  1. I'm betting its a Fallout MMO.
  2. Somehow manged to get into combat with two ships at once and one of the ships permanently disappeared (one that was tied to a quest). Is there a console command to complete auto complete quests? 'Cause it's kinda bothering me.
  3. Mordhiem City of the Damned. Melkathi just fell off the wagon after kicking the habit a few years ago.
  4. ^Up until Goodell took over as commissioner, the NFL didn't put the anthem on the air.
  5. For POE1 I would go with a paladin for healing/tanking. Zahua and Kana are decent tanks, but if you want Zahau to focus on disrupting or Kana to be ranged you'll need someone to take more damage up front.
  6. I'm not worthy. I RP a ruthless tyrant, but in truth I care too much.
  7. Counter theory: Paradox owns Tryanny and Obsidian owns Pillars. There's no way Obsidian would make them shared universes because of copyright claims.
  8. If only Grieving Mother was in Deadfire. I could watch her die all over again. Sigh. Good times.
  9. If you got the sacred stairs during the day, stand in front of the far west entrance to the distract, wait until midnight, begin talking to her, don't click on anything until the constructs are out of sight, then attack. Easy peasy.
  10. Every class can be a DPS god if you build them for it. Tanking on the other hand is a different thing all together.
  11. I remember watching a dev diary from Ninja Theory where they were talking about how most games don't go into the black within six months of release.
  12. I think monks are crazy fun as tank/disrupters. Fighters (in Deadfire) play similar to monks, and as a result they're more fun to play, too.
  13. Divine Divinity on GOG (yesterday). Owned it years ago but lost my copy.
  14. The only things I think are better (to any degree) in Deadfire over POE1 are the fact that many of the systems designs are there specifically for shorter playthroughs, the graphical enhancements, and the ship is an improvement over the stronghold. The combat, story, characters, and world building were better in the first one.
  15. Almost all of the titles I have an interest in are too small to have a presence at E3. Over the years AAA games have gone farther and farther out of my strike zone. The Paradox conference had more to interest me.
  16. Vela: "What was my mother like?" Watcher: Bluff, "We met and fell in love when we were young . . ."
  17. Yea, judging from all the companions banter with Vela the Watcher is just terrible - doesn't teach her anything useful, treats her like a servant. And doesn't talk to her at all for whatever reason (devs ran out of money probably). So, better leave her alone in POE1, she'd be better off as a tribe leader than some errand girl. She's well paid in ale and ripple sponge.
  18. Yeah, and now you have a drug addled orlan child to raise all by yourself (no, your pirate crew doesn't count as a mother figure). I hope you're happy. Worth it.
  19. Grieving Mother. She should have told us. Too bad I killed her.
  20. Call me dimwitted, but why is ranger leading the votes? Maia with blunderbuss nearly has as much DPS as my super monk. Meanwhile, I don't think rogue is worth much except for multiclassing. :/
  21. Who's Thanos marrying?
  22. I'm probably overthinking this, but I really wish there'd been a vela quest. I don't need her to be a fully interactive NPC that I can talk too, but it would've been nice to have one task or side quest involving her. As it stands, I think my Watcher might be the worst adopted father ever.
