  4. There is currently an Xbox outage that is affecting Grounded. You can learn more details on the Xbox outage here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status. You can also sign up for updates and tracking for when the issue is over. I understand how frustrating this can be, but I can assure you that the Xbox team is aware of the issue and is working on it.

  13. Hey Luis I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your power droplet while playing Grounded. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to get your power droplet back in game.   25. The gold card should unlock when all RUZ.Ts have been defeated. This was an issue when the card system first launched, but it has been fixed since. I recommend checking on the ground below the Hedge Lab for those last few RUZ.Ts. Please feel free to submit a support ticket if you still can't unlock the card.
