  1. we ate "tree pile chips," but we are having diffulty strengthening them becuase the treasure items by attribute that should come after them are not lifted. So we're asking for help.
  2. All markers and landmarks are appearing at the bottom of the map and the only thing that seems to fix it is leaving and loading back in.
  3. Platform: PC, Game Pass for PC Game Type: Multiplayer, non-host Description: after being defeated and respawning, the backpack appears in a place different from where I was defeated, and contains items that I did not have in inventory previously. Unsure, but seems to also be from a place that is also spawning too much dew drops? A lot of dew drops appeared, rendering large down to small in a weird manner. This only has happened when playing multiplayer, and not as the host, while on PC. The host of the game is on Xbox One X. Result: Backpack appears in world, but with items listed outside it like an array, containing items not possessed prior to being defeated. It's weird.   4. Priest ability Salvation of Time (+10sec Duration of beneficial effects) does not increase Time Parasite buff duration. After using Time Parasite, you recieve a buff increasing your action speed by a significant amount depending on how many targets you affected, this buff is not affected by Salvation of Time and it doesn't look like it's intented. Ascendant buff from Cipher Ascendant Subclass is affected by Salvation of Time however, allowing you to refresh Time Parasite for free anyway, so this bug is not very impactful (beside the fact that if you refresh Time Parasite later in the fight and some enemies are dead, you will gain less action speed than the initial cast)
  5. Description - Crash to desktop when using map to exit Neketaka by sea from Periki's Overlook. Crash occured when the character reached the end of the map of Neketaka. Reproducible? No, tried to reproduce but no crash occurred.
  6. So far, I've enjoyed playing POE: Deadfire. Apparently, I've played for over a hundred hours. I hadn't really noticed. I've just been enjoying the ride. Except for the bugs. There are a lot of minor bugs. As yet, I haven't encountered any truly gamebreaking bugs (except the one that periodically deletes my saved games, which would have the potential to be gamebreaking if not for the fact that it doesn't seem to delete autosaves). Hmm. I suppose I'd better answer these questions: 1. I've never used Cloud Sync. As far as I'm aware, I don't even have it on my computer. 2. I got Deadfire around 20th June, about the same time as patch 1.1.1.0064 was released. I've made different saved games at various time since then. 3. No. It seems to happen randomly. I don't think it has anything to do with the patches. 4. Newly created save files don't immediately disappear. Some of them have disappeared later on. 5. No. 6. Uhh... one of my save files disappeared when I was reloading a lot trying to avoid a bug which caused all of my food and water rations to disappear. Too much reloading, maybe? Well, anyway I've come across a lot of more minor bugs that have harmed my enjoyment of this game. Whenever I look at the the journal, or my character sheet, or I go to a shop, the scroll bar often seems to have a mind of its own. Very often, I can't look at what I want to look at because the scroll bar is whizzing up or down and won't let me move it. This was also a problem in POE 1, which wasn't fixed even with the final patch, so I'm not holding out much hope that this will ever be fixed. It's annoying as hell, though. (I've played POE 1 across multiple different computers and this has been a recurring problem, so I can't imagine that I'm the only one who's come across this bug.) Several pet party bonuses seem to remain permanently active even after I've switched to a different pet. Also, a number of my party members seem to have Zealous Focus as a permanent bonus even when there's no paladin in the group. This is a minor niggle, but the game was already fairly easy so I didn't really need anything to make it even easier. Sometimes, when I load the game, something goes wrong with the game's timer (at least, I assume that's what the problem is), and it pays out several week's worth of wages at once, which typically costs me around 3000 copper pands. Or my crew members get extra hungry and consume several hundred food and drink items all at once. This is something I have to keep an eye on every time I load the game. It really messes up the ship management element of Deadfire when I know that at any moment a couple of hundred rations could disappear from my inventory and leave my people starving in the middle of the ocean. There are a few odd dialogue quirks. Like, when you get back from Poko Kahara, your journal suggests that you turn in the quest to either Director Castol or Governor Alvari. However, if you go to Castol first, like