  1. No, but if you look through CohhCarnage's youtube video (the seperate one for char creation) you could compare the release version with the beta version and compile a neat list. I'll give you a like once you post it, I promise.
  2. That's correct. If you reload a save where you haven't alreday used iroll20s then achievements will still work for that savegame.
  3. You don't exactly "die" when you go down/get knocked out (once health drops to 0). You will be unconcious (not dead) and you will get up after the fight or when somebody "revives" you. However, every knockout will come with an injury. An injury will ony go away if you rest with food (hardtack is enough to remove all injuries). If you have 3 (not 5) injuries and again get knocked out you will die (permadeath). I hope this clears it up.
  4. Dot+invisibility: Yes, correct - the ticks break invisibility. Seems to be an oversight/bug.
  5. If you go down (and don't have too many injuries) you'll get an injury and collapse but you can be received by abilities. After the fight ends you will get up and heal lost health - but the injuries can only be healed with resting. Injuries give you maluses like reduced accuracy and whatnot. There are several different of them. If you get knocked out with the maximum of injuries you are dead as a dead mouse and will be removed from the game. If that's the main char it means game over. If all party members get knocked out in combat it's also game over.
  6. Argh! My Streetfighter/Berserker is crying. Thanks for the info.
  7. Stances and auras can be active atthe same time, yes. However, since they are active abilities, if they boost the same stat they won't stack (like Zealous Focus + Warrior Stance: ACC doesn't stack). Exhalted Endurance heals everybody in range, including the paladin. Gilded Enmity breaks after 7 hits. But if you have the upgraded Sworn Enemy you'll get back the 1 Zeal (which you spent on it) after killing the enemy. So you can put on Gilded Enmity again and again without further cost than 1.
  8. Basically like in PoE (well, best martial class). However - the damage and PEN of Rooting Pain are pretty low.
  9. Why is Scott putting chant1+chant2+chant1? They will cycle and then you will have 1-2-1-1-2-1-1-2-1 and so on.
  10. Deathblow didn't increase Sneak Attack damage. It simply added an additional dmg bonus of 100% which stacked with Sneak Attack's dmg bonus (resulting in 150% once you put two afflictions on the target). In Deadfire Deathblows is only 50% though (maybe it scales with Power Level as well and starts at 50%).
  11. Difficult since no tooltip. You should stack Perception on someone because of finding traps/secrets. Could as well be the monk... If you want crits you should also bring somebody who can paralyze and a priest for Devotions.
  12. That's why Frenzy and Bloodlust are so good. And high DEX of course. They also reduce reload in beta4. Wasn't Vengeful Defeat placed at PL 7? Can't remember...
  13. Devoted/Sharpshooter with arquebus is pretty crazy. Tons of accuracy and PEN. Overpenetration due to crit and high PEN per se is common. The higher crit damage of the Devoted helps to reduce the stoopidness of "blunted criticals" of guns. Assassin/Sharpshooter is also nice. You don't need to use Backstab. Assassination works from range as well. Have a look at Evasive Roll + Upgrade. It is very good, but few have noticed. You roll over the whole battlefield and shoot the next target. That attack has its own base damage and actually doesn't care what weapon you have or if it's reloaded or not. And its use is cheap. It's supermobility + free attack which is pretty awesome.
  14. If the summoned weapon matches the proficiency of the Devoted then you will get the bonus. For example if you chose proficiency for pike then you'll get +2 PEN and +crit damage with Citzal's Spirit Lance. Minor Blights works with no proficiencies, so it's not working with Devoted. Same with Druid's natural weapons.
  15. With Ascendant you want to take Draining Whip, not Biting Whip. It's very powerful with an Ascendant so that he can fill his focus incredibly fast. I can imagine that Ascendant/Barbarian could be really good. You want to cast as fast as possible when ascended - and nobody can reduce casting time and recovery better than a barb (Frenzy, Bloodlust, Blood Thirst).
  16. 5 times. Every time you gain a wound it triggers. If you get 5 wounds from 50 damage it will trigger 5 times (in a very, very short time ). It also doesn't matter how you gain wounds: Dance of Death, Nalpasca trip, Shattered Pillar - it all triggers RP.
  17. Not true. She doesn't narrate everything, but she pops back up for main plot stuff, at the very least. Okay - I just saw the prologue and then the following 5 minutes which were not voiced. Point is: she's not always talking.
  18. Sneak Attack scales with PL. Somebody listened to our laments. If now Soul Whip, Deathblows and FoD and other stuff also scale with PL I'm happy. Curious HOW it scales though. By the way: Sneak Attack always worked in the first 2 secs of combat - also in PoE.
  19. They are more balanced in Deadfire. Devotions is still good as heck, but the rest is pretty normal now.
  20. Unfortunately not. However: Scion of Flame gives Firebrand +1 PEN.
  21. I also think I have not a few hours because of idle time. Not as much as in PoE, but a substancial amount I guess.
  22. 1. Knockdown is a Full Attacks which adds quite some damage compared to a hunting bow, especially when executed with dual heavy one handers (sabres?). In the early game hunting bow is pretty weak due to DR issues. A Full Attack complety negates the recovery between two strikes which leads to a much higer dps than with auto-attacks. If you hover over the White Worms roll it shoud tell you how many damage it did. Or you have to search a bit further up or down because sometimes the numbers for hitting and damage are seperated if mutiple enemies got hit. And offtank shouldn't need a (large) shield anyways. In this case a spear is a good pick (+5 ACC makes up a bit for the -8 ACC from the large shield). In my opinion every class is better than a rogue except in the early game where a rogue can be really useful. 2 ciphers are certainly more useful over the course of the whole game than 1 cipher and 1 rogue. Usefulness is not only about dealing damage...
  23. Are you sure? Because the time between ticks is not supposed to be affected by anything. You can set DEX to 1000 via console and find out. Two Weapon Style is only supposed to reduce recovery time between weapon attacks when you are dual wielding. I would be very surprised if it has any effect on the ticks of Returning/Relentless Storm.
  24. The quote is correct. Once you use two one-handed weapons you automatically dual-wield. That gives -30% recovery time to be more precise. That is not an ability but automatically happens once you grap two weapons. Same with one handed usage: gives you +12 ACC automatically. Only two handers gain nothing special when you pick them up. Two Weapon Style is an ability and you have to pick it. It goves you additional -20% recovery time (beta) or -15% (final game).
