  1. You know what else is a war crime? This entire Russian war against Ukraine. Nothing of this school-schmool thing would have happened if not for Russia's imperialistic delusions backed by tiny waxy garbage man's issues. This was the daily reminder of what is really responsible for all the awful things happening right now. (Hint: it's Russia).

  5. Do you have a cogent view on how Australia ended up like this? The situation is awful if it is as you describe, and even if it isn't that dire, I do know that it's not particularly good. But it would be really interesting to know how it got to be that way. What was the starting point and what were the steps. As much as there are things to be deplored in state-funded media, their Scandinavian version appears to work remarkably well, especially because commercial media exist right beside them (and therefore state-funded stuff is not the only stuff you get, like in perhaps North Korea). So, there are these media outlets whose interests aren't entirely 100% commercial and who have at least of degree of impartiality. I think this is good. I know that the US, for instance, has stuff like the NPR, but it's such an insignificant player that it makes no difference. The world where all media is strictly commercial has a tendency to make people more cynical, because there is always ample room and reason for the question, "What are they trying to sell me by saying this?" Like David Foster Wallace pointed out in one of his essays, the average American citizen is inundated with so many commercial messages that he finds it difficult to conceptualize the idea that there might be messages whose interests aren't strictly commercial. This cynicism sometimes manifests itself in such a way that when I say something like this, I get a response where I'm regarded as a hopelessly naive and brainwashed child of socialism. The conversation rarely progresses much after that.

  6. Which list -- where is it proclaimed and what does it contain? By comparison, can you name an occupation whose representatives do live up to their list of virtues? This second question can also be phrased: do you regard journalists as worse than any/all people in other fields? My experience in journalism started in the late 1980s, and I have, for example, interviewed an awful lot of people, including what might be called major world stars. My experience in the field doesn't confirm your claim, as I have seen, over the years, plenty of people work with impeccable integrity. Of course there is dross in journalism, but your blanket claim doesn't seem to hold true at all. Perhaps you're mostly referencing your world, i.e. the English-speaking one? I wouldn't hesitate to say that the rags in that culture are remarkably awful, although there is superb journalism, too.

  9. fyi, for those unaware, today trump chose to invoke 5th amendment protections in a ny civil matter. is a big deal 'cause take 5th in a civil matter means the court/jury may infer trump avoided answering 'cause doing so would have been disadvantageous to his case. ny had trump in a devil and the deep blue sea situation. yeah, trump avoided giving up any info which could be used in a criminal prosecution 'gainst him, but to maintain such protection he all but tanked his chances o' winning his ny civil case, and the civil is representing the possible dissolution o' the bulk o' trump's corporate assets. am mentioning 'cause the few articles we have read today regarding trump and his scheduled civil deposition do a poor job o' explaining what is the practical implications o' taking the fifth vis a vis his civil case. 11. I'd prefer an Ancient because the early to mid game is so much easier with those Sporelings. Tough, long lasting and lvl1. Once you get Great Maelstrom and combine with with Effort + Avenging Storm that 1 PEN isn't such a big issue imo since you need crits to get the chain reaction going anyway - and crits get x1.5 PEN. And the added PL for pulsing plant stuff such as Wicked Briars, Venombloom and Tanglefoot etc. is also benefical because their crits trigger Avenging Storm via Effort's Hemorrhaging. And of course there's (plant based) healing. Even at PL9 with Pollen Patch: great spell if you know how it works. It rules imo if you are moving fast and are immune to engagement.

Well, paper that's better chewable than paper, but still, not the most pleasant of sensations. On the bright side, I'm not able to smell sweat or any other unpleasant olfactory experience originating from (other) humans, so that is a plus. What a wonderful disease, can only recommend it to everyone.

