Hi anathanielh, I'm sorry to hear that you experienced issues with loading your save files. Could you please provide us with your save files and your output log file generated after the loading error has occurred? Hi RingADingDingBaby, That's got a nice ring to it. Ahem, sorry. I've added all your issues to our database. The first one I've added as feedback for tooltip functionality to be given to attribute stat numbers. The other two you've mentioned here, I've added as issues for our developers to investigate. For issues 2 and 3 that you've listed here, can you please provide us with save files both before and after the observed issue has occurred for each of these? Thanks! -Jon

Disappearing Saves

Hi Anaeme, We are currently aware of this issue of users' saves disappearing and are working hard to investigate the cause. We need help from users like you in order to root out the core problem so if you could provide us with as much detail as you can regarding this occurrence, we'd very much appreciate it. Details we are looking for are the following: Are your saves not present from the Main Menu screen in-game? Or are the files completely gone from your save file location? Note: Your save files should be found in your respective platform's file destination https://support.obsidian.net/article/13-where-are-the-save-game-files-stored Do you have Cloud Sync enabled? Or have you disabled Cloud Sync recently? (Disabling Cloud Sync will not sync to any save files created in the Cloud) What patch versions have your saves been present through? (ex: Patch v1.0.2 - Patch v1.1.1) Did your saves disappear right after updating to this latest patch? Or did this occur on this latest patch sometime while you were playing? Do newly created save files also disappear? Are you switching between different platforms? (ex: PC to Mac, Linux to PC, Mac to Linux, etc.) Anything else you can think of that you think may have caused this to occur This is an issue we are fiercely determined to resolve and we need your help from the community to root out the problem. Lastly, could you please provide us with your DxDiag and output log files after loading into the Main Menu? We greatly appreciate your patience and support. -Jon -
Hi house2fly, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing crashes to Main Menu upon entering the Dark Cupboard. I've added your issue to our database for our developers to investigate. Thank you for providing your output log. We'd greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with your save file before you enter the Dark Cupboard to aid us in our investigation.

Hi boybrushdRED, I've added both your issues about not being able to complete "A Shrewd Proposition" under certain circumstances and Thaos's Headress buff being present without having the equipped companion in your active party to our database for our developers to investigate. Black Screen Bug w/ Radeon Card

Hi Zonalar, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing a black screen upon launching the game. Could you send us your output log file so that we may investigate your issue further? In the meantime, I suggest verifying that there is an override folder in the following file location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pillars of Eternity II\PillarsOfEternityII_Data The output log file can be found in this same file destination. If you do not have an override folder at that location, make a folder named "override" there and try relaunching the client.
