I will say that the exploration is much better than BG2...when OE makes these games now and in the future they need to keep that open world feeling. I think most people agree that they like an inter-working and connected world much better than the teleport train game. So yea keep the wilderness and explorable maps just make some of the areas like the stronghold have more people and make all of the areas feel alive and everything will be solid.

I'd like to see more companions as well...I agree that there aren't enough and no PS:T has nothing to do with it as I felt the same way back then too. I hope with more budget they can do at least 1 companion per class...but around 12 total would be pretty sick.

Na it's not better than the BG games but it's really only a few terrible design decisions that are stopping it from being a 10...most of it is combat related...if the combat was any where near the rest of the game it could have been an all timer...but the combat is ****. (cuz in the future some annoying things won't be there, such as the stupid backer NPC names and memorials)

Yea it was just kind of put there to be put there since it was a stretch goal...it's worse than NWN2 which is strange since it's a similar team as the NWN2 team... They really need to juice it up or just don't do it...it needs more people in and around it and better/more options and explanations of things.

Tbh I really dislike recovery penalty on armor. A LOT. Said that too...numerous times...

Yea the combat mechanics are bad and it's hard to even truly judge combat atm more than likely since there are some pretty big bugs out there affecting things. It's not nearly as good as the IE games but I hope it's success can bring us another type of game like this where JE isn't the lead...he can keep PE but I hope we get a Pathfinder cRPG led by someone else.

Wizards suck..we've been telling them that since like the first beta build...the lead designer hates wizards so we'll probably have to deal with it.

Insane bugs lol....glad I haven't done much yet....wonder if there's people with like 100 in stats...how does that not get found in testing? Gonna keep with Bloodborne till these things get squared away....is why I keep checking up here every so often. And yea there needs to be accuracy on a stat(s)....but hey we told them that numerous times....combat is pretty boring too bad we can't tell if its because of the bugs, mechanics, armor/attack system or what...probably a combination of all.

The stealth mechanic is pretty bad, especially since you have to be in that same mode to search/find hidden stuff.

Yea that guy pretty much just said "I don't know **** about art or what I'm talking about" with that statement in his review. Otherwise not a bad review for IGN.

I'd liek to read some of the DLC content but the DLC content isn't downloading from Steam for a lot of people...myself included.

I tried to start the game and it didn't even start lol. I wasn't really going to play much anyway Bloodborne too damn good atm.

I'm having the same issue except that I bought a fresh copy of the Champion Edition from Steam and there is no way to activate that on their portal... So yea the Steam Client says the DLC's have been downloaded but they are no where to be found and I have reinstalled and restarted the steam client and no dice.

Having issues with the champion edition as well...nothing has been DL even though all the DLC's are checked and says it's installed. Have done what the Dev requested and performed total reinstall...somethings still wrong.

To be fair he could honestly be surrounded by yes men... I mean some people think of these guys as celebrities and such so if one of those were working there they may not want to challenge the decisions or come hard with opinions, especially newer employees. That's why I don't buy the whole "well QA isn't complaining about it" schtick.