  13. I agree that whatever we both say is only speculation. Now, here's something that is not an example of the same thing but may illustrate this weird phenomenon that might be described as attachment to blatant untruths: Trump supporters insisting that "Trump has never lied". https://edition.cnn.com/videos/us/2022/08/10/trump-supporters-palm-beach-pkg-kaye-nr-ldn-vpx.cnn There is something particularly sad about the way the claim is worded. "I still support Trump" would sound much less pathological, wouldn't it? But to say that "Trump has never lied" and mean it is obviously a bit mad. Everyone has lied, surely. I happen to know a case from northern Europe where a fairly large amount of people were robbed of their money in a swindle that was essentially a reasonably clever pyramid scheme. Things got interesting in the aftermath when it became obvious that a substantial minority of the victims were not able to acknowledge the fact that they had been fooled and robbed: they insisted, and with great force, that the man in charge was the genuine article and that the collapse of the scheme was due to a conspiracy set up by the legal authorities. I read a piece on this written by a renowned forensic psychiatrist who pointed out that this kind of thing is not unheard of; whatever terminology we want to use, the fact remains that some people's "identity", "sense of self" or whatnot is not strong enough to sustain the idea that they have been taken advantage of in a big way, and in order to deny this truth from surfacing, they will use extremely strong powers of denial to persist in their fantasy. (A related silly-sounding tidbit: whenever a doomsday cult declares the end of the world and the end of the world does not arrive, the popularity of that cult will immediately increase.) How this happens is not clear, because we cannot penetrate other people's thought-processes, but apparently it's not as if a person like that is faced with a conscious choice and chooses to support the obvious untruth -- what happens is much more unconscious, i.e. there is no moment of choice, the clinging to the untruth happens on a level outside that person's conscious control. This is one reason why it's extremely difficult to argue against a person who has seriously committed to a conspiracy theory or is clinically paranoid: whatever you say can be used as additional proof supporting the conspiracy or paranoia. The Russian media has been extraordinarily virulent since at least the beginning of the 2000s, and to the extent we can even talk of a "collective mindset", much of it in Russia is probably extremely confused. This, obviously, has been the aim all along. (It is not that different from what happened in the Soviet Union at various times, unfortunately. Some of the more keen observers pointed out straight away that when Putin came to power, the Soviet Union would return, one way or the other.) (Small addition: Russia has just breached Estonian airspace. Boy they're good guys.)

  18. It might have been psyops, to get as much of Russians into a place, where Ukraine can completely control the logistics of the enemy, which is pretty much what really happened. There are 25000 Russian soldiers in Kherson, being supplied by two improvisional ferries and a single damaged bridge near Nova Kakhovka dam. Every other way into the region was destroyed by UA army. I might be mistaken, but I cannot see a single possitive outcome for Russian soldiers out of this situation in the long term. The situation will be a stalemate for a long time, but in last two weeks, Ukraine have liberated more land, than they have lost, especially around Izyum, and in Kherson, despite all Russians running there. Also, there are slowly emerging reports, that because of Russians employing new soldiers with very low training, and Wagner are recruiting criminals, that the resistance in occupied Ukraine is raising even among the Ukrainians, which were more favourable towards Russia. All of that is happening, because these new “recruits” are acting pretty much as complete utter garbage and ****… but yes, conflict will be long, with Ukraine hitting away all of the Russian military infrastruction, even in the territories, which Russia will referendum away, like what happened now in Crimea. 40 SU-25 is probably year and half of presanction Russian production in aviation industry, lost overnight. With sanctions in place, it will take Russia in some sectors twice or thrice as long to replace lost equipment than before the war. The only thing which is immune to sanctions is pretty much artillery, and as everyone can see, after the HIMARS spree, the artillery strikes dropped tenfold compared to the times around Sieverodonetsk/Lysychansk siege. Will the Ukraine win this war? I do not know, but if the West stays behind them and will supply them through the winter, they will have a slight advantage in the war of attrition against Russia, due tomthe fact, that Russia does not have industry fit enough to sustain all the damage at the pace the Ukraine is destroying their army. It is clear that the current strategy is, that Russia wants to take as much of land as possible by sham referendums, and blackmail the west to peace out. That’s why they turned off the oil flowing to their only ally in EU yesterday, as they hope Orban will break first and starts to sabotage the EU working together.

