The City Lost to Time *Bug*
SChin replied to korel's question in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Hello Korel, I'm sorry you are having trouble finishing up Deadfire. If you could send us your save file to support@obsidian.net along with your forum user name and a link to this thread as a reference, that would be amazing! Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. -
Hey Boeroer! Thanks for letting us know! I've gone ahead and put this one into the system and linked the thread. If you discover anything else about this please continue to post it so the devs can see and use whatever you find as a reference. Thanks again Boeroer!

Hello N7Cross, I'm sorry you are getting these frame rate issues. Would you be able to reproduce the issue and then send me a copy of your output_log.txt and save file to support@obsidian.net? Once I have those, I can have some folks take a deeper look into what might be causing the issue. I know some other players have come back to the game with issues like these have been able to fix them by doing a clean install of an older version of their graphics drivers from when they were playing prior, but I'm not sure if it will work in this case or not. Thank you N7, and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.

Hello Rone, I'm sorry for the display of the Journal. Would you be able to send us a copy of your save and your output_log.txt file after causing this to occur? If needed you can find instructions on where to obtain these here. If you could send those to me at support@obsidian.net along with your forum user name and a link to this thread as a reference, that would be awesome! Thank you and sorry for this bug!

P.S. Your drawings are awesome

Hello Monoiris, I'm sorry you are getting a drop in frame rate during your playthrough. Would it be possible for you to reproduce the issue and then send me a copy of your output_log.txt file along with the latest save? If needed, you can find instructions on how to obtain these here. You can either attach the files here or send them to me at support@obsidian.net along with your forum user name and a link to this thread as a reference. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.

Hello Bakkan! Thank you for letting me know about this. Looking at the screenshot you attached, it looks like you already have Dug-In enchanted on the weapon. When enchanting a weapon that has multiple options, a warning window appears that mentions that if you enchant it with one, you cannot enchant it with the other later. This seems to be the case with your version of Wahai Poraga. If you like, I could delete your old weapon and give you a new one to re-enchant it, but I would need an up to date save file for that. Please let me know if you would like to do that

[3.1] Hanging Sepulcher Enemies
SChin replied to Olmek's question in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Hello Olmek, I'm sorry for the difference in difficulty level in the Hanging Sepulchers. I don't see an attached save file to the forum post, however. Would you be able to send it to me at support@obsidian.net along with your forum user name and a link to this thread as a reference? Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience. -
Hello Drake, I'm sorry you're not getting all of the voice over for your playthrough. We recently pushed an update to the Beta Patch branch for the 3.1.1 hotfix. I was wondering if switching to that would still have the voice over issue or not. My "Voices" sub folder in Audio is showing 1.67GB. Let me know if this helps!

Hello everyone! Thank you for reporting this! The team is aware of the issue and are currently investigating to figure out what is causing this to occur. If you discover more, please continue to post it here as they are looking at this thread as a reference for additional information. Thank you all for helping with this

Hey everyone, The next time this happens for you, could you immediately grab the output_log.txt file and the latest save you used and send it to us at support@obsidian.net? If needed, you can find instructions on how to find those here. That output_log.txt file would go a long way on this one. Thanks and sorry this is still occurring.

Hello Salvandijk, I'm sorry about this long standing bug. This is still slated to get fixed in a future patch but the bug still hasn't been taken care of yet. I took the save you provided, removed the cape, and placed it into your Watcher's personal inventory. You shouldn't crash anymore until either the cape is equipped again or the bug is fixed. Please let me know if any other issues arise during your playthrough. I'll link the drive that has your updated save file below. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1iEghC5sU2D8MEpQNOCIJQG-NjQUn9pQE Thank you for reaching out to us and sorry for the inconvenience this bug is causing you.

Hey everyone! This fix is already implemented into the 3.1.1 hotfix patch for the Beta Patch branch. Under the assumption that everything goes smoothly with the Beta Patch branch, the fix should then go live to the Default branch some time next week. Thanks for reporting these issues and sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

Hello ZeldaGaiden! Thank you for reporting this issue! Would you be able to send us a copy of your save file where this is occurring? We want to test this on a new playthrough and on yours to be thorough. If you could either post it here or mail it to me at support@obsidian.net, that would be amazing. Also, if you discover anything else about this, please continue to post it on this thread as I will be linking it to the bug report so that the devs can use it as a reference. Thanks for the help ZeldaGaiden!

Hey Rasmakisnandar, That is a bug we have had with many weapons that has been fixed by the programmers and is just awaiting a patch to get implemented. We should be releasing a new patch to the Beta Patch branch soon and then live to the Default branch generally a week or so later. So stay tuned for those patches for that fix! Thank you for the report and sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello Bugged, What is the exact screen resolution you are using? I just want to go through the database and see what we have to compare to this and also let the Programming team know this is still an issue. Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
