  1. Hey Hassat Hunter! JLee is back on the QA team and is investigating this issue personally as a result. He was hoping to get a save that you might have that is before the Fleet Battle outside of Ukaizo. He said the one that was provided was just before talking to Eothas on Ukaizo. Thanks in advance
  2. Hey Phenomenum! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We will have QA investigate this issue and report their findings to our VFX and Environment Art teams for a fix. If you run into any other issues, please feel free to reach out to us! Thank you for the help!
  3. Sorry for the delay rsnix! Due to the nature of the amount of bugs you're reporting it took a bit longer to research and add them to our system. Thank you so much for putting this together for us and for supplying us with the saves needed to reproduce and see these bugs! Keep an eye on the forum patch notes to see when these fixes are implemented in the upcoming patches. If you run into any other issues, by all means, please continue to let us know! Sorry for the inconveniences these may have caused and thanks again for reporting them!
  4. Hey everyone! Sorry about the Zombie Maia issue that has presented during the Neriscyrlas fight. The developers all saw this during a stream and are working on a fix for this as we speak. We hope to have a fix out for this in one of the upcoming patches. Maia is my favorite companion as well, so I want her to be perfect (although invincible Maia is kinda cool).
  5. Hey Chessbrain! Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for supplying a save. I have sent this issue to one of our area designers to investigate and get a fix in for a future patch. 8. Hey fju4! I'm sorry to hear you ran into troubles with the Family Pride quest chain. Thank you so much for reporting this issue to us. 9. Hey Chaoticlusts! Sorry to hear you're running into troubles with the Sorcerer and a Gentleman quest chain. As far as I've seen from our bug reports, the fix should have put in a "Talk to Serafen" option for Serafen under three possible conditions. 1. You let Remero go 2. Give Remero's head to Malnaj 3. Give Remero's head to the Principi Once one of those conditionals are met, Serafen should trigger his "Talk to Serafen" option at which point you can click that button to trigger the conversation. I hope this helps, but regardless of the outcome, please let me know if it works for you.
  10. Hey everyone! Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Fortunately we already have this in the system and have Programming working on a fix for it. Stay tuned to the patch notes to see when this fix is implemented. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused while looting.
  11. Hey Wagmainis! I'm sorry to hear that you're getting these graphical issues during your playthrough. We did have another user report this to our email support who found a fix for himself. He too, had a very high performance rig that was doing this. His fix was to tone down the settings, similar to you, but the thing that helped the most was lowering his Multisample Anti-Aliasing(MSAA) down to 1 in his graphic settings. Let me know how/if this works for you!
  12. There should be no need to start again unless you really want to as your saves will work with the 2.0 update.
  13. Hey guys, We've got this bug logged into our system, but could use some crash logs to help the programmers see what's going on during your playthroughs. You can find instructions for gathering bug information here. Once you have that, you can e-mail it to bugs@obsidian.net with the same title as this thread. Thanks for the help guys, and sorry for the inconvenience this has caused during your playthrough. SChin
  14. Hey everyone! One of our programmers was wondering if you might be able to provide any save files from before and after this occurred so they he can take a closer look at the issue. If you can e-mail those files to bugs@obsidian.net with a description of the bug so we know what the saves are intended for, that would be amazing Thanks for the help! -SChin

If not, start a new thread with the directions below. Please make sure that if you have been using any Mods, that you turn those off before reproducing the issue to be sure that the modifications are not causing the issue. 21. Below is a list of issues we know about that may currently affect players. WATCH OUT! General Issues Many users are experiencing extended waits for downloading and installing of the game. There are rare cases where users are unable to load or see their save files. Some users are reporting loss of clicking functionality on higher resolution monitors. Playing on a lower resolution should fix this issue until a fix is in. Some GOG users may be having trouble installing the game. (GOG support seems to fix this) In rare cases, the client may crash when transitioning to the World Map. Hired adventurers do not play voice over during their character creation. There are some characters that are missing a line or two of voice over. On rare occasions, players may get a black screen when loading a save game. Restarting the client should fix the issue. Larger scenes like Queen's Berth are known to have lower frame rates. Some abilities obtained from item enchantments are missing their icons. Players cannot reverse pickpocket hostile NPCs. Characters engaging targets will follow the target during idle stances(recovery), preventing engagement breaks and opportunity attacks. As we fix things, we will be putting them into a Patch Beta branch for public testing. This will allow players to access the fixes sooner before they go live. Saves should work for both builds interchangeably. You can find the list of fixes here. If you want to participate in the Patch Beta branch to see how the fixes are coming along, you can find information about that here.
  22. Merry Christmas, Dex!

  25. Hey guys! Thanks for the clarification! This bug is in our system and was reported by none other than Josh Sawyer himself. Looks like one of our programmers has already fixed this, but the fix didn't make it into the game in time for the Backer Beta. Rest assured it will be in a future Backer Beta build! Thanks again for bringing this bug to our attention! -SChin