  19. Agreed. Another WWII lesson perhaps less pertinent to this is that Russians may not back or break down. In WWII, the incidence of psychiatric breakdown (stress, mental fatigue, madness and all the rest of it) was much higher among the allies. Various speculations have been put forth. Probably the most likely answer is that the Brits and the Americans were used to something resembling a good life, whereas the Russians knew that life is awful, the Germans were rabidly nazified and the Japanese had their code of honor which always gave suicide as a good option. So, the shocks of war were most shocking to the Allies. The Italians, according to Hemingway(*), were likely to cry "Il Duce!" in the event of a fairly painless flesh wound, but a shattered bone or a shot in the stomach raised almost no patriotic fervor at all. (*) in an article written somewhere and subsequently published in the book By-Line. Not going to check out the direct source now.

  20. Not sure. Maybe something about familiarity and the devil you know? Especially if the other devil is portrayed as worse (the truth is irrelevant in that situation, it’s what people believe that matters). As some clever person once figured out, one of the best weapons against terrorists is winning the hearts and minds of people. But, not being Russian, I can only speculate Edit: as the allied found out during wwii, no amount of “terror bombing” and maximising civilian casualties will do the job. It had the opposite effect, which is also why I think sanctions of anything other than things of military use runs the risk of being counter productive. Not saying it is, but risk is there (based on the wwii lessons)

  22. taco tuesday. ... if am being honest, it were also taco sunday, but as we made half a pork shoulder worth o' carnitas (our lazy man instant pot recipe,) today were taco tuesday and is more than a couple days worth o' carnitas remaining. our preferred taco is a corn tortilla with carnitas and a mixture o' poblano/monterey jack. am charring a poblano stuffed with jack cheese over a gas burner and then rough chop the blackened pepper/cheese thing which we then use to top our carnitas. finish with a fire roasted tomatillo or roma tomato salsa. we got a house guest who is a big fan o' our fire roasted salsa(s) and we don't have the heart to tell her the ingredient which makes it so yummy is the onion from the carnitas cooking fluid. the onion, infused with well-spiced liquid lard, makes our salsa extra mouth watering. the tuesday taco spread included a black bean/healthy alternative to the carnitas 'cause the crispy pork is too fatty, or somesuch? nevertheless, we keep forgetting to mention how the salsa, which our guest believes is so fantastic we should bottle and sell it, is likely the least healthy item on our dinner table. if our guest's objection to pork were a religious thing, we would mention the "secret" ingredient, but as is simply a preternatural fear o' fat am admitted being a smidge dishonest. character flaw. speaking o' character flaws, am using store bought tortillas. HA! Good Fun!

  23. am not sure how to make predictions 'bout the damn-worthiness o' evidence which were maybe collected. at least one fed judge thought there were probable cause to be finding evidence o' some kinda criminal violation by somebody somewhere at mara lago. probable cause in the US is actual a relative tough hurdle to overcome in spite o' what tv shows and some pundits would have you believe and am suspecting the judge in this case were not unaware o' how bad would be political fallout if a search he/she signed resulted in nul. however, have not seen the warrant. can't even say for certain if the search is related to trump's failures to respond to archive requests for missing documents or perhaps something else. wait and see. failure to wait and see is exact the calculated "error" gop made in an effort to shape the narrative before there is any sorta basis for reaching reasonable conclusions. trump could extreme easy dispel much o' the cloud o' uncertainty by posting a copy o' the warrant as well as his receipt for what the feds took. hasn't done so which tells us trump prefers not to have truth known. smaller than some expect? bigger than others is trying to make? best advice is, "wait and see." HA! Good Fun! ps darn auto correct-- dispel, not display. sheesh

  24. Back to the Crimea airport kaboom. Russian MoD has stated, that no aviation was destroyed. In Ukraine though, the rumours say, that close to 40 aircrafts were destroyed, as 4 hours before the attack, satellite picture was taken, where you can count 45 aircrafts. (Picture in the Twitter thread). I am really curious how is the real damage, as destruction of 40 out of 45 targets is IMHO news from to good to be true department… EDIT: The image in the thread is just a part of the airport. I have found out the image of whole Airport 4 hours before the strike though… Some aviation enthusiast here, who can estimate, how much would that be in USD?

