  1. Hey Iimaxophobiacq, There were no changes made to Faith and Conviction and Deep Faith. Faith and Conviction also scales with level, if you open up the description and hover over the green text, it will tell you the level scaling. Deflection gets +1 every 5 levels and all other defenses get +2 every 5 levels. Is this for your main character or Pallegina?

  3. Hey HawkSoft, Thanks for the save file. I was able to reproduce the issue on your save, however, I was unable to do so on different ones. Did this happen right when you leveled or when you recruited her?
  4. Hello StutteringPuggle, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! Try messing with your graphics settings in game and see if that improves performance. Try disabling Vsync and changing the Frame Rate slider, as well as the Graphics Quality slider. Thanks!

  7. Hey drrn_blck, Just to get some clarity on the issue. Do you start off with your ranged attack and then switch to melee? I haven't been able to reproduce the issue.
  8. We currently have a bug with Shadowing Beyond at the moment not working correctly, but this will be fixed in the 3.0 patch.
  9. Hey Iimaxophobiacq, Just to update on the issue. Turns out this bug is affecting any spell or ability that has a secondary attack. This will be fixed in the next beta patch. Thanks!

  11. Hey HawkSoft, Andrea is correct, if there was a wager, Andrea would be getting paid! Since they are both active abilities, they should not stack. Thanks!
  12. Hey HawkSoft, Technically you can start the combat paused if you have Combat Start enabled in the auto-pause options. Which you probably are already aware of, you just can't roam around like you would want you. The timer is set in place so it allows the player to make it back in time to manually resolve the battle. I will make a suggestion to the dev team and see what they say about it. Thanks HS!

  16. Hey Iimaxophobiacq, Yes, that was the old description of the disorienting mod. It has been changed to -5 defenses on hit. The duration will refresh on every hit instead of stacking. I have put in a bug that Scon Micas Roar lowers the defenses by each bullet. We will also be changing how the debuff is applies. Thanks!
  17. Hello PrChewii, I don't believe that GOG Galaxy has a cloud storage service, and if it did, you would have to enable it on your own. Unfortunately if you didn't back up your saves before reformatting your PC, then there is no way to get your saves back. However, if you didn't partition the drive, there should be a "Old Windows" folder in your C: drive. If its still there, you might be able to find your old saves. Thanks!

  20. Hello dg90807, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! Could you please upload a screenshot of what you are experiencing? Are you playing through Steam? If so, please verify your game cache and see if that solves your issue. In your Steam library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Let me know how that goes. Thanks a bunch!

  22. Hey HawkSoft, I checked in our latest build and it seems to be working correctly. If the grimoire is not in Aloth's or a wizard's inventory space, they will not be able to see if there is a spell that can be learned or not. The grimoire has to be in the wizard's inventory section. I hope that clears up the issue with you.

  24. Hey HawkSoft, We have changed how fatigue is obtained in the game. Your party no longer gets tired as they travel long distances. You now get fatigued as an injury as a result of a companion becoming unconscious during combat. Feel free to leave any feedback on the new change! Cheers!