I did (hey, I'd never met him before and I like meeting new people), he'll introduce himself and give a long speech about how amazing luminous adra is. Then, if you go downstairs to talk to Alvari, she'll bring you upstairs to meet Castol, he'll introduce himself again and give you another long speech about how amazing luminous adra is. Exactly the same speech, in fact. Well, that's all I can think of, for now. If I encounter any more bugs, I'll be back. As I've said before, I hope that some of these bugs will eventually be fixed. EDIT 1: Also, it doesn't seem like Galawain gives any reward for siding with him at the end of the Overgrowth quest. Dunno if that's a bug or just Galawain being a ****. EDIT 2: In the previous game, Pallegina disobeyed orders and *didn't* make an exclusive deal with Eir Glanfath that would have screwed over the people of Dyrwood, so her bosses exiled her. However, because I gave the soul essence to Galawain and he used it to buff the people of the Dyrwood, eventually the Vaillian Republic realised that they'd had a lucky escape and reinstated Pallegina as a member of the Frermas mes Cancs Suolias. However, in my Deadfire game, Pallegina's Five Suns Breastplate contradicts my previous game history by saying that the Dyrwoodans were furious about the exclusive deal between Eir Glanfath and the Vaillian Republics. Strengthened by the gift of souls, they waged a terrible war against the Vaillian Republics which forced them to waive their exclusive trading rights with Eir Glanfath. None of that happened, according to the slides I got at the end of POE1. The item description contradicts the events of my imported game history.
  7. Having chosen crippling strike at character creation, and since upgraded it to Arterial Strike, when I respec crippling strike is lost entirely. I've done this repeatedly to make sure the issue can be duplicated - it can.
  8. I have Tekehu classed as a Theurge, and noticed that this spell never hits any enemies. The beams pass straight through them without any mention of attack rolls in the combat log. Seems to still hit allies as intended. I am on v1.1.1.0064 LAXABC-steam currently.
  9. Uh, so I started a new game. Entered the cave that Beodur's in, freed him, Eder and the Watcher leveled up. I proceeded to level Eder first, which proceeded without problems, but when I finished the level-up, my Watcher had been transformed inexplicably into Eder. Tried saving and reloading, but the problem was still there. I have the save file, but can't seem to upload it.
  10. I'm playing a Wizard and I've set it up so she'll cast spells while I manage the other characters. However I've recently encountered a bug where the game will not save the changes I make to her custom AI behavior. Since I've encountered this bug the same is now true for all party members. I cannot add, remove or switch out spells, neither can i change can i change the priority of the spells already in the Behavior list. Does anyone have a fix to this issue?
  11. I'm playing on a Windows 7 desktop and purchased the game through Steam. My user name is Nolcatt, I'm playing in story mode, and when I get to the phase after the first scenario where you adjust the characters' decks the game keeps crashing after I make my choices. It goes to the load screen and never gets back to the main menu. Also, when I tabbed out and reloaded the game after waiting about 10 minutes, all the items I had transferred to the characters from my unclaimed stash had disappeared, but the game still sent me back to the deck screen when I hit continue. Anyone else having this problem?

Depending on the direction the character is pointed and the 'frame' of the attack animation the blue-white energy effect either encapsulates the fist, is at a 90 degree angle or just a plane 180 degree angle from the fist as shown below. In most of the animation frames, one hand's effect will be at the correct angle where it points in the same direction as the fist, while the other hand is bugged. It looks kinda off.

These are the bugs I've found so far: Blessing of Gorum - the tag that the blessing is checking to give 2 dice is incorrect Occasionally, checks will happen out of order (example: cast guidance before a fight and the check to recharge it doesn't occur until after the turn gets passed or you explore again. This may be caused by the same bug, but sometimes buttons will fail to appear when they should, leading to being unable to end a turn after a fight Sometimes a card will get selected on iPhone via touchscreen and fail to be unselected if you let go of it in a place where you don't reveal/recharge/discard/bury/banish it. This makes it very difficult to select the correct card you want after selecting the one next to it. These are all the bugs that I can think of at the moment. I'll add more when I remember or encounter them.

