  2. Hi Andragorin, Thanks for posting your save file here. We've got the issue confirmed on our end and our developers are working on a fix as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to do as you've requested due to POTD saves being made as they are, we cannot "roll back" to an earlier save point in your playthrough. I apologize for the trouble this has caused you. We'll work hard to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen to others in the future.

  9. Hello Crucival, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues loading saves in the Old City Overlook in addition to experiencing a crash. Could you please provide us with a save file that is right before the crash and load issues you encounter? Additionally, could you also send us your crash logs for the Coronet SI and the freezes when you try to load your save files? It'd greatly help us in our investigation. -Jon

  15. Hello MaKaYar, Regarding the Soul Whip two issues you are pointing out: 1. Viewing your attack calculations from the Character Sheet shows a randomly generated simulation of a basic attack calculations during combat and would not show the Soul Whip bonuses every time. For example, one such simulated calculation could be of a miss and therefore no Soul Whip bonus would display from the character sheet tooltip. TLDR: Not seeing your Soul Whip bonus in the tooltip consistently from the Character Sheet is expected behavior and is not a bug 2. The screenshot you've provided us of Soul Whip not applying in combat may be a bug and I'll enter your issue into our database just in case so that we may conduct a proper investigation. In the meantime, we'd greatly appreciate it if you could send us your save file so that we may use your character build and narrow down what the cause may be for that occurring.   16. Hi Bodandly, Thanks for posting your question about weapon proficiencies regarding your Devoted Fighter and Helwalker Monk multiclass. Your character not gaining any weapon proficiencies is intended due to the Devoted subclass stating that you may only have 1 weapon proficiency. kmbogd is correct in saying that this is in addition to your default Fists. So if you chose a Greatsword as your weapon proficiency as a Devoted Fighter, you will not gain any more weapon proficiencies as you level up. I hope this answers your question

Hi all, To import your Pillars of Eternity 1 save files to use for Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire on Mac, try placing your completed save files in the following file location: ~Library/Application Support/Pillars of Eternity/Saved Games Please also be sure that in order for your PoE1 saves to be recognized as valid importable saves that the main story must have been completed and the end game slides have been viewed.   19. Hi Unreason, Thank you for your post. It is intended for the top left portion of the map in the Old City Ruins to be inaccessible. The area transition places your party in the appropriate location by design when coming from the Old City to the Old City Ruins. I hope this helped clarify the situation. Thanks, -Jon

  22. Hi fenij, Thank you for posting your Mac performance experience here. Unfortunately, our optimization measures account for the minimum graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce GT750M) for Mac to render reasonably, however we do not account for issues in performance you may experience when below our minimum. Our character creation scenes are also one of our more complex scenes in the game and it is expected for performance to be more demanding. As for the black screen and the pirate ship issues, we are aware of these and are working towards a solution for them as soon as possible. Thanks, -Jon
