  1. Hello Maaront, I'm sorry about this block on your save files. LAXF should be the free Boss Fights DLC where as Seeker, Slayer, Survivor should be LAX2. I just wanted to check to make sure you have the free Boss Fight DLC downloaded, and if you would be able to restart Steam to make sure it refreshes after having downloaded it. If this is still giving you issues, would you please send me a copy of your save file so that we can take a look into this for you?   2. Hello Skie! Good eye as always! Fortunately we've already got this one bugged and being worked on. Narrative has already done a pass on this and passed it along to Area Design to fix this up.   3. Hello Ptarror, I'm sorry you're running into this UI issue. I recommend deleting your system preferences. I will list the way to do this below. This is considering you have a Windows machine. If not, please let me know and we will get you different steps to get you back into the Deadfire. 1. Press the Windows button on your keyboard and type "run". 2. Click the Program to open the Run program. 3. Type "regedit" into the Run program and press OK. 4. Find the game folder location from the list of folders on the left.(Your location may be different from mine) 5. Delete the Pillars of Eternity II folder. After doing this, the game should default everything to basic settings. When Deadfire runs again, the folder will repopulate itself with the new default settings, so no need to worry about having deleted the folder.   4. Hello Thelee, Unfortunately there is a bug where items have a chance to not have their stat blocks and subsequently their enchants and bonuses. The Programming team just got some work done on this today and we are hoping to have this out for the next patch. Keep an eye on the patch notes to see if it makes it in. Being the nature of what this bug is, it is a rather high priority for getting a fix in so we will be working hard to get this out as soon as possible. Thank you for reporting this, and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
  5. Hey Kmbogd! It is indeed! AndreaColumbo graciously gave us a list of spells and abilities that were missing their keywords and the Systems Design team is investigating to make sure they get them all for a fix. Thanks for the heads up on that :D

Hello Ashtery, In terms of losing money, the only bug I'm aware of related to losing money spontaneously is the Daily Wage bug, where when you load the game on the World Map, there is a chance that it will charge you an excessive amount of Daily Wages for Crew members. The workaround until the fix is released is to reload the save and you should not get charged. In regards to buying and selling from vendors. They can have a positive, neutral, or negative opinion of you depending on the choices you made and that will display in the "Discount on Items" section of the UI. If the percentage being added or subtracted is not matching up, please let me know and send us a copy of your save file where this is occurring so we can have the team investigate the issue for you.   7. Hello Thorn, Good eye on this one! We did not have this in the system, so I've gone ahead and put a report together to get this fixed up. The ability is likely meant to affect ALL based on the type of attack that it is, but the patch notes will mention whatever decision Systems Design decides upon. Thanks again for the help!
  8. Hey everyone, This is still a known issue that is logged in the bug system. It is still one of our higher level bugs that we plan to fix, but the team has not gotten a fix working for this yet.   9. Hello again Lowdegger, Unfortunately QA fix failed another fix that the Programming team put in, so this is still in the works at the moment. I'm not sure which patch this will get into as of yet, but when it is fixed, it should end up in the patch notes upon integration into the Default branch. Sorry about this Lowdegger.

  12. Hello C1derly, Unfortunately if you exit out of the text box when naming islands it will default to the auto filled "Island Name" and display that on the island. Just having completed the island and having the prompt should still count toward the achievement however. We were wondering if you could send us a copy of your save file so that we could take a look at it and see what might be going on or missing and help get that achievement set up for you.   15. Hey everyone, This is definitely an issue we are still investigating at the moment. A very useful thing if you would be so, kind would be a save file that has completed the Beast of Winter DLC, and a save file of a different character that has NOT completed the DLC but is being treated as if they had.   18. Hey everyone, This is still unfortunately a problem that we have continued to work on and purchase more hardware in an attempt at reproducing the issue so that we can fix it. We will absolutely make a big mention of this in future patch notes when this gets fixed as this is the toughest issue we have had to fix so far for Deadfire and will be ridiculously glad to not have to worry about it anymore. We sincerely do apologize for the problems, frustrations, and length of time this fix is taking and will continue to do what we can to resolve it. If you ever find any more information about this bug, please let us know so that we can look into your findings and get this fixed up.   21. Hello again Aereon! So the team has run a bunch of tests and have been unable to reproduce the issue. They are wondering if when you are no longer charmed if you have reselected your character to have control to do things again. Normally with solo characters, you always have control of the only character available, but when this situation occurs, it actually deselects the character which would then put you in the only situation where you would need to reselect the solo character to be able to control them. If this is not the case for you and you still have no control over your character, please let us know so we can have the team continue to investigate the issue. Thanks again!
  22. Hey everyone! Thank you for reporting this issue! Fortunately this has already been bugged and fixed. The fix should go live in the hotfix patch tomorrow morning at 10AM PST assuming nothing bad happens to the build. If for some reason this continues to be an issue after updating to the 3.0.1 build, please let me know so I can bop the proper devs on the head.
