Reminds me of elements from HOMM5 Dungeon faction). It seems that even when coming from behind an enemy you get dtected. Does the ring mean that they can hear your footsteps? If you don't move, will it still detect you (might be a laud breather). Maybe if you have high sneaking you will be able to mov unnoticed from behind, but always detected what moving in front of an enemy. I am very curious. I love stealth.

The video title does note that Aloth (typo'd as sloth) has no stealth. Also, you may or may not have noticed, but one of the NPCs vision cone (shouldn't it be blocked somewhat by the NPC in front?) is towards Aloth, which would explain the detection. Seems to be more a demonstration of how the UI works while the stealth mechanics are still a WIP. 1

Or not just bonus damage. An example I've seen used was using a [Fire] ability on gunpowder, to make them explode. And then a [Water] or [Frost] ability can put it out. Or even with the consecration spell blasting away since it fires off 5 or 6 times after it's triggered. Things can be silly like that sometimes with things that have visual effects.
