1.2 Changes Greater Focus : +1 starting and max Focus per character level, up to +20 starting and max Focus Keen Mind : +1,5 starting and per character level,+30 starting Focus Complete Self : (minor buff) 50% +5 focus on Crit. This one should be enough. Brutal Takedown : Interrupt on Hit -> Interrupt on Graze (to give it more interest compared to Takedown Combo) Rooting Pain : +0.25 PEN per PL above Tier 4 (instead of nothing). The total absence of PEN scaling (passive usually does not scale) was annoying. Moon Godlike : 10 health +2/PL (I think it's pseudo-PL like Monastic Unarmed Training) so it would sit around 30 at max level. CP made it 10 health +1/PL This would be comparable to restore (except for PL scaling) but with much greater AoE. This 3x per encounter would feel enough, even if you don't control it. Maybe even a tad strong. It's around 100 party health for the price of a Helmet and Racial. Fire Godlike :(I have already set ashen skin to +4 Fire AR to match Pale Elves)+1AR under 50% -> +2Base Damages 2-4 -> 4-5Damage increase : +20%/PL ((I think it's pseudo-PL too), so ultimately close to fire shield. And after finding the way, how to remove the poison from her arena, I was able to finally defeat Mytha, the Baneful Queen. Not very hard fight without the poison, just my old bones needed to adjust the reflexes to her fast moves In total 9 tries to defeat her (including two with the poison still there).2 points

".wait, is this you admitting that you've actually been a nazi this entire time, because that'd be the biggest reveal of 2020 so far " I don't have a side. I'm one person. I wasn't talking individuals but groups. Individuals MAY be hypocrites but groups will ALWAYS contain some hypocrites. It is the in the numbers.2 points

You just need bit of patience. Keep in mind that you are gonna work with a very small pictures: The base portrait is just 210x330 and the watercolor one is even smaller: 90x141. You really don't need to make a clean precise work. All the imperfections won't be noticed with such small dimensions1 point

Against Megabosses I pretend the pet is Vela. (even called my pet Vela :P) Hit it out of combat with blunderbuss till Blight from Magran's Belt pops, Draining Wall. I have to look at Willbreaker, mostly used Battleaxes.1 point

true. every american fighter jock since the 40s knows the real story. warning: please note the song were crafted, or so one story goes, by american ww2 fighter pilots who were decided not woke or political aware. nevertheless, the tune, with customized lyrics, is still sung by drunk fighter pilots in bars 'cross the globe, and is probably hummed in more than a few ****pits. hell is full o' saints and popes, but there are no fighter pilots down in hell. HA! Good Fun!1 point

What's weird is that it worked perfectly fine pre-update, but now anytime you use it, it does one or more of a few things: completely destroys ends of posts (whatever was after the spoiler), sometimes creates multiple nested spoilers, and makes it so you can't edit whatever you put in the spoilers so you can't even recover the text to attempt a re-try. Gosh, I wish BBCode mode was still be a thing. Plaintext is so much better than trying to manage stuff from what's essentially a public-facing editor.1 point

Yeah, don't think you have anything to worry about in regards to selfishness, . It probably also doesn't help that we've also been kind of lousy at cleaning them up for you...this forum probably skews older than most, and I think most people know what they'll like a lot of the time and nobody has infinite time to try out a bunch of stuff they don't think they will. Now if you posted your list on a gaming forum on reddit or something instead, where you have a bunch of 13-16 year olds who will try anything, your list would probably be cleaned out in a few days, .1 point

I am slowly plodding along in Tiberian Dawn. Dreading mission 11, worst beach landing ever. Missions seem harder than I remember (naturally it is the game's fault), I failed Bialystok a lot, trying to fight the tanks with just grenadiers was taxing1 point

Just to let you know there is quite an easy method to watercolor any picture in very few minutes. Doesn't need any skill (i don't have any myself), just bit of patience: 1- Cut out the background (if there is any) using your fav photo editor (For example Gimp) and export the picture as PNG with a new name. 2- Open the new picture without background with PAINT.NET (it's a free photo editor, just google it) and apply the artistic effect INK (use the slides to set it until you get the result you prefer). Save it. 3- Open the new "inked" picture with Gimp as well as the watercolor background clean that you can find in the first portrait thread. 4- In Gimp select the inked picture and paste it as new layer on the watercolor background using the multiply method. 5- Adjust brightness and contrast and you got your watercolor portrait.1 point

Yes. But it is possible (and preferable) to add the Origin versions to Steam as non-Steam games* - launches much faster than the Steam versions and free from Steam "social" features (the user base being what it is). I've tested it with Dragon Age II (re-purchased and generally recommend it, though maybe not the Steam version). On the other hand, having all DLC in one might be convenient. The launch delay might have something to do with my anti-virus. The DA/Origin folder is whitelisted, the Steam library folders are not (Steam does not check its products for viruses or being able to run at all). *Steam Overlay offers the best free function for taking screenshots - uncompressed, but not too space-consuming. GOG Galaxy does not or I could not find it. FRAPS uses BMP by default. DA itself saves in JPEG. Edit. The Steam version of Dragon Age: Inquisition also does not seem to feature the infamous "You are a pirate, aren't you" language lock for certain regions. So, I suppose, if/when Titanfall comes to Steam I might consider purchasing it, with the other option being Kinguin or another key reseller.1 point

just like every other company, they kept quiet about gay rights while the gays fought for them and were all proud supporters of the gay cause once the gays won... of course in countries where the gays do not have rights, the companies do not support their cause... they wouldn't want to lose profits after all for the sake of a minority. same goes for every other cause they claim to support. their support is just a PR stunt for the sake of marketing "look how much we care, come buy our products"1 point

Pretty sure the joke is that Bethesda is all about gay rights except in countries where they are needed the most.1 point

^ So here's the thing. It's possible that grizzly will stay "domesticated" throughout its lifetime and everything will turn out great, providing many more cool, fun, adorable, and, most importantly, money making YouTube videos to come. It's also possible, less so, but still possible, that the bear mauls one or more of those people. Granted, they're Russian, and thus SIGNIFICANTLY more tempered against bear attacks, but still, if you house a wild animal, you are rolling the dice.1 point

^ That lady is crazy. I wouldn't do that with a black bear. I DEFINITELY wouldn't do that with a grizzly bear. I SUPER DEFINITELY wouldn't do that with a polar bear. Black bears, for the most part, just want to be left alone (that makes them kindred spirits to me) and will leave you be if they don't perceive you as a threat, but if they do come at you stand your ground. Grizzly bears are highly territorial and very well may attack you, if they do, go prone and pray. Polar bears consider you food and will absolutely kill and eat you, if they come at you then you are ****ed.1 point
