Cannot load game
Hey Dtormala83! I'm sorry that you've run into this issue during your time with Grounded! It sounds like your PC version isn't up to date. You can find out which version you are running in the top right of the main menu. These numbers should match. If you're playing on the Microsoft Store or the Xbox Game Pass app for PC, you'll most likely need to reinstall the game. As sometimes the updates don't activate automatically. Save files on Xbox game pass version of the game
Hey everyone! The saves for the Xbox Game Pass for PC version and the Microsoft Store are saved on the cloud, and that is why you can't find your saves locally. Changing server host
-Hello Jibs Currently, if you're on PC, you can swap the host's save file to a new player to host the game, but please remember if you don't get that save back, any changes you make won't persist since it didn't happen on the hosts save. At this time, there is no way for Xbox players to do this.

Crossplay with PC and PS4 possible?
Hey Lorin! Since we are a Microsoft Games Studio, there are no plans to bring Grounded to the PS4. That being said, even if you don't own an Xbox, you can still play Grounded on a PC or compatible mobile device using Xcloud.

I cant recycle components
Hello Ingo Schulz! I'm sorry that you've Grounded hasn't been responding when you try to recycle with the X button. If you are in the blueprint place mode, you should be able to recycle by holding down the X button while looking at a recyclable object. If you're still having difficulties, please free to send in a support request, and we'll look into this issue.

Hello Crichton5! I'm sorry to hear that the crow in Grounded appears to have stopped dropping feathers for you. The team is aware of players having difficulty finding feathers that the crow has dropped and have decided to retune those mechanics. This change should be live when The Shroom & Doom update is available to all players.

Items stuck in walls after dying (Grounded)
Hello Ronsyy! There is an option in the menu called Game Preview Debug Menu, and in that menu, there is a Recover Backpacks option. Once you click that, any backpacks that are missing or stuck should return to the starting ravine. Hopefully, that helps you recover your backpack!
