  1. Hey everyone, I believe the intent was to only allow priests of Rymrgand to have Secrets of Rime, but I'll put in a ticket for consideration by the Systems Design team to see what they think. If you have other things to say about the ability please continue that as this thread will be linked as a reference. Thanks
  2. Hello Olsgvyvm, It sounds like the two interactions triggered so closely together that they somehow interrupted each other. I'll have the QA and Programming teams take a look into this. Were you able to continue past this after leaving? Thanks for the help!
  3. Hey Bartopolis! This doesn't seem like it would be something wrong with your hardware as it looks like your party is spawning beneath the artwork. I'll have the Area Design team take a look and if they don't see anything with this, then I'll have Environment Art investigate. Would you be able to provide us with a copy of one of your save files where this is occurring in case we can't get a reproduction case with our own? Thanks for all the help with this Bart!
  4. Hello Hickory! Thank you for reporting this to us! Fortunately we have this missing string(5350) and another(5352) already being verified for their fixes. I believe the fixes are in the Beta Patch branch already and should be releasing for the 3.0.0 update assuming the fixes worked properly. If you find any other missing strings, please let us know so we can clean those up! Thanks again for the assist!
  5. Hey everyone! That is a lot of extra damage being taken! Would you folks be able to send us copies of your saves so we can have the QA and Systems Design teams take a look into this? If needed you can find instructions on where your saves are located here. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. The saves should help the team get to the bottom of this quicker and get this fix out as soon as possible. Thanks for the help and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
  6. Hello Aereon! Thank you for the very well made bug report! I've gone ahead and added it to our system along with the files you provided and sent it to the Programming team to investigate. If you happen to discover anything else about this Charm issue, please let us know and I will add that information to the report as well! Thanks for the help and sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
  7. Hey Solaris, Thank you for letting me know. This was supposed to have been fixed since the team is no longer able to reproduce this. I'll have the Programming team dig into this again to see what they can find. Do you happen to have an up to date output_log.txt file that I can add to the bug report for some extra data to compare with the old one? Thanks, and sorry this is still occurring for you.
  8. Hello Xsanf, So the team has played around with the bounty bosses to see what is going on with this. They are able to see the issue in your save but not in any New Games they try to run. Since I haven't seen this around the forums, I was thinking of fixing up your save file and sending it back to you. That being said, it's been awhile and I would like to do this with a more recent save so as not to detract any progress you've made since you reported this. If you would like me to do this, please kill the different bounty targets and let me know which ones that did not drop their uniques and send the updated save and I'll see to getting those added to your game for you. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
  9. Hey everyone, Would you be able to provide us with some saves where this has occurred and for which companion(s) this happened to? If needed you can find instructions on where to find your save files here. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. Thank you for letting us know about this and sorry for the in convenience this is causing.
  10. Hello Sukayo, I'm sorry about the Beast of Winter crash bug and thank you for posting the extra information for us. The Programming team is still investigating this issue so they can get a fix in as soon as they can. I'll attach your new information to the bug report and ping them so that they know new information is available. If you happen to discover anything else about this bug, please let us know! Thank you, and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
  11. Hello Aaron, That is very strange as I haven't heard of that yet. Regardless I'm going to create a bug report and see what the QA and Area Design teams can dig up. If you do discover anything else about this, please let us know and I'll add it to the bug report for the team! Thanks for the heads up!
  12. Hello everyone, I don't believe Jhlusk can move the party member as we have had multiple reports of this occurring saying they could not. We have the team currently investigating this to get a fix in as soon as possible. Other players have reported that changing out the party on their ships, though inconvenient, was working while the fix is being made. Sorry for the inconvenience this is causing everyone.
  13. Hello WiduMew, Unfortunately the fix has not been implemented as of yet. The good news is, the Programming team finished making a fix and it is currently being tested by the QA team to make sure the fix works and that it doesn't break anything else. Stay tuned for the patch notes to see when the fix is implemented into the live build! Sorry for the lengthiness of this bug fix.
  14. Hello Smzh, I'm going to have the QA team look into this, but just wanted to check with you to make sure that the snow bears aren't just reapplying the Fur of Frost ability. Looking at their character sheets, it looks like they have an ability that allows them to apply that to themselves again. Thanks for reporting and looking into this issue for us!
  15. Hello Djestemisevi, The image is a little small, but it looks like your Watcher has disappeared. Is this correct? Also, would you be able to provide us a copy of your save from before sailing to Ukaizo? That would help us immensely to reproduce issues for the team to be able to fix. If needed, you can find instructions on where to obtain your save files here. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. Thank you for the help Djestemisevi!
  16. Hello Ylee7n, Thank you for bringing these issue to our attention! Fortunately we've already got the team working on a fix for the first issue. For the second, I'll see if there is anything that can be done about changing the status of quest items after they are no longer needed for the quest so that maybe they won't unequip from your party members. If you discover anything else about these issues, please let us know as this thread will be used as a reference for the devs. Thanks again, and sorry for the inconvenience these bugs are causing.
  17. Hello Dune! Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I was able to reproduce this and created a bug report for the Animation team to investigate. If you discover anything else about this, please feel free to comment about it as this thread will be used as a reference on the bug report. Thanks again Dune!
  18. Hello Digital, Thank you for letting us know about this issue! When I test this, I'm getting about a half second delay but then everything acts normally. I'm going to have other folks in house test this with different hardware to get a reproduction case. Would you be able to reproduce this and then send us a copy of your output_log.txt file along with your system specs so we can have the Programming team look into this? If needed, you can find instructions on where to obtain those things here. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. Thanks again Digital, and sorry for the inconvenience this bug is causing.
  19. Hello Uncle! Thank you for letting us know about this! I've created a bug report for this issue for the QA and Area Design teams to investigate. If you discover a way to get a 100% reproduction rate on this, please let us know! Thanks for the help!
  20. Hello Peolone, Thank you for reporting this! We have received multiple reports of this issue which seems to have started in the latest patch. The team is currently investigating and attempting to reproduce the issue in house so the Programming team can get a fix in. If they need any additional information, I will definitely let you know! Thanks for the help, and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
  21. Hello Obsidian, I'm sorry that this has been a long fix coming. I believe the previous patch fixed another issue that started in 2.0.1, but you seem to be having the major FPS issue that has been plaguing folks with high end graphics cards since Deadfire released and the Programming team is still trying to fix this. The issue is considered so major that it is has been our number one priority for fixes for quite awhile now. The team has been unsuccessful at reproducing the issue with any of the hardware internally and externally and have recently taken to purchasing more hardware in the hopes of reproducing the issue. I have added your system specifications to the bug report so they will have more information about what kind of hardware is having this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience this bug has been causing you.
  22. Hello Auricfire! No worries! Delvers Row can be quite confusing, and as such, we had to create a map for ourselves to help us when testing the area. I'm glad you were able to get to Dereo Thank you for your continued support Auricfire!
  23. Hello Bartopolis! Thank you for reporting this to us! I tested this with your save and can confirm that this is indeed a bug. I have created a bug report and attached your save for the Area Design team to investigate the issue and get a fix implemented. Thanks for the help!
  24. Hey everyone, I'm adding this thread to the bug report along with the other threads to be used as a reference. If you discover anything else about this, please let us know as the devs will be taking a look at these threads. Thanks again, and sorry about this bug.
  25. Hello Skie! I've gone ahead and bugged this one with your save as well. Thanks for all the help!
