Summoning
Works for me.

The two aspects of a rogue
I believe things like Pick locks and Disarm Traps will fall into the non-combat skills category, which if I have interpreted the developers correctly, can be taken by any class. So your concept should be doable.

Prism Program ( Big Brother gone too far?)
Time is on my side, yes it is. Unless they plan on housing them for life, they will eventually get picked up.

Divinity: Original Sin Kickstarter
When you click the "D:OS Kickstarter" button you don't see your order details?

Defense of Marriage Act ruled Unconstitutional
Can you find a link to a more reliable number? If none exist, what do you feel is closer to a true percentage?

Defense of Marriage Act ruled Unconstitutional
Yes, I know. Perhaps Im missing something, what are your feathers ruffled over?

Taken from the same page: I find it odd how many different categories they make up for homosexuality. You first link points to "heteroflexibility" which sounds like bisexuality to me but somehow isn't since they are "mostly straight". The second points to homosexuality, which is what I referenced in my post. I guess if your not in a sub sub sub group, you aint nothing.

Divinity: Original Sin Kickstarter
Hmm, I had no problems logging in and linking my KS order to the Vault.

Defense of Marriage Act ruled Unconstitutional
That's not surprising GD as there is only an estimated 3.5% of LGBT in the US.

How much stronger should you become when levelling up?
As we know from old Kung Fu movies, that's not how it works. The numerous mooks will patiently wait and attack one at a time until they are all defeated. Seriously though, I want to be tangibly stronger with each level up and I don't have a problem with one hero being able to dispatch many enemies at a time. This isn't the real world, its fantasy.

Too much loot
Im actually kind of looking forward to it. Ive never played a game that has unlimited inventory so Im down for it if it makes my life easier.

Defense of Marriage Act ruled Unconstitutional
Was it a legal thing, or a public opinion thing? I think a little from column A and a little from column B. IIRC, they were sued years ago and it went all the way to the Supreme Court, where BSA won. But years and years of lawsuits and bad press ground them down.

Then I presume you also feel the same about churches?
-
Defense of Marriage Act ruled Unconstitutional
Agreed. The problem they run into though is that ceremonies performed in churches, by clergy, are deemed by the church to have been performed under the "eyes of god". In the US, you don't have to be married in a church. Many marriages are performed by judges, or justice of the peace, or a drive through in Vegas. There are many alternatives. Me too. It irks me when private organizations (Boy Scouts anyone?) are railroaded into accepting things they don't approve of.

Summoning
In a casting system that requires components, that would be kind of cheating wouldn't it? Air is everywhere.
-
Too much loot
Sorry but the bolded has been deemed "degenerative gameplay" and thus infinite inventory springs to life.
-
Too much loot
PE's inventory offers unlimited weight and unlimited items in its "deep stash". No worries on space issues.

Summoning
That would be an interesting approach even if Im not a huge fan of spell components. Maybe for summoning elementals you could also use components like a pinch of earth, or a canteen of water or an ember from a fire. What could be used for an air elemental though?

Defense of Marriage Act ruled Unconstitutional
That's a valid point, what about the rights of those churches that are prepared to marry gay couples but legally can't. Very good point actually There is no "legality" to it. A church does or does not marry homosexuals based on the churches internal dogma.