Daily Gold, Rise of the Runelords Bundle What products are missing (if any)? Prior to the 1.0.3 update, several days of Daily Gold were missed due to timers greater than 24 hours. Gameplay Is pass & play on? No Is permadeath on? No Tutorial, Story Mode, or Quest Mode? Both Quest Mode and Story Mode have different issues. Characters in Party: Kyra and Merisiel are the make-up of both parties. Location of each character: Quest Mode: Kyra @ Academy, Merisiel @ unsure (not the academy), unable to interact when I access Quest Mode. Story Mode: Kyra @ General Store, Merisiel @ General Store Turn Order:Quest Mode: Kyra then Merisiel Story Mode: Merisiel then Kyra Scenario & Scenario Difficulty. If on non-normal difficulties, which wildcard powers are in play?Quest Mode: Standard Difficulty, unable to interact when I access Quest Mode. Story Mode: Standard Difficulty - The Skinsaw Murders, Undead Uprising 2-1 What card was encountered when the issue occurred? (Or check, or card just played, etc)Quest Mode: During Kyra's turn, after using the heal spell, clicked on recharge, card disappeared, no dice appeared, unable to interact with the screen (have to exit app to do anything). Story Mode: During Kyra's turn, after closing the General Store, dice to add cards appears and can be rolled (random number each time, not a fixed number), cards appear to go into location deck, when top card is pulled to give to Kyra's hand, the background goes black and card does not appear. Did the issue occur on the first explore or a subsequent explore? If subsequent, what card did you last encounter? What was its resolution? (IE, you just encountered an enchanter and failed the check, and on an additional explore you ran into a blessing of the gods but didn't auto acquire it)Quest Mode: Subsequent Explore (unsure of last card encountered other than Heal spell) Story Mode: First Explore (Kyra moved to General Store to banish a card to close location) Did other characters aid the check? What did they use to aid it?Quest Mode: No Story Mode: No Was the encounter a Horde?   15. Hey guys, I don't know if these have been posted before, and I'm new to the forums, my apologies if I screw up the format or anything. I have 2 bugs to report. I'm on a galaxy note 4, running android 5.1.1 with only the two characters that you get from the tutorial. Both of these instances happened in quest mode normal with pass and play off, and perma death off. 1: at the Glassworks location, with the Poison Pill event active and the paladins turn, I drew a Specter. This automatically loaded the bonus d8 against undead and the wisdom die check was better than the combat check, loading my the appropriate die. I then selected my Longspear and saw the dice change. Curious if I was better off sticking with the wisdom check, I pulled down my options to see. I did have better odds using wisdom, so I clicked the X on the left of the screen to pull back my Longspear. However, the options went back to wisdom after reshowing the "bonus to undead" splash, the Longspear was still in the middle of the play area but was not selected for the check, nor could I drag it back into play. I rolled the dice and beat the bane, the Longspear was still centered on the screen. I then used a Cure I had in my hand, bot cards were overlapped and showing both, and cured my discard down to 0. I failed the check to recharge the cure and both the Longspear and the Cure got sent to the discard pile. I started to use my Token of Remembrance to get my Cute back, but it wasn't an option to choose from. Canceling the Token and immediately trying it again allowed me to recharge my Cure, but left the Longspear in my discard. The rest of the match played out normal. 2:different game, at the Shrine of Lamashtu, and the scenario power that makes you fight an Ancient Skelton when you encounter a minion, it was the rogues turn and I drew the Bruthazmus minion which you have to fight twice back to back and only the second check determines if he is beaten. I beat him both times and after the second victory his card stayed on the right while I encounter the Ancient Skeleton and their cards overlapped. I beat that Ancient Skelton, and a second immediately had to encounter a second (my guess is due to the "encounter twice" nature of Bruthazmus caused this but I was wondering if that was intended, or a bug. The cards displaying over eachother clearly is, but the double encounter may be a bug. I have pictures of these instances if anyone needs them. Also, while not connected to the internet, I know you won't get gold for winning of closing etc, but I did two rounds back to back while offline and got 0 gold after wining the first (obviously) but I actually got -1 gold for the second win. Is that intended? If not, there's a mini bug. If so, that seems like a poor way to discourage people to only play online and if you can take gold while offline, you should also give gold while offline. Thank you for reading, I hope I've helped.   16. Two separate issues: 1. Zahua seems to be missing a line of dialogue during his introduction as seen here. 2. "The Wax Maker" Stronghold adventure seems to display the text for a different adventure and "No events currently pending" probably shouldn't display while an event is currently pending.