  25. School and other civilian buildings without civilians are just buildings and using them for military operations aren't against any international law. You can even use have troops in hospitals with weapons as long as hospital is just for military personel Journalists are civilians, so if they were present then civilians were present. Question is were their life but in risk when they shared room with Ukraine troops in the school. Your text betrays your crappy understanding of international humanitarian laws too, so you at least have something common and you can also add AI in same bunch, they also don't have good understanding of how humanitarian law works. And you seem to have something against journalist as you keep attacking them even though I have not even mentioned who was the person in question (I give hint none of them was Tom Mutch). I find it funny that you think that journalist are so bad sources but people in Russian prison camp and troll accounts are good sources. I would like to also point out as we seem to have lost from the original point which is why AI's report about Ukraine troops has got people angry, even though reports from UN and Human Right Watch that told about same issue didn't, that I do believe that Ukraine troops have broken humanitarian laws and probably also committed war crimes during the war, and AI got people angry because they just do shallow reports with poor details and their main focus is to wrote snarky summaries to make their target sound bad.

  29. As of right now I played my fair share of Grounded since it's release and every time an update is made I restart a fresh new game every time to see how the update has changed the growth. From what I've learned its easy enough to get Tier 1 items, REALLY hard to get Tier 2 items and a breeze to get Tier 3 items. Since I'm not a club kind of guy, the first Tier 2 weapon I can get is ether the spear, the axe, the dagger or the mosquito sword which means pretty hard insect pieces to get. I end up most of the time killing Wolf spiders with the Tier 1 spear and a good amount of smoothies. I was wondering if it would be possible to give some extra effects to Weapon mutations to help us get to Tier 2 items. For exemple: Javelineer lvl 1 10% extra damage lvl 2 20% extra damage plus 10% more attack speed with spear type weapons lvl 3 30% extra damage plus 25% more attack speed and 40% more attack speed under water with spear type weapons Assassin lvl 1 10% extra damage lvl 2 20% extra damage plus stun ability with dagger type weapons lvl 3 35% extra damage plus stun ability and permanent poison when striking with dagger type weapons (Poison effect stack up with poison effect from gear like spider fang dagger) Chopper lvl 1 10% extra damage lvl 2 20% extra damage plus reduced stamina needed from strikes by 10% with axe type weapons lvl 3 30% extra damage plus reduced stamina needed from strikes by 20% and continuous striking with axe type weapons (Like spear and daggers) Barbarian lvl 1 10% extra damage lvl 2 20% extra damage plus damage received when blocking reduced by 40% with club type weapons lvl 3 30% extra damage plus damage received when blocking reduced by 75% with club type weapons Smasher lvl 1 10% extra damage plus 15% more attack speed with hammer type weapons lvl 2 20% extra damage plus 25% more attack speed and drop insects defense by 15% with hammer type weapons (By cracking their shells) lvl 3 30% extra damage plus 35% more attack speed and drop insects defense by 40% with hammer type weapons (By cracking their shells) Sharpshooter lvl 1 10% extra damage lvl 2 20% extra damage plus 10% more attack speed with ranged type weapons lvl 3 30% extra damage plus 10% more attack speed and first hit on enemies stun them for 3 seconds with ranged type weapons I think it would gives the player more strategies when choosing a weapon class. I also think with those new effects it would be not only easier to get to Tier 2 but also would give more value to even Tier 1 weapon with a bit of grinding.

