  3. Hey HawkSoft, Enabling Per Rest abilities activated the AI instruction set that will allow companions to use those per encounter abilities so you don't have to. Otherwise the will just auto attack without using spells or abilities unless you actively select them yourself. Cheer!

  5. Hey ss7877. The reason flails currently do not have any VFX is due to the way they are rigged. It would require a considerable amount of work as we would have to rework a lot of the internal systems. Thank you for your support!
  6. The best thing to do is create a screenshot. You can either use a 3rd party program like Fraps or OBS, but using PrtScn on your keyboard and pasting it into Paint will work just fine.

  9. Hey Cyberduke, Looks like your save file has gotten corrupted somehow, there are some strange things happening with Aloth and Durance. We are still investigating the issue on seeing how it happened. We appreciate you being so patient with us.

However that may take some time since we're super busy with getting TWM: Pt 2 ready for release. I know is not my job, but, you got windows 64 bits, i read around the web, seems Poe have some problems with the memory access for it (cause the 64 bits OS) Between... Im in the same situation (with 32 bits, so seems the problem is the application not the OS), the curious thing is that didn't happen some time ago: after some bugs (about white march) i stop playing, and now, im trying to play again and found this. I feel really bad, cause, actually i was unable to play white march, and I bought it before it was released... I took a look to the logs, seems the game is trying some memory adress that don't exist: Please! can I have an answer on this? the game stills unplayable... Thank you in advance! EDIT: I tried updating video drivers, also, using the beta of POE, but it crashes on start... even worst than before! the same kind of error. Also, checked the web again to get more information and seems that almost everyone is happy with windows10+Poe, seems the issue is not coming from the OS. Hey judgebeo, Pillars of Eternity isn't fully supported by 32bit OS, which is why you are experiencing so many crashes. But there is some good news! There is a work around that will allow you to play the game with no crashes (hopefully). You can change your system settings on your computer to increase RAM used by a single application. However, there are inherent risks involved when changing settings involving your operating system and any attempts to change your system settings will be at your own risk. Obsidian is not liable for any issues that might occur with those settings. Do you know what dialogue path you went through to come up with the missing strings? I'll investigate the issue with stronghold adventures more closely. Thanks!

  16. Hello everyone! Update 02/05/2016: Adding additional changes with the new beta build (957). Pillars of Eternity 3.0 beta patch is now live on Steam! The 3.0 Update comes with a ton of changes, bug fixes, and new features. We need your help in looking over everything to make sure that the community is happy with the direction of some of these changes. If you are able, we would really appreciate that you opt into the Beta patch and supply feedback here in the forums. As always, you guys are what helps to make Pillars of Eternity the best game it can be.   19. Hello Enkeli, As you have guessed, Act 3 is on the lower end of things compared to Cragholdt and late Endless path. So its no wonder that you steamrolled over Act 3. We really do appreciate your feedback and I do like the idea of high level scaled content should scale with your level instead of a static one which is meant for a party of level 10-12. Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate you taking the time to participate in the beta.

  21. Bonjour lefreut, I took a look at this in our most current build and Norton is set at the speaker. So this most likely has been fixed and will be in the next patch. Merci!
  22. Hey HawkSoft, If you click on the damage in the combat log, it should show the damage breakdown. (i.e 26 damage = 20 crush + 6 fire). If it does, then you know it is working correctly. Cheers.

  24. Hello delfador, Thanks for pointing this out to us. Fortunately we are aware of the issue and has been fixed along with traps and seals not functioning properly. The fix will be in the next coming patch. Thank you for your support and keep up the good work!
  25. Hello Uffizi, Welcome to the Forums and thanks for joining us! As delfador has mentioned, Sworn enemy is now a per encounter ability, it should be refreshing after combat has ended. It sounds like you been away for awhile, so I would suggest verifying your game cache if you are playing in Steam. To do that, go to your Steam library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. See if that resolves your issue. If not, could you please upload a save file and an output log via dropbox so I can take a look? As for the other issues you mentioned, all of those errors have been fixed with the exception of St. Borragia's Tears. I have entered a bug into our database. Thank you for you support.
