  2. x3 Size multiplier x1.5 Size multiplier Download: Orlan Bear Spiritshift Scale Fix.zip This increases your size when spritshifted by 50% (see the lower image), should only apply to Orlans. You can change the size multiplier by editing the following line in statuseffects.gamedatabundle: "BaseValue": 1.5, This only fixes the (non-Shifter) bear form, is that ok or would you like all me to include forms?

  3. The Nord Stream 2 sanction regime was always going to fail, because it wanted to impose costs on Germany especailly to further an exclusively US foreign policy goal (note, I don't count Baltics and Poland getting a chub at Russia being discomfited as an actual foreign policy goal). Merkel has never been supportive of Ukraine in the same way that the US has, and reiterated during Maidan and since that the politicians saying Ukraine would join the EU as a matter of course were lying. She's also a lot more realistic about exactly what Ukraine's behaviour entailed than the US- like Yulia Timoshenko going from owning a VHS rental store to multi billionaire in a few years when she got her hands on the gas concession. The blatant theft and graft of Ukrainian leaders wasn't just costing itself or Russia, it cost down stream partners as well who ultimately had to pay for the gas filched. Hilarious though thinking about the US reps who actually thought Europe would opt for massively overpriced imported US gas, despite there being no infrastructure at all for it and it being, well, ludicrously expensive. Biden is just accepting that the US played its cards and lost, world would be a lot better if countries behaved that way more often and didn't dig in just for the principal of it. Qatar got too big for its boots. Its citizen population is minute, but it's very rich. MbS was by most accounts planning on a literal invasion and annexation, not just sanctions and a blockade. Stopped by Turkey mostly, but also because the US would not approve it due to having an absolutely massive base there (which quite apart from the negative appearance of allowing an invasion would have to go as there was no US basing allowed in Saudi) Pretty much anything about MbS can be explained as him being the ultimate trust fund baby- never had any consequences for his mistakes previous, so had a massively inflated sense of his won competence and no idea of how others would react when they weren't directly beholden to him. See also: Yemen and the break up of the alliance with the UAE, and somehow managing to run Saudi Arabia's economy at a persistent deficit. Hamas is basically Ikhwan (Brotherhood), which is Sunni. Iran is Shia. The main Ikhwan backers are Turkey and Qatar, both of which were vehemently opposed to Assad. So Hamas betrayed Assad and Iran and sided with the Syrian rebels which had a sizeable Ikhwan component (indeed the last major uprising in Syria previous was Ikhwan), while other Palestinian groups didn't, indeed one of the more effective pro government groups was Liwa Al Quds, a palestinian formation. To this day Hamas has zero presence in Syria as a result. So far as I am aware the last time any comment was made about rapprochement it was dismissed extremely undiplomatically by the Syrians. Doesn't stop Iran selling weapons to Hamas though, and they maintain supplies to some of the smaller non Hamas groups too. They're Sunni Muslims who believe in Political Islam. By most measures they're more moderate than the typical salafi supported by Saudi or the west, not that that's saying much, but Political Islam is a threat to most of the monarchies and dictatorships of the region, so it's suppressed due to 'terrorism'. Their aim is the same as any other party really, to attain power. They're not particularly concerned about how to do it, but then in that region no one really is. Theoretically they kind of support democracy, but only the sort of democracy that could be relied upon to elect the 'right' person all the time.

  8. Maybe Miranda's face was tired? Now I'm picturing Yvonne Strahovski in a bodysuit with several dozen little balls glued to her behind. In an unrelated story, how much does motion capture graphic artist pay? Asking for a friend.

  10. Clear Out with Carnage is a nice "hidden gem" because Clear Out hits the initial target twice and pushes it into the Carnage AoE - and also all other targets will get pushed from their original position into the Carnage Area once they get hit. Targets of an attack roll usually don't receive Carnage dmg - but in this case I think they do (I'm sure about the initial target of Clear Out but didn't check if the other ones also receive more Carnage damage than they usually would - but it looks like it). Often multiple Carnage hits suppress each other though ("similar effect with longer duration already applied" message in the log).

  13. It's a game mode that also barely has a place in SWTOR. I only played it before the great Strike Fighter rebalancing patch, but I did have roughly 10k matches under my belt, was de-facto the VC server first player to earn all GSF achievements. De-facto only because there's (still, as I haven't logged in since the very early days of SoR) one ship left to master on my Republic pilot toon. I even have more than enough requisition, I just... never got around to logging in on the Rep pilot and clicking on it. I even had my own hate thread in the German GSF forum, people accused me of all sort of cheating. It was fun. Actually, my favorite part next to nightmare mode raiding, and the latter was soured by the players I had to interact with to do so - also the reason I quit the game. Didn't mention it because I feel like a broken record, I'm pretty sure that even this very thread (or maybe its predecessor) has exactly the same post. GSF's biggest problem is that it is an almost purely skill based arcade shooter with a tactical component in a hotkey/GCD APM locked MMO. While it was fun to collect the tears of the usual PVP heroes who think that MMO PVP is "hard", they also never really stuck around. At best they'd yell "go play real pvp, I'll kill you!" at me and left, before I coud yell back that this IS real pvp. More so than picking the FotM class to faceroll newbies who don't know that they need to stack <mmorpg pvp stat> to be competitive. Thing is, I'm not even that good a shooter player, or at least, I'm no longer the 15 or 16 I was when I started playing Quake World and was physically in prime condition for that. Agree with you there, though. It was... probably still is a fantastic game mode.

