Too much VO
Au contraire mon ami, there is not nearly enough voice acting. It's like a sweet swig of spring water in a dry desert of text.

Islamists kill 147 in Kenya
Somebody accidentally discharged their weapon, reloaded, then accidentally discharged it again?

Trevor Noah to replace Jon Stewart
I didn't always find Jon Stewart's humor agreeable. On occasion he could be down right offensive and tasteless. That's just the nature of humor. American humor doesn't always translate well, so it may not necessarily fl;y overseas.

Am I the only person who have positive things to say?
Since the release I've been trying to avoid the steaming negativity threads because they won't improve my enjoyment of the game one iota. Bug posts are great; nit picking whines over unfulfilled personal preferences... not so much.

What I'd love to see from Obsidian and the future of POE
Higher level play usually involves travel to where the challenges are located. I'd love to see some type of connection back to where the game started. Perhaps move the stronghold to a pocket plane with a dimensional portal.

Am I the only person who have positive things to say?
I'm enjoying it quite a bit. It's not perfect, but the positives heavily outweigh the negatives. With a couple of patches and a little fine tuning, it'll be well worth a replay. For me it's a solid RPG GoTY candidate.

- Lock pick stacking duplication
I experienced a weird little issue where the number of lock picks seemed to multiply when I tried to stack them. It's difficult to reproduce though. Has anybody else run into this? I am a little surprised that like items such as lock picks and potions don't auto-stack in a character's pack.- [bug] Door animation out of sync with state
I ran into the same bug and worked around it the same way. The impassible part is just the strip of floor that is covered by the closed door.- What's on the idiot box Part 4 (or something)
The new spin-off is being called Fear the Walking Dead. Is there an award for the most inane title of the year?- [request] little things.
Yes, hiding (or relocating) the completed quests would be good. Here's a few suggestions of my own: The store filters only disable entries, when they should hide them. There should also be a 'Show everything' icon. It would be helpful if it were made more obvious where you go to rest in Brighthollow. Whenever I rest, I'd like to have the option to sleep through to the following morning. Thank you.- The Funny Things thread

Yes, communication was a major problem. It didn't come off well and I suspect it probably dissuaded many potential contributors.- Why do people play divinity: original sin?
I've enjoyed it, but I lost interest after a while. I'll give it another try later on. The humor seems a little bit dorky, but it's okay.- Next Obsidian Kickstarter
I like to think that the reason Fantasy and Star Wars are so popular is the variety of ways you can tackle problems with different character builds. The presence of Magic (or its equivalent: the Force) is a big reason for this; the different magic types make combat and other gaming elements more diverse and challenging. You see a similar thing in the Mass Effect series, where you can build based on biotics, robotics, stealth, and/or weapons combos. I'd like a future title, whatever the genre, to include this type of character build diversity.- Update #92: Reward Redemption

Somebody should mod Marvin the Paranoid Android into F:NV, complete with a suitably dreary dialogue. He'd be perfect.- Thoughts on Knights of the Old Republic
You mean like Palpatine, avoiding detection for decades? I mean, I'm okay with force sensitives smelling the corruption on you, but you should be able to deceive the uninitiated. Well, he was a typical politician working in a vile den of stinking corruption. *COUGH*Congress*COUGH* Perhaps that masked his 'true' nature?- The Funny Things thread

A little rumor spreading along the docks: Aumaua means "bite me" in Aumaua. - Lock pick stacking duplication