  17. Ever since 2.0 i've noticed that orges have become unable to attack properly and keep themselves in an activate Frenzy loop. I.e they won't stop activating frenzy and cannot attack. Ogre shamans seem to not suffer this problem. if you travel to Caed Nua and go to the fourth floor, the ogre floor, you'll find plenty of instances to replicate this problem. Just attack, let them come close to smack you once, they'll activate frenzy and then just stand there even after the duration runs out. It seems they try to activate frenzy again, but can't.
  18. Description: The wording on Firebug says ""A fearsome ball of fire that bounces from enemy to enemy up to eight times, causing burn damage" but when i cast it and Eder is tanking, firebug will bounce to him as well. Steps to duplicate: 1.) Have a level 9 Druid, and a Tank of some sort (I used Eder). 2.) Engage an enemy group with at least two enemies. 3.) Cast Firebug once the enemies are grouped around eder. 4.) notice firebug will bounce to eder as well as the enemies. Expected Results: Firebug should not bounce to allies, or the wording should be changed to reflect this if the functionality is WAD (Working as Designed)
  19. just noticed this. on both Aloth and custom wizards, the Blast talent is showing an innate 5 DR penetration. If you taking penetrating blast, then it becomes 10 DR penetration in combat logs... is anyone else seeing this? or is my game bugged?   20. Hi, my game keeps crashing when I try to leave the Black Hammer Smithery. It gets into the loading screen, stays there for a few seconds and then throws me onto the desktop. I am playing the Steam version. The crash reports, specs and savegame can be found here (I'd use the file attachment function if it wouldn't keep giving me error messages).
  21. Hi team, I cannnt proceed the game in the middle of Randy's abortion scene. Do you have any bug fix patches or something like that? Before the new kid vacuums Randy's balls, the display is freezed or blackout or the game does not accept any command. Actually in the scene I just should press "L <-- to vacuum" but it does not work really. I get dead. Please fix the bug. Let me know if you have any concern or something. thanks
  22. I took the side of the chick in hiding and killed the elf outside of the starting town. During the fight a few bugs appeared 1: All of the BB Wizards spells blanked out, and have stayed blanked out since (each level of spells displays as if all casts had been used) 2: My quest log blanked after the fight (I had already visited the town and collected the kill orge and find daughter quests) 3: The rogue crippling strike ability seems perminantly activated (the ability if green and on mouse over says ability activated)
  23. NOTE: The forum prevents me from uploading a .7z file, so I have changed the extension to .bmp. If you want to look at the crash dump, change the extension back to .7z. [Description of the issue] Loading of saved games, both normal and quick, results in a memory leak that will eventually cause a crash. [steps to Reproduce] Start a new game, default character, default settings. Resolution for me is 2560x1440. Save/quicksave the game as soon as it is loaded. Note the memory usage in Task Manager (or Process Explorer). Repeatedly load/quickload the game, noting how the memory footprint increases by 80 to 120 MB per load (more or less). The first load is usually a large jump in memory footprint. After around 15 loads (around 3400 MB total memory footprint) the game will no longer quicksave. The quicksave button will cause the shadows to shift, but nothing else. On the 16th load, the game fails to load and generates a crash dump (see attached file). [Expected Behaviour] Loading should use a constant amount of memory. [Other Remarks / Comments] Saving seems to have no affect on the memory footprint. Quitting to the main menu and loading a game from there does not reduce the memory footprint. 2014-08-19_174932.bmp
