I merged your two posts together, please refrain from making duplicate posts. I will get to your issues when I can. But thank you for posting up all of your specs. The issue appears to be your graphics card. It is a little bit below the minimum requirements. In your game options, please put the Quality Slider all the way to the left and see if that helps improve performance. Thanks!

Hello everyone, We will be closing up shop here on December 24th - January 3rd for the Holiday break. Aarik D replied to Nixl's question in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Hello Nixl, I took a look at you save and there is definitely something wrong with it. I have written up a bug and added it to our database. I would suggest going back to your older save since that one seems to be working. Thank you for your support! -

Talents bugged
Aarik D replied to Kaylon's question in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Hello Kaylon, Could you please upload a save file and an output log via dropbox so I can take a look? Thanks a bunch! -
Hey Andrea! Turns out that Bittercut changes color based on your characters Primary or Secondary colors. So changing your characters colors will change the color of the sabre. Thanks for pointing this out! I have gone ahead and written up a report. Thanks a bunch!

Hello jbnatedog, Are you using the GOG site to install the game or GOG Galaxy? If you want, you can download GOG Galaxy and that will be the easiest way to install the game and keep it up to date. It works similar to Steam. When installing TWM, make sure you select the Pillars of Eternity.app and not the contents folder. Thanks!

Controls only bind to Left Ctrl!
Aarik D replied to ylno's question in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Hello ylno, Welcome to the forums and apologizes for the inconvenience. What platform are you playing on? (Steam, GOG, Mac, etc.) What version of the game are you on? We are currently at 2.03.788. If you are playing on Steam, please verify your game cache. To do that: Go to your Steam Library, and right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. This process will go through all of your game files and fix/replace files. It will take about 10-15 minutes. Let me know if that works. Thank you for your support! -
Hello damo272, Welcome to the forums! I apologize for the inconvenience. When you uninstalled the game, did you also delete the game folder in the steam directory as well? I noticed a lot of errors in your log and deleting the game folder before reinstalling the game might solve your issue. Did you recently upgrade your OS to Windows 10? If so, what was the previous OS you had on your system? Try disabling vsync and see if that helps. Cheers!
