  1. Hello Sukayo, I'm sorry about the Beast of Winter crash bug and thank you for posting the extra information for us. The Programming team is still investigating this issue so they can get a fix in as soon as they can. I'll attach your new information to the bug report and ping them so that they know new information is available. If you happen to discover anything else about this bug, please let us know! Thank you, and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
  2. Hello Aaron, That is very strange as I haven't heard of that yet. Regardless I'm going to create a bug report and see what the QA and Area Design teams can dig up. If you do discover anything else about this, please let us know and I'll add it to the bug report for the team! Thanks for the heads up!
  3. Hello everyone, I don't believe Jhlusk can move the party member as we have had multiple reports of this occurring saying they could not. We have the team currently investigating this to get a fix in as soon as possible. Other players have reported that changing out the party on their ships, though inconvenient, was working while the fix is being made. Sorry for the inconvenience this is causing everyone.
  4. Hello WiduMew, Unfortunately the fix has not been implemented as of yet. The good news is, the Programming team finished making a fix and it is currently being tested by the QA team to make sure the fix works and that it doesn't break anything else. Stay tuned for the patch notes to see when the fix is implemented into the live build! Sorry for the lengthiness of this bug fix.
  5. Hello Smzh, I'm going to have the QA team look into this, but just wanted to check with you to make sure that the snow bears aren't just reapplying the Fur of Frost ability. Looking at their character sheets, it looks like they have an ability that allows them to apply that to themselves again. Thanks for reporting and looking into this issue for us!
  6. Hello Djestemisevi, The image is a little small, but it looks like your Watcher has disappeared. Is this correct? Also, would you be able to provide us a copy of your save from before sailing to Ukaizo? That would help us immensely to reproduce issues for the team to be able to fix. If needed, you can find instructions on where to obtain your save files here. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. Thank you for the help Djestemisevi!
  7. Hello Ylee7n, Thank you for bringing these issue to our attention! Fortunately we've already got the team working on a fix for the first issue. For the second, I'll see if there is anything that can be done about changing the status of quest items after they are no longer needed for the quest so that maybe they won't unequip from your party members. If you discover anything else about these issues, please let us know as this thread will be used as a reference for the devs. Thanks again, and sorry for the inconvenience these bugs are causing.
  8. Hello Dune! Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I was able to reproduce this and created a bug report for the Animation team to investigate. If you discover anything else about this, please feel free to comment about it as this thread will be used as a reference on the bug report. Thanks again Dune!
  9. Hello Digital, Thank you for letting us know about this issue! When I test this, I'm getting about a half second delay but then everything acts normally. I'm going to have other folks in house test this with different hardware to get a reproduction case. Would you be able to reproduce this and then send us a copy of your output_log.txt file along with your system specs so we can have the Programming team look into this? If needed, you can find instructions on where to obtain those things here. You can either provide a link to your files via Dropbox or you may attach them to an email for us at support@obsidian.net. If you do email us, please link this post and mention your forum username so that we may identify you easily. Thanks again Digital, and sorry for the inconvenience this bug is causing.
  10. Hello Uncle! Thank you for letting us know about this! I've created a bug report for this issue for the QA and Area Design teams to investigate. If you discover a way to get a 100% reproduction rate on this, please let us know! Thanks for the help!
  11. Hello Peolone, Thank you for reporting this! We have received multiple reports of this issue which seems to have started in the latest patch. The team is currently investigating and attempting to reproduce the issue in house so the Programming team can get a fix in. If they need any additional information, I will definitely let you know! Thanks for the help, and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
  12. Hello Obsidian, I'm sorry that this has been a long fix coming. I believe the previous patch fixed another issue that started in 2.0.1, but you seem to be having the major FPS issue that has been plaguing folks with high end graphics cards since Deadfire released and the Programming team is still trying to fix this. The issue is considered so major that it is has been our number one priority for fixes for quite awhile now. The team has been unsuccessful at reproducing the issue with any of the hardware internally and externally and have recently taken to purchasing more hardware in the hopes of reproducing the issue. I have added your system specifications to the bug report so they will have more information about what kind of hardware is having this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience this bug has been causing you.
