  5. Hmm, that is very interesting. Did you actually get into the game when you tried multiplayer, or did it crash when joining? Can you please send this report along with your dxdiag to support@obsidian.net? I'm going to get the details, but it's best if the issue comes through our player support system as well to keep track of it. There are a variety of fixes coming in the next content update, so please keep me posted if you still run into these issues after the update has dropped.

  7. It sounds like you and your friends have run into the multiplayer progress reset bug. I'm sorry that both of you have been dealing with this issue. The team is aware of this bug, and they are working on a fix. In the meantime, I recommend storing the gear in a chest before you or your friend logs out.

  9. Hey Watan! Yeah, Raziel is correct; this is an issue that we've been dealing with since the game launched in Game Preview/Early Access. The only solution is to store your gear in a chest before you log out, and unfortunately, this won't prevent you from losing your mutations or any other progress.   10. Hey Sebasbrian! Thanks for taking the time to report this issue. It seems that anything to do with creature spawning or behavior got messed up from an Unreal Engine update to the game. These issues should be resolved when the next content update drops. Thanks!
  11. Sorry, both of you are running into this issue with save files. Does the game have any trouble loading a new save? It is possible that if your saves are before 0.3.0 that they may be invalid and no longer work with the current build. If that does happen to include your saves, I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration. I've taken part in a few early access titles, and losing progress is by far one of the worst issues to deal with.

  15. Hey Foxie! I'm sorry to hear that Grounded has been crashing after a few minutes of starting it up and playing. If you haven't already tried, I recommend making sure your video card and OS drivers are fully up to date. Can you send me your system specs via dxdiag? Can you recall if you were doing something specific before the game crashed?
  16. Hey Donald! Thanks for sharing this additional information with us, and I'm sorry Grounded has been giving you trouble connecting to her through Steam. You are most likely able to see her game with the Microsoft Store version because the Xbox and Microsoft Store versions are essentially the same platform and aren't going through a different platform like Steam. That being said, the team is aware of players dealing with this issue, and they are working on improving and optimizing cross-platform games. Is your daughter the host of the world? If you host, can she see your game on Steam? In the meantime, I recommend checking into the following. Your daughter's Xbox profile is set to available or online and not hidden or private. Check your daughter's Nat Settings on her Xbox. Verify your Steam privacy settings regarding connecting to other players in games. Please let me know if either of these helped resolve this connection issue.

  18. Hey Mike! I'm sorry that you've experienced this bug while playing Grounded, and I understand how frustrating it can be to lose progress in a game. Are you playing the game on Xbox Game Pass Console or PC? Is your gamertag My600IbPINGUINO? I'd like to add this information to this bug report. Due to the nature of Game Preview/Early Access, there will be some unfortunate growing pains and setbacks. If this is something that you're not comfortable with, we recommend coming back to the game when it is more stable. This isn't a comment to dismiss your issues with the game and is more of a friendly suggestion so that when you come back, the game is stable, and you can continue to enjoy it without frustration.

  21. Hello! This appears to be a bug that when the game doesn't recognize your location, it lists your save as unknown. Unless any of you have been having trouble loading said unknown saves, I'll need to add that to our database for investigation if that is the case. Please let me know if those saves aren't loading.   25. These are both good ideas! I wonder if a timer on screen would make too much clutter if you're in close proximity to a few different resources. Transitional phases could be cool, and if the player tries to cut that down, they get fewer resources than normal. I'll be forwarding these suggestions to the team for consideration! ❤