  31. Hello Grounded Devs, my suggestion is... Can we make the "Arachnophobia Mode" be more customizable? I mean what's already there is good, but I feel it kinda ruins some aspects of dealing with them. Reducing them to orbs is helpful, but it also makes fighting them a little more harder. Y'see, I like to play the game in 3red person, because I like being able to see from many angles at once. (good for spotting spiders from a distance) But when I reduce them to orbs, it makes finding them a little tougher. I like to use the legs at an indication on their movement patterns, but because they are orbs, I'm a little less accurate on my attacks. I tries the other settings, but they were still kinda scary. I suggest adding more options to the timid players to allow them to alter parts of the spider to their liking. Let's say someone don't the head on the spider, you can toggle that off and just have the body and legs. Or (what I prefer) Is fine with everything else, but the eyes, you can either edit the to look like stage 5 Arachnophobia Mode to where it's just the 2 pairs of eyes, while keeping the legs and fangs. I think giving players more options to tweak a spiders appearance would a huge improvement for Arachnophobia Mode.

  32. Some ideas that came out to my mind while playing these last few days. It would be amazing to have more diversity in enemies. As a garden owner i can totally feel the lack of centipedes, ****roaches, worms and snails. And mantises! Each and everyone with a different material that has to be used to craft their armor sets. If that is not juicy already, imagine what a Lizard could add in terms of gameplay for example. A relentless enemy too big for you to fight and that poses a constant threat to your hard-earned house. Also more interactions with the crow... For example having worms could lead to having a crow's "feeding ground" where you can find more feathers, but where you could also be seen as food by the crow. And what about giving some love to the common fly? In my garden flies are everywhere so having none in game is kind of wrong. It would also be amazing to have more "building tools". We have, as of now, four different tools (Axes, Hammers, Shovels and Daggers to gather underwater). But building is not just made with that. You could use for example a wheelbarrow (that could require some modifications to the big pebbles you can actually destroy. Instead of giving you multiple pebblets it could give a couple bigger pebblets you can only load on a wheelbarrow). Or for example give multiple uses to the same material (thinking about the berries... so in the end you could make leathers at the working bench, or berry juice if you use them at the smoothie basin, or maybe berry paste if used with a mortar and pestle. There's space for lots of customizations here). As for mechanics. Some bugs use their exoskeletons to defend themselves better. So hitting for example a scarab with a lvl 1 hammer could either "chip" their armor and drop a scale you have to quickly grab before it turns aggressive on you, or could break their armor completely (more scale drops and armor drops to 0). Again, lots of customizations. Speaking of customizations. It would be good to have the different needs and survivability-related issues to be defined pre game. For example a bar going from 0 to 5 that defines how many times a day you need to eat/drink. Same goes for sleeping and so on. So at the beginning you can decide to play a game where you feel no survival needs or if you want a hellish gameplay with every need topped up. On the same note, weather has already been said. But that would be just the start... With the rain season comes the danger of floodings making parts of the map more or less dangerous. One thing for sure i am missing is how the weather works on your stats. A sunny day will obviously deplete your water bar quickly while a rainy day would probably keep you moist. And so on. Ridables is one thing that has been already said, and i second that with few exceptions. Riding an Ant? yes, definitely good as a "working and building ride". Riding a spider? no. Spiders are fierce predators. That said... thanks to whoever got till the end of this long wall of text. Hope to see a good game get even better!

