  1. I merged your two posts together, please refrain from making duplicate posts. I will get to your issues when I can. But thank you for posting up all of your specs. The issue appears to be your graphics card. It is a little bit below the minimum requirements. In your game options, please put the Quality Slider all the way to the left and see if that helps improve performance. Thanks!
  2. Hello Dale, I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please post up your computer specs. Also when the game crashes, the game produces a folder that appears on your desktop. Could you please upload that as well. You can do that via dropbox. Thank you for your support.
  3. Hey damo272, I believe I found out why you are crashing so much. Based on the AMD website, your graphics card is not supported by Windows 10. It looks like you will have to buy a new graphics card since you upgraded to Windows 10. Sorry my friend.
  4. Thanks for uploading that save Andrea! I have entered a bug in our system! Sorry it took so long to get the bug in. Cheers!
  5. Hello everyone, We will be closing up shop here on December 24th - January 3rd for the Holiday break. There won't be any tech support available from the Devs during this period but there will be some forums support. I will check up on the forums every now and then to see if there is any major issues and will provide any assistance the best I can. We wish you all the best! Happy Holidays and Happy New Years! p.s. I look forward to see how many posts there are when I return!
  6. Hello WawkSoft, Please verify your game cache and see if that works. Thanks.
  7. Hello GothiCa, I was also stuck at the loading screen. Could you please upload an output log so I can take a look? Do you have space on your hard drive? How many save files do you have in your save folder? Thanks!
  8. Hello SkySlam, Thanks for pointing this out. Fortunately we are already aware of the issue and have a bug in our system. Thank you for your support.
  9. Hello Nixl, I took a look at you save and there is definitely something wrong with it. I have written up a bug and added it to our database. I would suggest going back to your older save since that one seems to be working. Thank you for your support!

  14. Hello Sharidin, Please update your game to 2.03 and see if that resolves your issue. Thank you for your support!
  15. Hey Andrea! Turns out that Bittercut changes color based on your characters Primary or Secondary colors. So changing your characters colors will change the color of the sabre. Thanks for pointing this out! I have gone ahead and written up a report. Thanks a bunch!
  16. Hey Andrea! We've already fixed this issue and will be in the next patch! Keep up the good work!
  17. Hey guys! Thanks for pointing this out! Fortunately this has already been fixed on our side and will be in the next patch! Thanks a bunch!

  19. Try uninstalling the drivers for your Keyboard and Mouse and reinstall them with the latest ones and see if that works. You can also test this if you have a spare mouse and keyboard on hand to find out if that is indeed the case. Thanks!
  20. Hello jbnatedog, Are you using the GOG site to install the game or GOG Galaxy? If you want, you can download GOG Galaxy and that will be the easiest way to install the game and keep it up to date. It works similar to Steam. When installing TWM, make sure you select the Pillars of Eternity.app and not the contents folder. Thanks!
  21. Hello ylno, Welcome to the forums and apologizes for the inconvenience. What platform are you playing on? (Steam, GOG, Mac, etc.) What version of the game are you on? We are currently at 2.03.788. If you are playing on Steam, please verify your game cache. To do that: Go to your Steam Library, and right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. This process will go through all of your game files and fix/replace files. It will take about 10-15 minutes. Let me know if that works. Thank you for your support!
  22. Hello General_Jah, Try sliding the quality slider all the way to the left and see if that helps out on performance, also you can set the FPS rate to MAX and try that as well. Let me know how that goes!
  23. Hello damo272, Welcome to the forums! I apologize for the inconvenience. When you uninstalled the game, did you also delete the game folder in the steam directory as well? I noticed a lot of errors in your log and deleting the game folder before reinstalling the game might solve your issue. Did you recently upgrade your OS to Windows 10? If so, what was the previous OS you had on your system? Try disabling vsync and see if that helps. Cheers!
