It should include a Steam key you need to use. -
The Long Hunt questline
sparklecat replied to Spiritseye's topic in Pillars of Eternity: Stories (Spoiler Warning!)
Sagani just looked briefly horrified and then said "let's go, it doesn't matter" with me, presumably because of earlier dialogue choices during her quest. -

I think the problem at present is that people have no clue what you're talking about.- 471 replies

Well, that's pretty sweet. How'd you do that? It was for the quest in Ondra's Gift where the brothel madam wants you to stop the attacks; I talk to the attackers, they say the brothel needs to lower their prices, I talk to the brothel, they say they can't afford to with the Doemenels charging so much for birth control, I go to the Doemenels, they say they won't help me out until I do them a favour, so I go tell some dude to leave the city, pretend I did something much more scary and intimidating back with the Doemenels, then they agree to drop their prices and everyone's happy! eta: and then I talked to my buddy, who just told the attackers to quit attacking the brothel, to which they apparently responded "yeah, okay." Still, yay for more affordable birth control in my world.

Please Change Shop Filters

As has been mentioned elsewhere, sold mundane weapons/armour/etc should also simply disappear, not clutter up the shop's inventory. -

Your choices in Act 2 make a ton of difference to the outcomes; you just don't see it right then. -
That would actually make the game deceptively harder in some ways, as you aren't getting health back by doing that. Could end up running out of health extremely quickly by relying on this "cheat". I'm thinking of it more as a way to get through those tough fights you can't manage otherwise; something to buy you more time in them. I'm sure there are straight up cheats that'd work too of course.

It's just a bit of rape! I mean, it's what her purpose in that society probably was anyway, right? That's even assuming the story is true, which, come on. She wasn't even acting like a rape victim. Plus the guy was taking care of her; really, when you think about it, she should be grateful for all he did to support her. Jesus christ.

I think it's reasonable to put in a story mode below easy that's basically a cakewalk for those who want or need such, while leaving easy alone for those who want to use it as it is to improve their skills. For a quick and dirty way to do it, what about a mod that gives everyone Second Chance as a base skill? Anyone know how to do that easily?

What ending did you choose?
sparklecat replied to dirigible's topic in Pillars of Eternity: Stories (Spoiler Warning!)
Bear in mind that they're not going to be socialized simply because they gain souls; there's no reason to think having eaten their parents will upset them any more than having eaten anyone else, or for that matter that remembering eating people will be especially traumatic for them at all. They won't have learned any sort of morality yet, either; arguably they'll be as much helpless blank slates as the infants, doomed to die in the wilderness unless the animal soul sustains them or they're found by others. -

Hylea's ending, incidentally, is also a really good way to continue supporting traditional faith in the gods, which my priestess was good with.
