I beleive the Supreme Court has overruled using that for evading taxes. In this manner the Supreme Court will rule that the people were not "oppressed" and so they would be forced to pay taxes.

I'd rather watch Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis (which are on Sci Fi) than watch Fox News. Of course they are probably the only two good shows on the network.

I don't think anyone is ever arrested for Tax Evasion unless it's for several years that you didn't pay taxes or it's a large estimated amount. They got Capone for Tax Evasion I think. By the way that link didn't work for me anyway.

I don't see why it would change in KOTOR2. They are adding to the game, not taking away.

It's building on an established engine that had received fixes to it. There should be less problems to fix or debug prior to shipping because they didn't redesign the engine from scratch. And they want Christmas release date for big sales. Delaying to Feb would mean less sales. Besides, Akari I think said that the date Obsidian delivers to LucasArts hasn't changed. It's just the date that LucasArts wants to release it by that has. Pehaps LucasArts previously had some padding in there just in case that now that the game is further along and almost done they realize it's not needed.

They changed the schedule so as to not be on the same time as Stargate SG-1. With its eighth season ( ) premiere it got in some really good ratings. Was smart of them to move the time to 8pm but really they need an overall of the writing staff on Enterprise. Whatever happened I wonder to JMS coming on line? He would be great.

I'd rather see X-Men 3 than Superman return, at least in regards to Singer. The good news is that they god rid of what they were going to do with Superman. That take didn't sound good at all.

Will the game be more non linear than KOTOR1? I found KOTOR1 to be very linear.

I already asked about Force Lightning/Throwback being like in Episode 2 but they already said it didn't make the cut I beleive. Too bad as it would be a good way for light siders to defend against Force Lightning (as would using a light saber to absorb or deflect it like Obi Wan).

Baldur's Gate:Dark Alliance 2 was done by Black Isle (using Snowblind's BGDA engine) and some members of that team are at Obsidian (like FrankK I think). That's probably what was meant other than say producers who had worked on BG for Black Isle's side of things are proabably at Obsidian as well.

Not it is called I, Robot because they used the title of a short story collection by Isaac Asimov, used the Three Laws of Robotics from the book, and the names of some of the characters from the book. It's not one of the stories from the collection though and I doubt from the trailers it is even aspiring to be.

Not known to people in the world of the game including your character. Of course, it's known outside the game. What would the fun be otherwise? Unless you know the story of the game and how it unfolds, you can't really jump to any conclusions. But this idea still sounds to me like the first Star Wars movies. All the Jedi were destroyed. Obi-Wan Kenobi is in hiding, known only as Old Ben, a strange hermit in the hills, to some people on Tatooine. Yoda was in hiding completely.

That sounds like a nice trade off. Try to get it into the XBox version though.

Sounds like a bit too much is being read into Sion. He's probably just another Sith Lord and probably not one of the later ones either. After all, they revealed him first.

I never thought the revelation that Vader was Luke's father at all was lame at all. In fact it was a pretty big surprise since until that time we were led to beleive that Vader had killed Anakin. The 'last known Jedi' thing is lame because it's a retread of a storyline from the first trilogy and it's somewhat cliche. Of course, like you said, they may still be able to craft a good storyline on top of that in spite of that.
