I thought it was actually a very nice touch. Makes itemization more varied and interesting. Personally I don’t really feel the urge to build around one of those items. Granted, they may have nice effects but if my character is no historian, I don’t want to give up a different skill I like better just to boost a cloak. I’d sooner just use a different cloak.

Probably that your fists’ base damage is replaced with the base damage of the Monk’s fists. I haven’t tested this, but before 1.2 Monastic Unarmed Training was completely useless as it gave a % damage increase over regular fist base damage, which was so small as no % increase would actually make a difference.

[Bug 1.2] Deleterious Alacrity of Motion
AndreaColombo replied to vanyel54's question in Patch Beta Bugs and Support
https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/103380-12-deleterious-alacrity-of-motion-erratical-behavior/ Apparently the spell’s effects are flagged to be random in 1.2 -
I keep hoping they'll make Xoti's, Serafen's, and Tekehu's starting outfit into unique items with their own unique enchanting paths. They look too good on them to change them (Serafen's being the one I can let go of the easiest), and I like to keep companions in their signature looks.

Adam said in the video update that it'll drop along with Patch 2.0, which was said during the QA stream to drop day and date with Beast of Winter. Last week of July is when I'd expect it to land. Looking forward to see whether the ship sells new unique items. We need a red armor—and not a blood-stained mail armor, mind you, I mean a badass armor Sanguine-plate-style (with a matching helm for cool factor)

I suppose this is tongue-in-cheek, but just in case—it can't possibly be intentional. Not only does the spell's description imply you'll consistently get all effects every time, but their adding +15% action speed wouldn't make the spell better at all if the effects were random. Besides, wasting a cast just get DoT on yourself would be a deal breaker for any spell of any level.

Yup, but it's also pretty powerful and pretty cool. A HoT effect would make up for it (if you have a Druid or Paladin, you should be able to get the Robust Inspiration for that.)

Aloth is, by far, the companion with the fewest dispositions: I understand not everyone can have 7 like Xoti or 8 like Tekehu, but 5 is a tad on the thin side. It doesn't help that 3 out of 5 are negative, which makes Aloth artifically hard to please (i.e. he's not hard to please because he's got high standards, but rather because there aren't many things he reacts favorably to.) Adding one more thing he reacts favorably to would make for a more balanced scenario. As a side note, I believe his reacting favorably to stewardship only makes sense if he's become the leader of the Leaden Key in PoE. In this case, he should also react negatively to Autonomy, which is its opposite (and existed at launch, except he always reacted favorably to it despite its being the opposite of Stewardship.) If he, on the other hand, was made to destroy the Leaden Key, it would make more sense for him to react positively to Autonomy and negatively to Stewardship.

Would be good for it to sell rare crafting ingredients as well as, possibly, a few new uniques