  33. I don't usually post to game forums, but my friend and I love playing this game so much, we can spend hours together in this beautiful world Obsidian has crafted for us. So I really wanted to sign up and give my input on what to see in future updates. My friend and I both play on PC; they play with a KB+M, I play with an Xbox Series S controller. I'll go through my thoughts one by one. I'm a bit of a slow reader so I skipped to the last page of this thread, and so if I repeat anything already suggested, consider it a +1 from me! As @PhilKill2 already said, one thing my friend and I are always wanting is a minimap. I can see the argument against it, but I think it would be cool if you could toggle it in the settings. The menu is kind of cumbersome to get through even with a controller, and the map is something I am constantly having to bring up even when utilizing markers. I have a hard time with spacial orientation and even after hours of gameplay I have a really hard time figuring out where I am without using the map at some point in my journey. We like the idea of being able to "farm" aphids. Looking at the Grounded Feature Board, I see something called "Insect Pets Phase 1: Aphids" and I'm not sure what that will entail, but I like these ideas: being able to lure them into a fenced off area, using them to farm meat and aphid dew, and also having to protect them from ladybugs and ants. My friend was quite disappointed to hop into Creative mode and see that there are no bug spawns. We both hoped it would be similar to another game, where you would have the ability to craft and have non-hostile mobs, and it also sounded perfect for a future photo mode, to be able to get cool shots set up with bugs. We would love the ability to have Creative mode with non-hostile mobs (although, maybe they could become hostile if you attack first?) A list of bugs we'd be thrilled to see added to the game, even if the idea of some of them terrify us: mantids, butterflies, and centipedes; as well as seasonal bugs, like june beetles during the day and cicadas at night in the summer. Cicada shells would be an interesting material to craft with. They also aren't all bugs, we also discussed worms after rain, and seasonal frogs in the pond during summer, after a spring of tadpoles. One idea that I love is being able to reach the picnic table, and the wood being infested with termites, which is that region's ant replacement. I see that Weather is already on the Feature Board, but I hope that seasons are too. Maybe not extreme winter with snow as that might be too difficult and kill most insects, but a light frost would be neat. One complaint we have is that our first server was set to Medium difficulty, and at a certain point we were kind of stuck in a rut because we couldn't get strong enough to take on more powerful bugs like wolf spiders. Actually, my friend almost wanted to stop playing due to how often they were being massacred en masse by groups of mosquitos. We were also both wearing acorn armor in this instance. So we made a new Mild save and it's almost too easy. It is still very fun, obviously, as we spend hours playing it, but we don't hold much fear if at all for the mobs. Maybe we're just bad players lol, but the spike in difficulty seems pretty extreme to us? We would love to see a system that scales difficulty based on the amount of players with a hard limit set by the server host. I actually end up changing my SCA.B themes quite often for fun and would love even more! I would like more diverse colours, too. There was one SCA.B suggestion I have that is new, which is the ability to play music tracks. We would really like to be able to swim while holding grass planks or weed stems. This is just a flavor text thing, but me and my friend was really hoping that if we both pressed X on BURG.L at the same time, we could revive him faster. We wanted to help him together, lol! Also, at one point in the game, my friend played as Max and I as Pete. I was halfway across the map, and Max triggered the explosion of the Oak Lab. This triggered Pete and Max's dialogue, but the dialogue is saying Pete pressed the button. I assume this is because there isn't more dialogue yet to work with, or is a bug. But, we would love to see more interactions like that. Right now the voice lines are pretty repetitive and we savour all the little moments when the kids talk to each other and interact. Maybe branching dialogue options depending on if other characters are in the lobby while there's a dialogue currently going. So that if it's just characters A and B, the dialogue ends, but if character C is in the server, there's more dialogue. The kids all have personality even with the little lines we have so far and we'd love to hear more of them interacting. Finally, it would be cool to have a way to purify dirty water, as well as more food sources that require higher tiers to mine, like totally unbranded nacho cheese flavor-blasted tortilla chips (cough), or a blue electrolyte sports drink that gives you a small, temporary boost to stamina. If you made it here, thanks for giving my post a read and listening to my input. I'm looking forward to whatever you guys are gonna put out!

