I don't think WHO was the point of the article I linked to 🤔 More an analysis of why there is no point in just throwing up manufacturing plants everywhere, as the existing ones are already competing for limited raw materials (some of which are used by all the current vaccines in production) and skilled labour to operate such plants. Putting up more buildings wont solve those particular bottlenecks. Edit: Not that I don't agree with your point.

It's not that bad. I actually liked most of it. Closeups of Violet can get a little awkward at times. No. The last thing I watched was a never setting sun making fried camel. Been trying to get Utena done, and the rest of the week was worky hell. Hmhm. Developed from a discared SuperS script. I'm kinda glad that never happened, even though I can say that Utena is more enjoyable than SuperS. It would have been nice if it eased off of the Gainaxing at least when it was funny, but even Nanami episodes turned full weird near the end.

Yeah, I thought the first arc was goofy, weird, but enjoyable. It also mostly made sense even if it was weird. The second arc really started to go to some uncomfortable and inexplicable places...but mostly stayed sane and the same show as the first season. And then the third arc is really where the show fell off into the abyss...and it never really came back. Sort of like being hit with the entire CONGRATULATIONS sequence (both the surrealist lead-up to it and that particular scene itself) over and over and over. After Utena, it *does* kind of feel like I can feel his incredibly messed up influence on the whole Chibi-Usa/Helios saga...

@majesticI didn't forget the OVA, but I was doing cardio and didn't want to search for it. I'm going to watch it soon and pretend it actually occurs between 5 and 6.

Ikuhara is *hilarious*. I mean, seriously, the way he puts together scenes and dialogue is actually super funny, transcending even the language barrier. All of the actually intentionally humorous parts of this show are great and land so perfectly even when there's no reason they should. Him trying to do something serious, something thought-provoking has been a complete, unmitigated disaster of the highest order. And I thought Evangelion was frustrating...holy freaking crap.

I couldn't find a decent The Test animated gif in the time I had left to post that, so I just went with the next best thing I found. SU seemed more appropriate since Ms. Sugar apparently really liked Revolutionary Girl Utena. I guess you can't argue tastes, I mean, there are individual episodes of this show that are a riot, individual ones that I thought were fantastic (most recently Jury removing the rose on her own), but overall the last batch of episode - I'm still missing a few, they'll be up next - catapulted this from Lynchian allegory into pretentious pseudo-intellectual wanking territory. That certainly changed my mind on wanting to watch more of Ikuhara's work. As much as I appreciated what he managed to make out of the Sailor Moon manga, it looks like it's not really a good idea to give him full creative reign. Funny how that goes. Maybe he should not aspire to collaborate with David Lynch, but say hello to George Lucas instead. Talk about the good old times when they came up with a collaborative smash hit only to squander it later. Hey, maybe we can give Jar Jar Abrams a Sailor Moon remake. Or an Utena sequel.

Violet Evergarden 3-5 Violet learns more about emotions by going to school, partying with a co-worker, and helping a princess. I think the one-off characters are well developed, often more than much of Violet's co-workers at Lt. Col DIO's postal company. It makes sense given the premise of the show and isn't a bad thing, but right now I feel like I know less about that blonde dude who delivers letters than I do Violet's friend from school whose brother is a drunk. Overall it's been good to watch and I'd recommend it if you're looking for an anime that isn't about fighting and can deal with a very alienated teenage girl stumble through social interactions.

Works perfectly well indeed, just substitue not blaming herself for it with blaming herself for it because she might have done something to invite it happening, or couldn't resist. That sadly happens enough in real life too.

I'm not Hurlshot, but... Allergies... also to wheat and peanuts, I think. Perfectly certain on the wheat, less so on the peanuts (vs. actual nuts, and all). Soy farming isn't that great for the environment, and eating too much of it can cause hormonal problems. Well, actually, it's more like farmers illegally burning down wood to farm soy beans that's causing the problems, but they'd also do that for animal farming. It just puts a real damper into the going vegan to save the planet spin.

Wrapping up some of those final details (with some minor smears left over...) Have to admit, since the hood of the Sith robe will be up most of the time, I haven't been quite as serious as smoothing out the print of the rear half of the helmet. Put in some magnets on the inside to clip both parts together. Planning to fold some black veil mesh across the eye areas, some interior padding, and then a strap for the rear half. Hopefully it means I'll put the rear half on, and then just be able to pull the front half off whenever I want to drink/eat. Plus the magnets help guide it back to the proper place when re-attaching.

I believe it was confirmed that black ants are coming. But I've preached squirrels for awhile. But I think the best creature to add to the next update. Is a Rat Boss for the shed. If there are rats, then there could one day be a snake. Imagine the armor, weapons and even structure you could build with these things. With a rat I could see an awesome New Axe. With a squirrel a new Tooth Hammer. And a Snake fang makes a mean sword. Also some one found "Clover Glider" in the list of hidden resources. Now a boat or canoe would be awesome! I feel a canoe would be much more logical with Pete's scout training. Bark would be awesome! Lots of uses!

Distracting myself with getting back on the crafty times train... London Comic-Con is back in the real-world come October, so re-working some elements, repairing, and trying a few fresh things out. Printing, Sanding, Priming... Putting that base paint layer... Then bringing out some of the details... Actually thinking I might try using the solid waist/ab pieces of the armour to make silicon mold, and try creating some semi-rigid rubber versions just to make it easier to bend/sit down in. Although I have no idea of what that would involve or added costs. Possibly some time to research.

Congrats to whomever that was. The chant arrangements are pretty wild... (like using two phrases of Ancient Memory after another instead of a single one, starting a chant with Many Lives, alternating with an offensive chant and then ending with Many Lives again - which leads to double Many Lives once the chant repeats) ...so I would want to know why they did that. I sense some cheesy reason.
