  2. While I am excited for the game, the best thing about this teaser is introducing me to an indie blues artist.

  3. The Xenon have been pestering one of my stations, not really a threat to destroy it, but it's been annoying to have to periodically deal with them. I decided enough's enough and went into their space so that I could show them what's up by blowing up their wharf. Cleverly, I destroyed the production bay module first, which meant the wharf could no longer produce ships to attack me with, then I started blowing up all the defense modules to further cripple the station's defenses. While I was doing that, as expected, the Xenon sent some heavy hitters my way to stop me, 3 destroyers to be exact. 2 of them were of the regular K variety, I've destroyed a good number of those, but there was also an I destroyer: Look at the size of that thing! For scale, that burnt up husk is a K destroyer and it's MUCH closer to me. A K is roughly the same size as my Rattlesnake, the I is a super star destroyer compared to the K's star destroyer. And there it goes. With the destroyers out of the way, I turned my attention back to the wharf: With the wharf destroyed, the Xenon can no longer produce small and medium ships in this part of the galaxy. They could import them from Xenon space far away, but that will take time and weaken their forces over there. I'm sure they'll build a new wharf eventually, but until they do, this region is a lot safer. Now, if I can blow up their shipyard as well, they'll be completely screwed. Don't **** with Kresusiso Enterprises. I ain't playin', son.

  4. There is that. Another factor is small rural communities are pretty tight knit. An urban apartment building houses hundreds of people who are strangers to one another. A small town most everyone knows everyone else. And their families for a generation or more. People are more likely to commit crimes against strangers. Other than crimes of passions, etc.

  5. Well, already ordered the following: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 G.Skill Ripjaws V - DDR4 - 16 GB Should work well enough. Thanks for the advice. I already thought about that upgrade thing, but what happens when I plan ahead for upgrading is that I end up not upgrading down the line.

  6. I'm not 100% sure, but usually when it says "ally" (see Divine Retribution of Paladin) it works with summons and when it says "party member" it only works with your actual party members. Burden says "party member" - but I didn't test it. I know that Woedica's Crown etc. which has the same description does not work with summons. Edit: I just checked in-game and while the enchantment Grieving says "party member" its upgrades says "ally" (bravo Tooltip! ). So I did a quick test: Killed some skeletons from Beckoner and got nothing, killed Aloth and got the bonus. Tl;dr: doesn't work with summons.

  9. You guys are crazy. It is clearly the fact that cities are filled with democrats and small towns are filled with Republicans.

  11. My guess is that its easier to ignore what other people are doing when they're a mile away than when they're in the apartment above you, and there's less opportunity for crimes of opportunity when you have to go out of your way to see if there's an opportunity. I've never seen Gone With The Wind, but I've heard Tara's theme 1,000,000,000 times too many. HBO's plan, to add statements about the historical context and the portrayals of the characters are probably about as good as they can do. I'd imagine Margaret Mitchell would be more pilloried in the modern day if not for her charitable works, including paying towards tuition for Morehouse medical students and helping add seats for African-Americans at local hospitals.

  13. That's perfectly fine, the 3600 is a very capable chip that's going to serve you well for years to come. I can't see it becoming a gaming bottleneck any time soon. On the off chance the 4xxx chips wind up being some revolutionary leap forward (la_noire_doubt.jpg), you could always swap out the cpu.

  15. You really should go back to Breitbart for your "answers". The last few you got from JBZD are just crappy Russian memes, in this case a 2016 election results by county map. Here's what the protests actually look like on a map per NBC.

  18. Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition. I've completed the second chapter. The boss was rather disappointing lore-wise - just some random lizardfolk with a large party (2 mages, 2 archers, 6+ fighters). I was able to aggro them by smaller groups. On the other hand, now I think that 6-level-deep troll cave was somehow related to the final (?) boss.

  19. There's till plenty of decent spec RAM around without RGB, and lots of fans/ cooling without them too. Motherboards and video cards... not so much. Think they presume that you'll either turn the RGB off using their software or buy a closed case if you don't like it.

  21. "Quote for the Day: "It looks like we are watching many of the police collectively having the experience of being pulled over for a crime they didn't personally commit because they "fit the description" and are actively resisting while being yelled at repeatedly to "stop resisting!". And they really don't like it." You know the quote works the other way pretty much, right? People hate getting stereotyped na dblamed for what others did that happen to look like them when it occurred just a while ago but don't have a problem blaming an entire group for hwta happened centuries ago. I never owned a slave. I'm not going to apologize for slavery. I won't ap;ologize for what ****stain family member did recently - certainly not gonna accept blame for what happen before I existed. lmao But, certain people m(ie. psycho self hating whites) won't accept repsonsibi8lity for what they did themselves. But, I get it. Whites aren't human. You know, slavery and violence and group prejudice never happened before whites existed. L0L Just ask the North Amerikan Indian whose tribes was wiped out by other tribes. L0LZ

  23. And for a change little bit better boss design in Dark Souls 2. The second Great Soulbearer - The Rotten. Just the arena around it was kind of to hot I died more times trying to avoid lava, than while outrunning the boss Also the area, which you had to traverse to get to the boss was annoying. To many poison spitting statues lying around... All in all 13 attempts to get him down. The final attempt bellow

  24. If this means that the answer to every problem is no longer "more cops on the streets", then we are getting somewhere. Because for as long as anyone can remember "more cops on the streets" has been used as an empty political gesture presented as a panacea. Now, the answer isn't "no cops on the street" either. Complex problems require complex solutions. But... law enforcement is mostly treating the symptoms. Generational poverty, racism, these are the diseases.