  37. Eh, it's a figurative list, not a literal one. Talk to any journalist(s) as a collective group though and you'll get talk about honesty, getting the truth out for/ informing people, being balanced etc. You won't get much about clickbait, sensationalism and agenda driving though and that's the majority of journalism nowadays. There are plenty of professions that do, more or less, live up to their claims. Drifting rather off topic, but you can always do an english language search for most/ least trusted professions- in which journalists reliably are only beaten by politicians as least trustworthy; in contrast those involved in science and medicine are typically most trusted. Plenty of journalists do work with integrity, plenty don't- and plenty think they do but are simply not very good at ignoring their own biases. It actually isn't, at least so far as the question of war crimes goes. It isn't either a zero sum game where "well, they killed 1000 people unjustifiably, we only killed 100, therefore they are guilty of killing 900 and we are innocent!" works; nor can you go "well they started it, therefore everything is their fault so we cannot commit war crimes"- though both are frequently tried. Consider the 2003 Iraq war- is the US responsible for everything stemming from that? Maybe in theory- but not practically in terms of war crimes. The people responsible for those are the people committing them, not the US because it invaded.

  38. Propaganda is very effective when you have a de facto monopoly on coverage. Russia and the state media, Murdoch media protecting even the worst of Australian right wing governments, China and their great firewall, Berlusconis complete media dominance in Italy, keeping even this most rotten of scoundrels in power for too long… add to list as people see fit. One sided media coverage in any direction creates totalitarian regimes that live by a code of rules are for everyone else

  39. I went to pick up my dog's ashes from the vet today. I cried more today than I did when we put him down. He was a very good boy. I really wanted that vet to tell me it was just arthritis. I could help with that! I was helping with that. Bought a bunch of rugs to help steady his footing so he could walk. I was going to build a ramp so he didn't have to struggle so much coming in from the yard. But that's not all it was. The Vet made a recommendation. And now I miss my friend. My brother. I'm so glad for all that time I spent trying to help him, though. I'd carry him out back and put him on the lawn, tell him I loved him and he was good. I'd go out with him with a treat and make sure he walked around to keep his strength up. I'd make sure to play with him the few times he managed to stand up inside. I got quality time like that. But damn do I wish it meant more than even that.

  40. Some features/QoL changes I would love to see in the full release -Someform of makeshift fridge that allows you to store raw/roasted meat without spoiling in your base -When building ziplines there should be a clear indicator whether its gonna end up being the end or start point its sometimes hard to tell if you're building long ziplines without huge height difference and ziplines in general should be a little faster -Alternatively somekind of burgl recipe that allows you to build a device that enables you to travel ziplines both ways -Aggroed (and only aggroed) insects outside base raids should attempt to destroy player built walls and other structures if they see it as viable way to get to you. -Please let the raw/cooked meat stack..atleast up to 2 or 3 -buff both the turrets especially the supposed "flak cannon" is real lackluster when the pellets drop so fast -Wolf spider/ladybird larva and mosquito should get some nerfs *wolf spider is ridicuously OP when you start the game. A single bite will pretty much kill you from full HP due to venom. After you get mithr they're basically the same as orb weavers...just farm for mats. I don't think its very intuitive to fight them when without mithr it pretty much requires 100% perfect blocks or cheese and later on just steamroll. *Ladybird larva for a 2 skull insect has way too much dmg and health combined to the ability to burrow and huge aggro range. They're real nuisance and pretty much everyone hates them. Tune them down a little...they have sizzle too. *Mosquitos are just a pain in the butt. I think something should be done about their movement..maybe slow them down a notch or make them get mini stun when they miss their drill lunge or whatever to make it a bit easier to pin them down. -A bit controversial but I'd like to have medkit added to the game. Obviously theres a reason why there isn't conventional health potions or whatnot in this game but some useable item that restores full hp would be great to have. Obviously it should have somekind of downside. Maybe it costs a lot to craft and is something like takes 3 seconds to apply and your character moves at lower speed while applying it or maybe even forces you to remain stationary. -Makeshift bikes or mounts or something would be nice to have:p Yeah most of them are just for personal convenience but I feel these would be nice things to have without making the game completely trivial. After all theres the custom difficulty that allows people to max it out should they want.
