Also, thank you for the super thorough job of getting us all of the necessary data the Programming team needs to investigate this issue. I have put it all together in a report and sent it to the QA and Programming teams to being their investigation so they can see what the cause of this would be and see what they can do for a fix. If you happen to discover anything else about this, please continue to post it here as I will be linking this thread to the report to be used as a reference during their investigation. Unable to pick lock in Treasure Trove (Dunnage)

When testing this in my own game I am able to unlock the chest properly. The chest is still considered stealing, but I can indeed take the contents out. Would you be able to provide me a save where this is occurring for you so we can test to see what is going on in your particular case? Game crashing on loading a save

Would you be able to send us the other contents of those crash folders and a save file as well? The output_logs help, but the crash.dmp and error.log give more specific information to the programmers so they can see exactly what is going on that would cause a crash. If you are able to get those and either attach them here or email them to me at support@obsidian.net along with your forum user name and a link to this thread that would be amazing. Also, both logs showed the crash occurring loading into the same area in the Slums. Are you only crashing there or is your game crashing in other locations as well? In the meantime I'll be putting a report together with these output_log.txt files so the programmers can get started. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.

Problem with graphics

Would you be able to first try what Daled recommended as that tends to fix most corrupted or missing file issues. If that doesn't help, I'd recommend making sure your game, graphics drivers, and operating system are all up to date. If none of that fixes the issue for you, then if you could reproduce the issue and send us a copy of your output_log.txt as well as a save in Queen's Berth where this is occurring, that would be great! Hey Draffutt, I'm sorry you are getting this scene transition crash. Would you be able to provide us with the crash.dmp and error.log that would be in the crash folder as well. If needed you can find instructions on where that folder is located here. If you could also send us a copy of your save where this is occurring, that would be amazing as well. The team became very interested in this and requested the save to find out. I'll definitely let you know once they get some testing in and the programmers get a new look at this. [4.0 Beta] Number randomly appearing in dialog box
Hey Andrea! If i recall, I think those numbers were from where the abilities are displaying their numbers and are being left on display when the rest of their UI is gone. We do have this one in the system, but it looks like it hasn't been fixed yet. Thanks for the reminder and sorry for the bug.

I think it's fixed for future situations, but it may not remove the effect if already applied. I should be able to run some console commands to get rid of them for you, however. If you send me your latest save game file, I should be able to fix it and get you into a stable state. If needed, you can find the location of your save files here. Constant Crashing

Unfortunately the programmers use a program to be able to read that kind of information. Once they have the crash.dmp and error.log, they can then open the files in their program to be able to see what happened during the crash. The output_log.txt does provide some minor insight into the issue without having to use programs and does help a bit, but the other two will help the most. Fortunately we already had this one bugged and it is fixed. The fix is currently awaiting a future patch to be implemented along other fixes. Keep an eye on the Beta Patch branch for the latest patch notes to see when this is brought into Deadfire as it will be released there before it goes live on the Default branch.
