  1. Hey Stormy Soul! I can imagine how terrifying the game could be without combat music. The good news is we recently released patch 0.8.2, which should resolve this issue. If you are still experiencing this bug, please submit a support request, and we'll work with you one on one to help resolve this issue or gather information to forward to the team for investigation.   5. Hello Kiri! I'm sorry that Grounded keeps crashing when you try to activate the Mysterious Machine. We thought we had all iterations of this bug fixed, but apparently not.   9. Hey Chris! I'm sorry that you've experienced an interruption with playing Grounded on XCloud. There was a bug with the platform, and it has since been resolved. My apologies for the delayed response.
  10. I'm sorry that you all have been dealing with this assortment of backpack issues in the game. There should be an update soon that hopefully will address these issues.   11. Sorry, you both have been dealing with these crashes. Since you posted, have you still been experiencing them? There was an issue with multiplayer games and clients picking up mushrooms that were causing the game to crash, but we've since resolved that in patch 0.7.1.
  12. Hey Watlutlut, are you still running into this crash when trying to load the saves from the pond? If you haven't already I, recommend reinstalling the game and making sure all of your drivers are up to date. If that still doesn't resolve the issue, please send in a support request, and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

  15. Hey YFG! Thanks for letting us know about these issues you've run into. Issues 1, 2, and 4 should all be resolved, and the team is looking into managing creature spawns in relation to bases. If you do run into any other issues, can you please submit a support ticket so we can log the bug in our database for tracking and investigation.
  16. Hello! I'm sorry you both have had issues with your Microsoft accounts and accessing Grounded. Players should be able to change who signs in at the login screen; after pressing Sign In under their name, there is a Sign In With A Different Account link below. Once you click that, anyone should be able to sign into the game. If this is an Xbox Live specific account issue, there isn't much we can do on our end, and we recommend you reach out to Xbox Support.

  23. Hey, Piscas12! You should have noticed the changes and the new flying creatures throughout the map. Did you make sure to change the branch in Steam to the Public Test?   25. Hey phoenixdarkful, I'm sorry to hear that you're trapped in the lab. If you haven't already moved on from that save, you should be able to interact with either the bed, lean-to, or lab bed to unset the current spawn point. Hopefully, this information will be able to help you in this game or a game in the future.
