Judging from the E3 Demo, animations & combat leaves a lot to be desired. Geralt moves like a crippled WW1 veteran. Then again, the demo player most likely sucked. And appears to be quite horrible. But again, lousy demo player.

Also, get some Kirill Pokrovsky tunes for the soundtrack. Apparently, this Russian genius made so much music for Divinity 2 that Larian has enough material for three games.

If the powers with cooldowns are thrown out of the window, at the very least make combat like Divine Divinity. No more chopping down of trees, please. And preferably make the rest of the game like Divine Divinity as well (open world, freedom to interact with everyone & everything, witty dialogue). That's really the only game Obsidian should look up to.

Summary of E3:

Funny how the North Korean "supporters" were in fact Chinese actors. North Korea played about as good as their Southern neighbour. I didn't expect them to be steamrolled, after all Brazil is no Germany.