  15. Cast Citzal's Enchanted Armory Summon Concelhaut's Draining Touch (you cannot attack with it bc. of glitch) Wait until Enchanted Armory wears off end combat so Draining Touch disappears and Great Sword reappears enjoy your permanent, scaling, one-handed Great Sword - that you can give to whomever It's kind of nice to have a one-handed sword that has +1 PEN and +5 base damage compared to a normal sword. It's like having a unique sword with really good dps enchantments. Also you can use it with one-handed style + modal and get +2 ACC, +30% dmg and +15% crit conversion. I would love to also get the one-handed Morning Star or the armor (especially the armor) - but so far I couldn't find a way.

  16. Hi, This is my first post here, so, please advise if this is not the right place or content to share. I decided to role a wild orlan shifter. I'm having fun playing her as a sort of "feral" heroine learning to adapt to civilized society by applying lessons learned from life in the Living Lands, where subterfuge, brute force, and cleverness ensure survival of the fittest. As a result she leans heavily towards aggression, cleverness, and shadiness in conversations - whatever is needed to accomplish a goal or survive. Her shifting abilities originated as a survival strategy, whether it was for battle, blending in with the wildlife, or to perform physical feats otherwise impossible in a tiny orlan body. Needless to say I was disappointed that THIS was what my Galawain-inspired badass looked like when it came to battle: Are there any mods or suggestions to make my feral heroine a little more... terrifying? I mean the boar is bigger than the bear, people. Thanks so much for any assistance.

  19. The 50% increase looks so much better and is exactly what I hoped shapeshifting would look like! If possible all forms would be great. Also, this type of modding is new to me - what is the filepath for your mod? Thank you again for your work on this!!

  20. Lol... you can also get youself a permanent Spiritshift weapon that way. Unfortunatly the Boar's raw DoT is not tied to the weapon but to the Spiritshift modal itself. But still: cool weapon to have. The Cat's Claws are best imo because they have the same base damage as the others but only 3 secs recovery. The coolest thing is to get the Storm Blight weapons I think. Spiritual Weapons and Reaping Knives won't stay. So far only Enchanted Armory and Spiritshift.

  26. Yes I was just joking with that post But that video is brilliant, I agree with most of what he says and its very humorous at times. Can you think of a bigger waste of time than attending a Robin DiAngelo seminar about " being less white " ... I knew it was going to be a good parody when he started off saying " and everything on social media is 100 % true "

  27. It depends what you want to play. A support priest can be very effective because he just drops PER and it has no effect because he never needs to hit anybody. High MIG and INT provide long durations and good healing and high DEX makes his casting fast. Cool. But if you want to play a Priest who hauls mighty damaging spells you can do that as well. With high MIG (and no other class can reach the might score of a Priest) and INT especially DoTs like Shining Beacon become very potent. And even the Holy Radiance becomes a superb damaging tool in certain encounters. But also Storm of Holy Fire is very good. Pillar of Holy Fire does great damage, too. And som symbol spells are very good at damage dealing as well. And at the same time nothing prevents the Priest from casting support and healing on top of all that. A dedicated support Priest might be more effective at support, but a Priest who can also deal severe damage is more versatile. If your damage dealers go down and you are left with the support priest you are screwed. Not if he can demolish the enemies all by himself though. And then there's stuff in between and also fun stuff. Is a Priest Priest of Berath as good with a Great Sword as a Rogue might be? No... but he can hit enemies as well as a Fighter with the right abilites/talents AND he can cast Priest spells on top of that. Very versatile - compared to a Fighter who can only whack things with the sword - and casts nothing. Sometimes it's just mad fun to hit enemies with Tidefall at 40+ MIG and see the massive wounding ticks just melt the foes.

  28. There's a certain cadence to it for sure, and it was a weekly broadcast too. The entire anime was never really meant to be binged and in a way it shows, after the initial setup is over, i.e. the first three episodes that end with Mami's fight against Charlotte, it falls into a rhythm of action - twist - exposition that is somewhat (actually, completely) lost in translation when viewed as a film. It's worse for the second one because Homura's flashback was a dedicated episode. There are also a lot of scenes that ended up getting cut that feature Madoka and Sayaka talking about their potential wishes, or with Mami, and a scene or two with Hitomi. While nothing of true value was lost other than Hitomi getting the idea that Sayaka might be into Madoka more than she is into Kyosuke (which probably helped with her decision to - as she says - not lie to herself any more and ask him about his feelings), what was cut was by far and large dialogue and character interactions that you would most likely have hated anyway, so it wouldn't really have made any difference. Good day sir! I said, good day! What bothered me was the explanation, not the exposition, but I now see it as necessary evil if you will. Kyubey's motivations for his actions help differentiate this from the usual torture porn theme that some "dark" animes have adopted. What he does is cruel and inhuman (well no wonder, he isn't human to begin with), but it's understandable instead of just merciless and cruel for no other reason than being cruel. Or as KP put it, Kyubey is not an edgelord. Spoilered from here on out just in case all this talk makes Sarex want to check it out and I don't know if he has seen it yet. Regarding the third film:

  29. Rofl... I never realized that Orlans had smaller Spiritshift forms. Do Aumaua have bigger Spiritshift forms then as well? It becomes obvious that I don't use Spiritshift that much I guess. If you are not on a gaming console I guess a small mod could do the trick? Edit: I browsed through the abilities- and statuseffect.gamedatabundle files but couldn't immediately find a value that directly determines the size of the new model (in this case the bear form of the shifter). Maybe somebody else with more shifter modding experience is better suited to this. @Harpagornisfor example?

  35. Deadfire Balance Polishing Mod at Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Nexus - Mods and Community I can recommand my own mod that goes better with Community Patch (has been tested with it) than deadire tweaks and that has been discussed a lot on this forum. It essentially avoid trap builds that would be annoying for 1st playthrough and suppress Gamebreaking builds that you aren't likely to abuse on 1st run anyway.
