Is my save file bugged (pun intended) or not?
-Hello Nycetea209 It does seem like your save has some interesting creature behaviors going on. Do you notice these same things happening if you start a new game? There were some changes made to creature behaviors and it's possible that it didn't apply retroactively to certain saves. If you haven't already, I recommend that you fill out a support request at https://support.obsidian.net/contact and include the following information: 1. Platform (Xbox Console, PC Game Pass, PC Steam). 2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you tell us how many players in total in the game, and their platforms if known) 3. Game crash

Description of issue. 4. Last thing you did in the game before the issue occurred, if applicable. In the meantime, I recommend making sure your video-card and OS are both up to date. And if that doesn't work sometimes a fresh install will resolve some of these issues as files can become corrupt or damaged. Thanks for your patience while we work together to resolve this issue!

Save games
-Hello MrSeriouscat You can export your save from the Load game menu if you're on PC Gamepass or the Microsoft store version of the game. Once you have that file, you'll need to copy it here: %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Grounded Hopefully, that answered your question! Can’t save or load and game turns off my xbox

I have a big problem HELP PLS !!!...
Hello Piro! You should be able to change the account you login by hitting Windows + G to open the gamebar. Once in the gamebar click the Gear (Settings), then go to Accounts, and logout. After that you should be able to log into a new account. If this doesn't work, I recommend reaching out to Xbox Support as they are better equipped to deal with Xbox Account issues. Thanks

Save file location / Importing saves in to xbox game pass

Grounded Windows Version save location after Mushroom and Doom update
Hello x360flipx! There is an option to export your save from the Xbox Game Pass PC version of the game when you go to continue. It should inform you of what directory the save is in and then all you need to do is copy that file to your Steam save folder location. You'll find it here if you're using the default location: C:\Users\[Username]\Saved Games\Grounded If you're still running into issues, please contact our support team so we can work with you to try and resolve this issue.
