I haven’t experienced this particular bug. Could be a local issue. Have you tried verifying your game data in Steam or GoG Galaxy?

Yezhua could be interesting, but we know so little about it that it’s hard to pick as a setting for an entire game. Right now I could settle for finding out more about it lore-wise.

Rekke - can be a pure Monk or a pure Shattered Pillar Xoti - pure Monk instead of Sister of the Reaping Moon Fassina - pure Wizard instead of Conjurer Ydwin - Ascendant instead of pure Cipher I also wish Tekehu's Chanter subclass had some unique spells instead of merely recycling other classes'. Edér - Priest of Eothas if he joined the Night Market in his PoE ending (appreciate the reactivity involved would make this too costly to properly implement.)

It all comes down to what Obsidian consider successful for this game. They certainly have goals and internal targets they're tracking that are not publicly available.

That's fair. The real problem is when the blanket nerfing extends to stuff that wasn't OP to begin with—but I guess by now we've beaten this dead horse to a second death.

While we're at, and I really hope you could answer this: Is Eric Fenstermaker going to write Edér for the DLCs too? If not, who's writing him? Will there be more Pillars of Eternity short stories in the future? Alex, who is your favorite companion in Deadfire (excluding those you wrote) and why? What about the first Pillars?

Silly question, but someone needs to ask on behalf of the uneducated: What does the prettified version do? I mean, what's been prettified exactly, and what effect does the prettification have?

Why? Besides, Nature Godlike's ability is pretty good and Moon Godlike's would be decent too if it scaled with PL (and I'm pretty sure there's a mod on the Nexus that makes it.)

BotEP is pretty good. In the right build's hands, estocs can reach pretty insane penetration numbers (18, maybe more if food bonuses stack with the rest) which should be enough to pen/overpen anything that isn't straight-up immune to pierce damage.

There should be a QA stream this week, should there not? IIRC they said as much at the end of the previous one. I would expect them to say something about the expansion during the stream.

If you use the Unity Console mod, you can just search a list of items to find what you want and hit a button to make it appear in your inventory, all the while keeping achievements enabled You can download it from the Nexus

If you've already invested a lot of time in this character, why not use the Unity Console to give yourself the breastplate instead?
