  4. Hello Hbeale, Sorry for these crashes you are running into. Based on what I can see, it looks like there were several potential things among the five logs you provided that had caused crashes. I put them into a bug report and sent them to the Programming team to investigate so they can get a fix in for these. If you discover anything else about these crashes or if you run into any more, please let me know so I can forward the information along to the programmers. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience these crashes have been causing. P.S. It may be worth checking to make sure your graphics drivers and operating system are up to date or to reinstall Deadfire to see if the basic troubleshooting might fix anything that may have gone wrong during any recent patch updates.

In regards to this situation, I wouldn't feel bad as you were put into a forced situation. If you were in a legit combat and THEN did that, then I would feel a bit guilty Thanks again Graschwar!
  6. Hey Zelda, I couldn't load those saves either, weird. I was able to load into the bathhouse as you had mentioned and was able to progress and load any new saves after that at least. Have you also been able to progress and use the new saves as well? Regardless, I sent the examples you gave us to the dev team to investigate for any needed fixes. Thanks again Zelda!
  7. Hello Zelda, When using your saves, I recruit Ydwin and keep the original party that I see in your screenshot. After that I go to Flaune and discuss doing her a favor until she opens the portal and I am transitioned into Rymrgands realm as intended. Would you be able to get a video of what is occurring for you so we can see what dialogue options are being taken and what occurs afterwards?   8. Hey Nem0! My best guess without seeing this in action would be that there is an ability like Suppress Affliction, Liberating Exhortation, or something else that is putting the affliction on hold but it's possible that there is a bug where the timer isn't coming off for some reason. If you could get a screen shot and send us that and a copy of your save that would be great! If needed, you can find instructions on where the saves are located here. If the forums don't allow you to attach it due to size, you can send the save to me at support@obsidian.net. Thanks Nem0!

  11. Hello Voodoo, I'm sorry you are crashing during launch. The most common reason I've seen lately is from people who use a program called Citrix which recently had an update to their receivers. For some reason the update to this program stopped users from being able to play some Unity based games. As soon as the players uninstalled the program or rolled back the update, they were all able to start playing again. If the above is not the cause of the issue for you, would you please be able to send me the crash folder so we can look further into this issue. The folder should contain the crash.dmp, error.log, and output_log.txt. If needed, you can find instructions on where to obtain these files here. The forums may not be able to hold all of those files based on their sizes so if you can email them to me at support@obsidian.net along with your forum user name and a link to this thread, that would be amazing. In the meantime, I submitted a bug report with all the information you provided and sent it to the QA and Systems Design teams to investigate.   13. Hello GuJiaXian, I'm sorry you are still getting a load map error. The fix that Programming implemented seems to not have fixed all cases as I have had multiple reports between yourself and other users who are still getting this to occur. Would you be able to send me a copy of the save file that doesn't load at all as well as your latest save from the ship? I want to have the team take a look into what might be going on in this particular case to see if there is something that can be done to get you back on track. If needed, you can find instructions on where your save files are located here. The files may be too big to attach to the forums and in that case, if you can send them to me at support@obsidian.net along with your forum user name and a link to this thread as a reference, that would be amazing. We will reach out to Steam to see if there is something they can do to help us with this issue so that it would be easier for folks with family sharing who want to play Deadfire.   16. Hello Maaront, It seems like this is the kind of bug that is going to need the update to be able to resolve the issue. The patch is still on schedule for Thursday assuming nothing goes wrong with the Beta Patch branch, but then it will need to go through Apple for approval which can take a couple of days extra as well, so I'm hoping Apple can get it up for this coming weekend. I'm sorry for this long fix, but hopefully you wont have any other issues after that. Please let me know your status after the patch goes in for you.   17. Hey everyone! Thank you for the update! The bug is still in the process of getting fixed for a puture patch. It is one of the kinds that should definitely be displayed in Patch Notes when it is fixed and implemented into Deadfire so keep an eye on those notes Thanks again for the status of this bug!
  18. Hey everyone, The fix seems to not have fixed every situation as there are still some of you saying you are still getting these occurrances. I really need those save files and output_log.txt files I mentioned above for the Programming team to be able to look into your individual issues. Without those there is no data for them to work with to get this fixed for you. Please send those files to me at support@obsidian.net along with your forum user name and a link to this thread so that I can forward them to the Programming team so they can try to look into these for you.   19. Hey Hoo! The original bug is still open in our system, but it is very possible one of the other fixes could have resolved the issue. In regards to the disappearing weapons, that one is indeed closed and set as fixed for the v3.1.1 patch. If you notice any other changes regarding the status effects from Xoti, please let us know!   21. Hello Maaront, I'm sorry you are getting this Missing DLC error. We had an issue with the MacPlay version that had LAXF(Mega Bosses) content added to the game, but MacPlay not actually recognizing it. This shouldn't have affected people who only used MacPlay and as far as we have seen this only affected users who used their saves from somewhere else and imported them as they would then have the LAXF content in them. We have a fix for this issue just about ready to go in the coming week. If you could do me a favor so we can be sure this is the DLC that is giving you the error, would you hover your mouse over the "Missing DLC" button? It should show a tooltip of which DLC is missing to confirm this. Thank you Maaront, and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you.
  22. Hello MonkeyMan, It sounds like there might be something off with your audio files after having done the updates. Depending on what platform you are using(Steam, GOG, MacPlay, etc) you may be able to Verifiy the Integrity of the Game Files to fix it, or an uninstall/reinstall of the base game with the DLCs included might fix it as well. If those do not work for you, please let me know so we can look into other alternatives to getting this resolved for you. Thank you MonkeyMan and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
