  1. Hello again Drkemail, I sent you a Personal Message that should resolve the issue for you Please let me know if it works!
  2. Hello Drkemail, I'm sorry you are running into troubles with the unpurchased DLC blocking your ability to play your latest save games. This should definitely not be the case as you should not have to purchase any extra content to play the base game. I've contacted Apple Support in regards to this issue in the hopes they have a fix for this. I will update you as soon as I get information from them about this issue and what resolutions they have. In the meantime, do you recall what you were doing for each of the blocked saves and would you be able to provide me with a copy of one of the good saves as well as one of the blocked saves. I want to see if we can compare these and find what may be going on. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
  3. Hey Thelee, You've got quite the amount of information about pick pocketing laid out! I'll put it in a report and run it up the chain for Systems to look into. If you have anything to add, feel free to add it to this thread as I will be linking this for them to use as a reference. Thanks for the insight Thelee!
  4. Hello Donnelly, I'm sorry about the progression troubles you've run into. Would you please provide me a copy of your save file where this is occurring. An added bonus would be if you also have the save from before visiting the Palace. I want to have the QA and Area Design teams investigate this issue for you so they can get a fix and get you back on your adventure. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. Thank you, and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
  5. Hello Talperien, Sorry for the delay in getting back to your email! It was an extended weekend here so it took me a bit longer to get through the backlog of emails and forum posts. Email or Forums are both fine to report to, but I will generally go to the emails first. In case you haven't gotten the email or haven't seen it, I was wondering if you would be able to provide a copy of your gamecomplete.savegame file from Pillars I as well as a save from Deadfire before having that conversation with your soul. We can still investigate the issue regardless, but these would greatly expedite the process. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to the email thread we have at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. Thanks again, and sorry for the inconvenience.
  6. Hello Ilya, I'm sorry for the crashes you've been having while trying to play and thank you for putting this all together. I'll put a report together and give it to the Programming team so they can investigate this issue and see about any fixes or settings that may help. If you discover anything else about this, feel free to add it to this thread as I will be linking it for the programmers to use as a reference. Would you also be able to provide a couple of crash logs when the crashes occur? The output_log.txt file is super helpful, but the crash logs provide different information that can also prove useful. If needed you can find instructions on where to find these here. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. Thank you Ilya, and sorry for the inconveniences the crashes are causing.
  7. Hey Zack, I have some questions as well as some suggestions on what can be done that may not require programming help. The main question I have is, what game version is showing at the top right of your screen when you are at the Title Menu? It should show at least "v2.0.1.0044 LAX2 -steam"(it may have other letters for the other DLC packs). If Deadfire isn't showing LAX2, then you may want to check your DLC list for Deadfire in the Steam game library and make sure that it is checked. If it already is, completely close Steam and then reopen Steam to refresh the client. Go back to the DLC list and uncheck LAX2 and wait for the update. Once that is done, recheck it and wait for the update then start Deadfire. A thing I noticed from your output log was that it seems you continued or loaded from the Ukaizo Finale save. If you are looking to continue content, then you will want to use the save that is auto created when you trigger the final fleet battle. it should be called PRE-ENDGAME. Let me know if this works for you!
  8. Hello Lepaca! I'm sorry you were running into a crash, but super glad you were able to get past it! Regardless, I'm going to take the information you've provided and add it to a bug report we already have for this so we have more information to work with. If you discover anything else about this, please let us know! Thank you for letting us know and sorry for the inconvenience it caused.
  9. Hello PureInsanity! Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I've created a bug report for this and sent it to the Narrative team for investigation. If you discover anything else about this, please let us know! Thanks again for the help!
  10. Hello Watcher! I'm not sure what would have caused the issue you are having, but there are a couple of things that you can try to do to fix it. The first thing I would do is restore your settings to default from the options menu. If that doesn't work, I would attempt an uninstall and reinstall of the game to get everything back to basics. If you do end up doing this, make sure to back up your save files just in case. Let me know how this works for you!
