  1. I know, I know.. It's silly, but I can't help it. Kinda the same with EU3, the graphics are so off putting to me, that I can stand to look at it for more than 10 minutes at the time. Still I own the game and won't sell it, out of loyalty to all the fun I had with EU2.
  2. Maybe we just comfort ourselves by thought that somewhere.. out here in the void.. at least a few people listen to our inane ramblings about the emptiness of our lives.
  3. Hmm tough choice.. I call the Lego castle and the Red pillow under the staircase. I'm sure their value is gonna soar in the next few weeks.
  4. Your wait is over my friend - cause Dragon Age! will deliver! oh wait..
  5. I loved the polish.. but I only played it once or twice before selling my copy again. Couldn't get over the fact that it took place, only around 1-5 star systems, with dozens of habitable planets around each. That kinda killed the fun in it for me. I know it's somewhat naive to expect realism in a Sci-Fi strategy game, but something as unrealistic as a single star system with 10-30 of earth sized habitable planets, was a little too much.
  6. All KOTOR3 discussions go here.
  7. This kinda reminds me of Facebook.. Everyone constantly posting updates on what they do.. I just spend 800$ on funiture.. so now I have a double bed (instead of a mattress on the floor), a dining table with 4 chairs, a lamp and a new desk. Finally looks like a home now.
  8. My first playthrough I was a Scout (lvl 7) and a Jedi Sentinel (lvl 13). I had all the wrong feats and skills, so Malak really grinded me in the final battle. It was an extremely hard battle, also because I was dual wielding without being really proficient at it. My next playthrough I was a Scoundrel (lvl 4) and a Jedi Consular (lvl 16) and had a good range of useful feats and skills, that complimented each other. I chose the single lightsaber. I was throwing Sith troopers and robots around like dry twigs and Malak barely touched me in the final battle before his metal jaw hit the ground. Both playthroughs were LS.
  9. While I haven't tried it, I think you can bed her and then give her to the peasants. You certainly can..
  10. Which is a good fundation for a zombie uprising.
  11. I never thought about that, but it's true.. Parallels could be drawn between Babylon 5 and The Citadel, although that would probably be stretching it a bit.
  12. Also the complete randomness of which you recive quests are back (but that's a problem with most RPGs).. An example with heavy spoilers.
  13. ouch, when he sticks the needle in the knee by accident and gets kicked in the groin..
  14. They did an ok job of turning Prince of Persia into 3d. So it can be done. Imagine Pacman merged with a game like Mirrors Edge.. Were you had to escape ghosts that came flying from everywhere, while collecting small white dots.
  15. Defenders of the galaxy and all.. But they are different where it counts. Bionic powers though - are very similar to jedi powers. So as a Bionic Spectre I kinda felt like a Jedi with a blaster.
  16. I guess they are refering to Nwn.
  17. I have to say that I'm suprised, that in a system like in the US, they made a law forcing banks to do something like that.. Even here in Scandinavia it would be considered a bad idea and I would argue that we are considerably more "red" than the US.
  18. I'm guessing you guys are twins or something.. Evil twins!
  19. I'm blessed with lucky genes.. I never developed any wisdom teeth.
  20. As Magister Lajciak pointed out, all discussion concerning the Bioware MMO, or the possibility of a KotOR sequel, can be discussed in their respective stickys.
  21. Thread pruned. If you don't have anything more constructive to say than "lol" then don't bother to take the time and post.
  22. I can help but think about Orly airport every time I see that..
  23. Found my old Nintendo 8 NES.. It hadn't been working for years, but I decided to try and fix it. Managed to find the error, some of the wires were fried and I got a friend, who's an electrician, to repair them.. Plugged it in the TV and voila! Super Mario 3, Zelda, Defenders of The Crown, Donkey Kong and all the great titles are playable again.
  24. not to mention if your proficiency with english is subpar.. But isn't it because English/Americans aren't used to subtitles?
  25. Ahh I love that game.. Got me through high school.. It was one of the reasons why I trusted Funcom to make a good MMO - alas they didn't bring the same quality to AoC.
