  2. Hey Dan! I'm sorry that you're still dealing with this crashing issue. If you haven't already, I recommended making sure your drivers and your OS are both up to date, including the optional updates. That specific error seems to be linked to users running Windows 7 & 8 and are missing that specific file. If updating doesn't work, please try this update and let me know if that worked for you.

  6. Hello Prophet! The Larva Blade isn't cutting the Eel Grass because it isn't a Dagger. Currently, only the Peblet Dagger and Spider Fang Dagger can cut Eel Grass.

  13. Hello Kiri! I'm sorry that Grounded keeps crashing when you try to activate the Mysterious Machine. We thought we had all iterations of this bug fixed, but apparently not.   17. Hey Chris! I'm sorry that you've experienced an interruption with playing Grounded on XCloud. There was a bug with the platform, and it has since been resolved. My apologies for the delayed response.
  18. I'm sorry that you all have been dealing with this assortment of backpack issues in the game. There should be an update soon that hopefully will address these issues. If you are still running into them, please send in a support ticket, and we'll work one on one with you to help resolve or get as much information as needed to investigate the issue.
  19. Sorry, you both have been dealing with these crashes. Since you posted, have you still been experiencing them? There was an issue with multiplayer games and clients picking up mushrooms that were causing the game to crash, but we've since resolved that in patch 0.7.1.
  20. Hey Watlutlut, are you still running into this crash when trying to load the saves from the pond? If you haven't already I, recommend reinstalling the game and making sure all of your drivers are up to date. If that still doesn't resolve the issue, please send in a support request, and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

  23. Hey YFG! Thanks for letting us know about these issues you've run into. Issues 1, 2, and 4 should all be resolved, and the team is looking into managing creature spawns in relation to bases.   24. Hello! I'm sorry you both have had issues with your Microsoft accounts and accessing Grounded. Players should be able to change who signs in at the login screen; after pressing Sign In under their name, there is a Sign In With A Different Account link below. Once you click that, anyone should be able to sign into the game. If this is an Xbox Live specific account issue, there isn't much we can do on our end, and we recommend you reach out to Xbox Support.