  13. Hello Auricfire! No worries! Delvers Row can be quite confusing, and as such, we had to create a map for ourselves to help us when testing the area. I'm glad you were able to get to Dereo Thank you for your continued support Auricfire!
  14. Hello Bartopolis! Thank you for reporting this to us! I tested this with your save and can confirm that this is indeed a bug. I have created a bug report and attached your save for the Area Design team to investigate the issue and get a fix implemented. Thanks for the help!
  15. Hey everyone, I'm adding this thread to the bug report along with the other threads to be used as a reference. If you discover anything else about this, please let us know as the devs will be taking a look at these threads. Thanks again, and sorry about this bug.
  16. Hello Skie! I've gone ahead and bugged this one with your save as well. Thanks for all the help!
  17. Hey everyone, Thank you for letting us know about this. Fortunately we already had someone mention this issue with Flames of Devotion so the team is already investigating the issue. We also already have the missing string bugged and being fixed as well! If you have any additional details about the ability issue, please keep posting that here as I will attach this thread to the current bug report so they can use this as a reference. Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience these bugs are causing.
  18. Hello again Skie! Thank you for letting us know about this. I've gone ahead and created a bug report and attached the save files you provided. The QA and Programming teams will get to work on this! Thanks again for the amazing help!
  19. Hey Jolor, I'm glad I could clear that up! Sorry about your saves though. Same thing happened to me with Final Fantasy X once when I saved over my only save from the first save point in a new game. Thought to myself "Whelp, I love this game! I get to play again!" Good luck with the new playthrough!
  20. Hey Glass! Thank you for the save! I have added it to the bug report so the team can use it to compare to their own saves. Thanks again!
  21. Hey Proto, I put a bug report together for this and sent it to the programmer who set up the Mod system to take a look at. If you discover anything else about this please feel free to post it here as this thread is linked in the report and will be used as a reference. Thank you for letting us know about this!
  22. Hello Lowdegger, I'm sorry the fix is taking so long. Programming recently submitted a fix, but it was still found to be broken by QA and is currently being fixed again by the Programming team. We are hoping to have this fix out as soon as possible. If you happen to discover anything about this that you think might be helpful, please let me know and I will add it to the bug report. Thank you and sorry for the lengthy inconvenience.
  23. Hello Kyro, I'm sorry you have had trouble with the support channels. Did you email us at support@obsidian.net? I'm wondering if something went wrong with the process as I am the person who responds to the emails for bug reports and issues, and I go through them all pretty much every other day. I'm looking at the only three emails I have left to respond to, all from today, and am not seeing any emails related to saves. I do apologize that something went wrong and hope that it doesn't happen again. In regards to the save issues, you mention there are certain times that manual saves are not working. Do you know what those times are or are they seemingly random? The Daily Wage bug should have been fixed in the latest patch from this Tuesday. If your game is showing version 2.1.0.0034 and is still having this issue, please let me know and I will have the team look into it again. If you are able to get this to reproduce, would you be able to send me a copy of the affected save file to me at support@obsidian.net? If you do send me a save to that address, please message here saying you did so as I will turn on notifications for this thread and be pinged for it. I want to make sure the email actually gets to me this time. Thank you for your patience and for working so hard to inform me about this, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience these bugs have caused.
  24. Hey DnDuin! Thank you for reporting more bugs to us! In regards to the two items not enchanting, I can enchant them and only get that message after enchanting the opposing enchant in the enchant tree. When enchanting Armor of Flesh on Effigy's Husk, it warns that you cannot enchant Eyes of Blackstone once you set the enchant. After confirming, it then displays "Crafting requirements not met" for Eyes of Blackstone. Is this the same in your case and if not, could you please send me a copy of your save so we can look further into this? The forums unfortunately don't allow for much space, but you can send the files to me at support@obsidian.net and I will attach them to a bug report to get checked out. Thanks as always DnDuin!
  25. Hey everyone! Thanks for reporting and confirming this! I put a report together and linked this thread, so if you happen to discover anything else, feel free to post it here as this will be used as a reference. Thanks again for all the help!
