RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS - BATTLE ROYALE

DMR is a waste of time and money. If someone wants to pirate a game, they will find a way. Denuvo or whatever software you use isn't going to stop it. -
RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS - VISUAL NOVELS ALLOWED

Like ? Yeah, everyone, including Sony, has summer sales and Sony dgaf. -
Normally I don't mind QTE mini-games, but I concur. Next to the UI of Mass Effect Andromeda, the dispelling in KoA is the worst game design I've ever seen.

Which quest was it?The dungeon by Dawnstar. First a door wouldn't open so I toggled culision and walked through it. Then a scripted sequence bugged out and I tried to force the quest to the next stage and got stuck in a dialog. Finally, I gave up. Do you have the unofficial patch installed? If not, you really should grab it (goes for *every* Bethesda ES/FO game btw). I can't recall having any game breaking issues once I installed that (well, not in Skyrim anyway) I do. They're the first mods I grab for every Bethesda game.

Through the same magic powers that allows the UN to outlaw the claiming of territory in space. -

Just got finished with my annual Bethesda binge where I play 20 to 40 hours of a Bethesda game within a single week until I encounter a quest breaking but and give up. I spent about an hour trying to force the dang quest forward with console commands before I threw my hands up, deleted my save, and uninstalled.

Which games have aged well in your opinion?

Stylized art tends to age well. Photo-realistic graphics haven't aged well. -

Technically OG Xcom hasn't aged well graphically, but I've never heard anyone say they played Xcom because of how pretty it was. -
I usually try to wipe them out when I first met them.

Vampyr is more of a social game with bits of combat in between. The social bits are the best part of the game.

No it isn't. It is enjoyable in its own but I dread to repeat it specially when its mostly walking around empty streets to the most depressing cello music ever conceived (the game does nail ambience and sound) Combat is effective but nothing to cry home about, the only good thing is that it is balanced so that you will have a very difficult time if you don't feed...the level cap is 40, don't ask me how I know. I don't even need to ask.

Or they could be like me and utterly indifferent because they don't like the genre.

This took me a day to figure out. It was a day well spent, but that's besides the point. can you explain it, i suppose you must have played skyrim to understand it and i was never a fan of TES I was also scratching my head and I played Skyrim I'm clueless here as well. Never played TES either. If Dragon's Reach is the head and Whiterun is the body and you trace the two main roads between the door entering Whiterun to Dragon's reach it looks like a rudimentary diagram of the digestive system. -
It was actually made by a Norwegian studio to look like a jrpg.

Switch or Hollow Knight? I've already caved on the latter, and caving in on the former is just a matter of time. ... Which is the point where I'll fail to not re-buy the latter again. Hollow Knight. I bought me a Switch a while ago, it's the only current console I actually use. Same here. I've been playing Wasteland 2. Trying to actually beat it this time. I usually get sidetracked save-scumming to get loot, breaking game flow and lose interest.

^I'm disappointed you don't have chibies wielding lollipops. -
Stories Path of Destiny: Diablo-like that focuses on branching choices [about 5 hours]. Dex: 2d beat 'em up, deus ex style rpg. Little janky but fun. [About 15-20 hours] Serpent in the Staglands: rtwp rpg kind of a Baldur's Gate-lite. [20 hours] Jade Empire: classic BioWare title with that classic BioWare jank. [About 20-25 hours] Anything by Supergiant Games.

Wii U. You remember that one, right? Also, there was the steam engine and a few other flops.
