In the beginning i was exhilarated that a developer was going to listen to the fans on how they wanted the game, now i hope they have the sense not to. Dear Obsidian, dont listen to most of what we are saying, i assure you we are all quite mad here.

I for one would love a 100 gb game.

I usually use names from ancient mythologies, so pretty much just need one. Depends on dialogue though, sounds a bit silly being called ms Tiamat.

I think they intend to just quote the value of the goods in the package, not the pledge amount. From the Kickstarter comments: Well thats good at least. Still i want answers on marking them as gifts. Technically, we didnt purchase them as products, Obsidian gave them to us because we pledged.... There is actually a silver lining in there somewhere.

I just hope they will gift-mark the packages when they ship them so people in countries like my own (Norway) dont have to pay the ridiculously high customs-prices. How will they separate the ce-box in terms of pricing from the digital goods? Will they just mark the whole package as 250$? Because that sh*t wont fly well with us Europeans. Send a package to norway worth more than 35$ and i have to pay an amount of 25% of what the product is worth pluss the crazy handling and paper-trail costs. They probably arent thinking of this right now, considering were still in pre-production, but this is pretty important for the guys outside the US, which most likely constitutes more than 60% of backers.

I like spiders. They are not the same species but i tend to let Harvesters into the house this time of year since they function as garbage-collectors. And i like how they wobble around.

I want romances, some don't. I don't care for some things, others do. A romance in these games should be a deeper, more personal exploration of a companion's character and how their way of interacting with you is altered by their feelings. More replayability and variety.

Its supposed to be an expedition into deep, forgotten places full of things that have festered there for millenia. So just generally make it difficult.

Seriously, they even said they were based on the mega-dungeons in the ie games. It is optional and it will be a dungeon crawl like we asked for and eventually got. Dont go changing sh*t when we always knew what we got.

They should at least lurk and talk once in a while on the forums. Beyond that, if they have something they feel might be controversial or even popular but aren't entirely sure, i hope they wont be afraid to go to the forums to let us give some viewpoints.

Thankfully, going from 250 to 500 was too much of a leap, but if i had the cash i would be designing a weapon as we speak.

The rest of the game has cities, npcs and so forth. A mega-dungeon is to delve into desperate struggles with foes barely matched. It's a slow crawl into depths no living person has stepped out of, making your way through the discarded bones of adventurers great and small, struck dead in a similar fashion to how those spiders you just encountered normally attack their prey. Perhaps at some point you might enter a level where no other man has stepped into for eons, and with good reason.......... wait, what was the topic again? No, mega-dungeon means dungeon crawl. Sure, make a twist on it, but sometimes i just want a challenge i know in the end will reward me richly.

Anyone got any money left to pay for the crygenic sleep?