  11. Hey Boeroer! You would be correct! Traps create serious injuries which can have different effects, many of which will reduce stats or max health instead of dealing short term physical damage to the characters. Since traps aren't dealing damage, this would not trigger the effects of the cloak. I hope this answers your question
  12. Hello Helleg, I'm sorry you are running into a transition error. Would you be able to send us a copy of your save and output_log.txt file. I want to have the team look into this for you so we can get you back on your adventure. You can find instructions where to obtain these files here. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. Once we have that, the QA and Programming teams will investigate the issue so they can get a fix in. Thank you, and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
  13. Hey everyone! I'm happy to say that all three of these issues should be fixed in the 2.1.0 patch which can be seen in the Patch Beta branch, if you are interested. If for some reason these are not fixed in either the Patch Beta branch or in the final release of 2.1.0, please let us know and we will investigate the issue again. Thanks for bringing these to our attention!
  14. Hello Oskard, I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles saving the game. Would you be able to reproduce this by clicking on the save button, and then immediately send us copies of the output_log.txt file along with a save file. You can find instructions on where to find these files here. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. Once we have those, the QA and Programming teams will attempt to reproduce the issue so they can get a fix in for you. Thank you, and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
  15. Hey Awexilo! Thank you for letting us know about this! I've written up a bug report to have the Narrative team look into this. If you notice anything else about this, please let us know! Thanks again for the help!
  16. Hello Matteo, I'm sorry the party is a bit quieter this time around. I have put in a request to the team to consider adding a slider in the sound options that allows people to adjust the frequency of reactive voice over. Hopefully they can add this into the game for you Thank you for bringing this to our attention! *Edit:* Apparently this is something they are very strongly considering to the point that it's already being worked on
  17. Hey Duin! Thank you for reporting these issues to us! I've gone ahead and put together some bug reports for these issues. If you find anything else, please don't hesitate to let us know! Thanks again Duin!
  18. Hello Max! Thanks you for bringing this to our attention! I have created a new bug report for this to make sure that it gets investigated by the QA and Programming teams. If you notice anything else about this, please let us know. Thanks again Max!
  19. Hey everyone! Thank you for the heads up about the recovery time! I have taken the information and sent it to the QA and Systems Design teams to investigate the issue. If you folks find anything else about this, feel free to add that information as the devs will likely look at this thread to reference the issue. Thanks again!
  20. Hello Powerguy, Sorry about the performance issues you've been having. We are aware that some users with high end machines have been having some performance issues and that many of the work-arounds revolve around tuning graphical settings down. This is currently our number one issue that the QA and Programming teams have been working on to get these users either running the game or running it better. In the meantime I would try lowering some of these settings. The most common help is lowering the MSAA down to 1. Have you been having this issue during your entire playthrough or mostly when you have two summoners in combat? Also, would you be able to send us a copy of your save file? I want to check to see if there is anything else going on, that we may be unaware of. If needed, you can find instructions for finding your save files here. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. If you could could also let us know your system specifications that would be a great help, but it is not required. Thanks Powerguy, and sorry again for the inconvenience this is causing.
  21. Hello Mem, I'm sorry to hear about Benweth disappearing on you. Would you be able to send me a copy of your save file? I want to see if this is also occurring for me as well as see if we can't do anything about your save state. If needed, you can find instructions on where your save files are located, here. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. Thank you Mem, and sorry for this inconvenience.
  22. Hello Zelda, I'm sorry the door is not functioning properly for you. Would you be able to send me a copy of your save file so we can investigate the issue and get a fix for this? You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. Once I have that save, we should much more easily reproduce that bug and see what we can do for a fix. Thank you, and sorry for the inconvenience.
  23. Hello Kirankicky, Thank you for sending me that save file! This is a super strange occurrence as I have not seen this outside of Berath's Challenge or having three wounds. I was absolutely able to reproduce this with your save file, so I have sent it off to Programming to investigate the issue so they can get a fix out as soon as possible. I hope this hasn't been hindering your playthrough too much. If you discover anything else about this, please let me know and I will add that information to the bug report. Thanks again, and sorry for this inconvenience.
  24. Greetings Watchers! We put out a poll on Twitter to see what kind of pet everyone would like to see added to Deadfire! The options available are Ooze Droplet, Tiny Bat, Grub, and Spider. Be sure to check this poll out on our Twitter account to participate for this cool new pet as the poll is active for today only!
  25. Hello Whimper, Sorry about the crashing with the inventory. The Dropbox wasn't working for me, so I was wondering if you would be able to mail the save file and crash log to me at support@obsidian.net so I can have the team investigate the issue and get a fix in. Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience.
