  1. We are aware of players not being able to log into the MP on Steam. There was an issue with an earlier Steam Update that caused this, and they have since released a new version. Please make sure your Steam is up to date and try to login again. If that doesn't work please let us know and we'll work with you to investigate this issue. Thanks.

  3. bluetooth update: i got this cheap magnetic antennae base that you stick on the side of your PC after hooking it up to the PCIE card, the bluetooth range on my headphones is now about 3x as long as it used to be compared with the default antennae that came with my AX210 card; presumably the wireless is also much better, but I didn't actually test it looks a little ridiculous, but seems to work really well

  5. DeSantis would fight to make Flat Earth as mandatory curriculum and ban Darwin from the classrooms if it gave him more votes (which it could in Florida)... He'll probably spend the rest of his political life fighting literacy and enlightenment to appease his chosen followers. Doesn't mean that anything he says is to be ignored, as it should serve as a warning of what is wrong some communities. Edit: I.e. somewhere, somehow, something is very, very wrong... Edit: Insert picture of Don Quixote fighting windmills here

  6. As soon as someone uses "woke" in an argument, I'm already mentally checking out, tbh. It's like a flag that tells you this is just a waste of time.

  8. lol Well I guess the 'enthusiastic amateurs on sail boat' approach had fallen apart rather spectacularly, so something else was needed. I particularly like the hedging at the bottom of the article still mentioning that story as if it were credible. Not quite as much as people still trying to insist the Kerch Bridge was blown up by a maritime drone with 65kg of explosives, but I do love a bit of informational interference running with my morning coffee and you take what you can get. Anyway, good guy Denmark wanting to protect Russia from repercussions for- checks calendar- 7 months. Some might say that Denmark has been more stridently anti Russian than anyone bar the Balts and Poles, but clearly this was an incorrect assumption and things like all those Leopards they pledged were actually... It's truly, truly unfortunate that their reluctance to embarrass Russia has dragged the story out for- checks calendar- 8 days instead of announcing they had the evidence a week ago and they had to bow to public pressure and make a statement. I do hope they won't be forced- forced I say!- to release some images of a russian ship somewhere in the Baltic in a weeks time, however much they want to prevent knowledge of their, uh, ability to take photos at sea being public knowledge as a matter of National Security. Why, next they'll be admitting they have small remote controlled air vehicles with cameras on them on something. No doubt they are also looking extremely hard for whoever leaked the information that they had the photos in the first place. They must be literally livid about that flagrant breach of security. I expect arrests and trials at exactly the same time as whichever Swedish official leaked all the information about Assange.

  9. The internet nowadays is full with anti-trans rhetoric (or anti-gay, anti-feminist, etc it's a long list). Can't visit any social media platform anymore without stumbling over it. At some point you will engage with it in some kind of form. Just ignoring those people is not a solution, since those opinions have a big influence on future generations. Guess the easiest way to address this, would be by improving the education system, but none of our governments seem to really want that, so here we are.

  10. Hi all, I have a shared MP world with some mates. We cannot load into the save from the other day at 140days played. Instead it loads a version from only 30days played. The same thing happens when I try and create a local copy of our world. I click on the 140days header version, click the copy button, and a 30day version appears as my local copy. What has happened to our world? Is there a problem with the shared servers that will be fixed in the near future?

  11. This appears to be an issue related to the Steam launcher and joining the Steam Beta should resolve it. The team is investigating solutions, and we'll let you know when it's available. Thanks!

  13. Can confirm it works. So I suppose it means the Steam update that downloaded today is what broke it?

  15. Actually, there is a third option... both are right (both the mathematics and the participants in a debate). (complex numbers can give you some really oddball looking results when adding the imaginary component to the equation) Like arguing whether an object is round or green... sometimes both are right, even though they can't see past their own narrow perspective and close off their mind to additional information. 'Or' being the problem, as neither can accept 'and' in its place.

  18. Encased. Exploring the Magellan Station. It is divided into 7+ floors and can be traversed mostly freely. Some general design decisions are becoming slightly unpleasant - XP can be gained from looting and depends on the quality of the loot, while the loot itself is random, hte action of looting does not increase fatigue, and there are a lot of containers (including flower pots and trash bins), thus if looting is skipped, so is the XP, which might make the following encounters more difficult. Also, there are some odd parts in the writing and slight mismatches with NPC descriptions (e.g. an NPC described having "sun-bleached" hair has curly black hair on the portrait). The quests are reasonably interesting so far, some are straightforward, some include light puzzles. Though the Journal updates are inconsistent - if a clue was obtained before the quest, it is not saved in the Journal and has to be repeated, which might not be possible. The party is able to knock out a group of a similar size reliably - everyone has a non-lethal combat ability.

  19. How long until Ubisoft fires 2/3 of their staff and has AI make all the copy paste activities on their maps? Would we even notice a difference?
