned? Are you using any mods or console commands? I loaded up your save and wasn't able to reproduce the issue. I took a look at your logs and I see a lot of errors, I would suggest verifying your game cache. In your steam library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. That should prevent it from happening again. Thanks!
  13. Hello khalysto, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! Sounds like it might be a bad install. Try verifying your game cache in steam or gog galaxy and see if that fixes it. If you are in steam, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of game cache. If you are in GOG Galaxy, just verify/repair. Let me know if that works.
  14. Thank you datisookmooi, Could you please upload a save file as well, you can do that using dropbox, mega, or anything similar. Thanks!
  15. Do you happen to have steam cloud enabled?
  16. Hello retrograd, Do you happen to have a save right before the Concelhaut fight you can upload that I can take a look at as well? Thanks.
  17. Hello Oswin, Could you please include a save file and a screenshot as well? Thanks!
  18. Hello bouture, I was unable to reproduce your issue. It was most likely fixed and will be in the 3.0 patch. Just to let you know, we are no longer in Beta, so feel free to opt out of the beta build! Thanks a bunch!
  19. Hello drunkenvash, Thanks for updating on the issue and not creating a new post. As I have mentioned in this post here this has been fixed and will be in the 3.0 patch. Thank you for your support.
  20. Hello datisookmooi, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! I would suggest running the verify cache again. Could you please upload a save file and an output log when this happens? You can find the location of those files in the link in my signature. Thanks!
  21. Hello Calcor, Thanks for uploading that save. I was able to confirm you bug, it appears to only be affecting your save. I tried to replicate the issue on a different save and wasn't able to do so. I went ahead and written up a bug report and forwarded it to the appropriate department. Thank you for your support. Edit: Actually got to reproduce this, it seems when you use spiritshape while his AI is queued for another action, he will attack himself.
  22. Hello AHP, Could you please upload an output log and a save game where the skeletons are appearing? Thanks
  23. Unfortunately the 3rd party plugin was causing serious issues in the game for Linux and Mac, so we had to disable it. We don't have accesses to the source code so we cannot fix the issue. You can find a response by Badler about the issue here. https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/82896-update-102-the-small-harvest-the-white-march-part-ii-and-update-203/page-2?do=findComment&comment=1744504
  24. Hello again, It appears to be a graphical issue. If you haven't done so already, please update both your graphics card as your dxdiag shows your Intel HD Graphics 530 as your primary. Make sure that your Nvidia card is set as your preferred GPU. I have provided a link for you on how to so just in case. https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/documents/ht078706 Let me know if that worked.
  25. Hello, Just need some additional information from you. Are you playing in fullscreen or windowed mode? Have you tried Boeroer's suggestion? Could you please include a screenshot and a player.log as well. You can find it in your ~/Library folder. To get to that folder, go to Finder > Go > Go to Folder > type ~/Library > Logs > Unity > Player.log Pressing enter doesn't close the console, it allows you to start entering text. Pressing ESC will close it or pressing Enter twice.
