  1. As I said above, they throw the cat in, you can see the hands. Loses on funny points for that.
  2. Finished Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis, anyone in the mood for some sword and magic fantasy should give it a go. As far as I heard it's based of a game that has no plot, so it's more or less an original anime.
  3. If you look carefully you can see a pair of hands throwing the cat.
  4. Finished Kill La Kill, my reaction is WTF... I would be hesitant to recommend it to someone, though I guess it's worth trying to watch. How this was written by a man I have no idea... Also started watching Saekano and it's great so far (6 episodes out), highly recommend it.
  5. Ugh, that's gonna be hard. The main problem is that I only recently started watching anime again and I pretty much forgot most of what I watched before that. Though I'm willing to give it a shot. This list only includes TV series (if it were movies, they would probably take all 5 spots). 1. Neon Genesis Evangelion - Good or bad this one is the original Emotional Roller Coaster for me. I have watched it so long ago, but it still sticks with me even now. 2. Death Note - Really liked the concept and execution, though season 1 was by far superior to season 2. 3. Code Geass - Again, liked the concept and execution. Solid series throughout. 4. Kyoukai No Kanata - Beyond The Boundary - Liked it 5. Guilty Crown - Not too sure about this one being here, but it left an impression on me Kyousougiga was in contention for 5th place. Samurai Champloo as an honorable mention. I probably forgot about some anime I watched years ago as I used to watch a lot, before I completely switched to manga, but if I forgot them they probably don't belong on the list. There you go, not the most revolutionary list and you probably watched them, but this is what I like.
  6. Finished Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and I must say it's so over the top, in a good way, also The intro tune is also catchy. I also started watching Death Parade, good so far, interesting concept.

That was the same argument I made, but yeah you can imagine the arguments I had to go through.
  8. I read one of the Stein;Gate's mangas once, I ain't touching that anime, at least not yet. That **** hits hard and I'm not ready yet for another feels trip.

Dude edit that out fast or **** will go down. I knocked over that beehive once, you wouldn't believe what came out.

    Oh, really?

They want to be treated and regarded equally by men (as one man regards another) in all the good ways but none of the bad.

Because that's all we hear and see...

True equality isn't possible, be it gender or otherwise. That being said, it's a good thing to strive for it. As far as feminism is concerned, I mostly agree with Keyrock. Though even if this was the original feminist movement we were talking about, I doubt I would very much agree or support them nowadays. As far as my country is concerned I don't see any big disparity in how women and men are treated (in fact in some pretty important things they have preferential treatment), the differences that do remain are basic ones and I'm not so sure those should or can be changed. This is all, of course, prejudiced by the fact that I'm a man, but I don't think I'm wrong in this case.
  14. Realism doesn't matter at all... What you are talking about is challenge, but even that doesn't matter. What matters in the end is that the game is fun for you.
  15. Finished Amagi Brilliant Park, and I found it refreshing after that other anime I talked about... Standard feel good anime, though not bad in any way.
  16. DPC?
  17. Watched Guilty Crown. Anyways great anime. Also here is the list of anime I started watching. So far I haven't watched an anime I didn't like or at least finish from it. Added it to the list. Hope it lives up to the reviews.
  18. It's like asking if you like apples and oranges. Well I like them both. It's nice to have diversity. Though I'm finding most modern game give me motion sickens, until I get used to them. If I had to chose though, I think I would go for the realism, because that will eventually bring us to indistinguishably realistic graphics and that in turn will make for some cool ****.
  19. From all my time on these board, I got a distinct feeling that most of the key devs don't really enjoy IE (or at least not anymore).
  20. Gonna try it next. Thanks for this, great anime. I really liked it, really, really liked it. Unlike Hataraku Maou-sama!, which is light hearted, Kyousougiga really has some depth to it. Got any more recommendations? Doesn't have to be slice of life, though I wouldn't mind more of it!
  21. Gonna try it next.
  22. Finished it and I must say I really liked it, hope they do a season 2 of this. I usually don't watch anime as I got feed up some time ago and I prefer manga, but I must say this one hit the sweet spot, I think I'm going to try looking for more series to start.
  23. I came across a AMV on youtube and for some reason I liked what I saw. It's a slice of life anime mostly, though there is some fantasy action. I'm on episode 10 of 13 right now and so far I really like it, I had a bunch of honest laughs while watching it. Hataraku Maou-sama!
  24. Well they won't come out and say "You get what you paid for!".
  25. Uh, that kind of backfired, I wasn't talking about you, if we really need to get specific I was talking about PrimeJunta.. As for Grognard, I got a distinct feeling like that Josh used it as a derogatory term. As for apologizing, that was just the vibe I got from this thread (and a little ranting on my part). As for being disrespectful, I think the regulars here are pretty ok in that regards. I mean they give as much as they take, but they would much rather get their point across then sling personal insults. I think people here are confusing how new people act (on both sides) with how some familiar people on this forum are behaving. I don't even see the biggest offenders on this forum anymore. I mean what do you guys expect will happens when the game releases? No matter how the game turns out, I will bet you that things on this forum will get wild for a few months at the least.
