  1. I'd add Bardatto's Luxury to A tier. Immunity to Constitution afflictions and 10% chance to Sicken on hit is pretty nice, plus other benefits.
  2. It's a good pt. There is a level of quantity over quality in the main game. Beast of Winter spoiled be Thinking about it again, I would replace shallowness with rigidness. I expect more from a main quest but oh well. Actually found a thread from the beta days with the same complaint ha.
  3. It's a bug. A very frustrating bug for those who don't like to just slaughter everything. It's all over the technical support board.
  4. A few examples - Modals keep getting stuck. Sometimes I have three modals available. I am using Cuthroat Cosmo but I have a lingering benefit from Abraham...who I never picked up? Spell reflection bonuses from gear (except Xoti's Lantern) are not showing up. Arkymer quest is still buggy. He speaks like I killed Llengrath in PoE1 but I didn't. I choose a different God than Galawain but the dialogue acts like I choose him. How do I upload a save? Thanks.
  5. Don't forget the Skyrim is the greatest RPG to be released, surpassing the **** stain that was BG2. Without BG2 you wouldn't have Pillars. So be thankful.
  6. Regardless of power, the Ranger is still so boring to play. So in that regard it's also the weakest haha.
  7. If by worst you mean best, then yes, it does.
  8. I did not have the option with the Chief. Furthermore, after telling me I wasnt welcome, he seemed to forget during our follow up conversation where he was friendly and jovial.
  9. This quest illustrates Deadfire's shallowness during certain quests. I can destroy the Adra pillar but I can't have any meaningful dialogue with the chieftain, even if I have evidence for destroying the pillar (Beza's pages)? It's little things like this that break immersion. Instead of starting a story arc about the dangers of adra mining and colonizing in Deadfire, we are simply left to our own imaginations. Obsidian kept the waters too shallow.
  10. She can defend herself but she is still being chased by the Wild Hunt. She can't fight them alone forever.
  11. But W3 does have a few really hot digital chicks. *Ahem* if that is your thing.
  12. Witcher 3 is prob one of the worst culprits. Esp as you get deeper into the story. Really enjoyed the game but it was exhausting and stressful haha.
  13. There is a chance it creates a wound...not all that poor of a description.
  14. A dedicated healer? No. But one or two companions who can heal? Sure. I am running a multi Xoti and single Tekehu and they keep the party sturdy.
  15. It shouldn't be so urgent. And we should have to search for Eothas. That part of the soul has 15 experience levels. If we could get them... Even less urgency would be ideal but require a complete rewrite of the story. The only problem is...it's kinda hard to miss a giant made of Adra
  16. The main story would be more engaging and challenging if they more logically gated progress. For example, you have to recruit a faction (disposition 2) to bolster your forces and advance through the second story mission. The urgency of the main story is not believable either. We want our soul back...or we're the shepard of souls. But nothing in game actually forces us to move with urgency. Something like, the longer you go without your soul, the slower exp gain. Or you hear of more settlements being trampled. Something in game that evidences the sense of urgency. Ah oh well, can always RP I guess haha.
