  3. I'm sorry that you've all been dealing with this issue. Save stability/cloud saves is one of the team's top priorities at the moment. Some players have reported that if you delete your old saves until you have less than ten, it could also resolve this issue. Please reach out to our official support channel so we can record and investigate these bugs.
  4. Hey RevDEAD! We shutdown the Insider Flight yesterday, and the game should update to the release version. Can you please try and reinstall the game if it hasn't automatically updated and put you on the correct version? Please let me know if you're still not able to get on the current version of the game.
  5. There are some known issues with MP and players not being able to join up with their friends. The team is looking into these issues and will be addressing multiplayer connectivity and fidelity throughout the Game Preview/Early Access phase of development.   6. Hey Dan Kay! I'm sorry to hear that Grounded isn't working correctly for you on Steam. There are a few things you can try to help resolve this issue. First, I recommend making sure that your OS and video card are both up to date. Next, if you haven't already, I suggest reinstalling the game. If either of those solutions doesn't work, please submit a support ticket so we can record the bug and submit it to the team for investigation.
  7. Hey Skall! I apologize that you've run into the video memory crash on Xbox. The team is aware of this issue, and it should be resolved in a hotfix patch that will be coming soon. Regarding the autosaves, can you please try and adjust their frequency to see if that changes anything? Are your manual saves working correctly?

  14. Hey Nameless! The test server wasn't open when you tried last week, but now it should be available on Steam. We recently closed the Xbox version of the build due to a bug that the community reported, and it will remain closed until the issue is resolved. Please let me know if you still don't see the build on Steam.

  16. If you don't mind sharing your save files, I can forward them to the team for investigation. The berry/weed stem issue is most likely a desync issue. This is something the team will continue to address and improve through development.
  17. Thanks for reporting this issue, and I'm sorry that you've both experienced it. The team is aware that certain cloud issues remain and have been affecting players. The next content update will have a fix that should finally address this issue. However, if you have been having issues before 0.3.0 your save may be invalid and no longer work with the game. Grounded is in Game Preview/Early Access, and there will be some unfortunate growing pains and setbacks.

However, I can't say for sure if it will apply to games retroactively. We'll have more information when a patch that fixes that issue comes out.

  22. Hmm. I haven't seen any new reports from folks regarding that issue. We've been collecting all of the PTB bug reports and data on this forum. If you have the time, do you mind reporting it over there?
  23. Hmm, that is very interesting. Did you actually get into the game when you tried multiplayer, or did it crash when joining? Can you please send this report along with your dxdiag to support@obsidian.net? I'm going to get the details, but it's best if the issue comes through our player support system as well to keep track of it. There are a variety of fixes coming in the next content update, so please keep me posted if you still run into these issues after the update has dropped.

  25. It sounds like you and your friends have run into the multiplayer progress reset bug. I'm sorry that both of you have been dealing with this issue. The team is aware of this bug, and they are working on a fix. In the meantime, I recommend storing the gear in a chest before you or your friend logs out.
