    Aussies are on a roll.

It'll probably end in an embarassing penalty shoot-out anyway. I can't wait.
  3. Females in full armour is perfectly fine, as long as the armour design lacks breast protrusions (which, imo, is worse than chainmail bikini).

Should be USA-Ghana in the 1/8 finals. And England-Germany... don't mention the war.
  5. I'll take boobie cards over QTE sex scenes, thank you very much
  6. Even European developers eventually have to buckle down and 'streamline' their games in order to be able to play with the big boys. Look at CD Projekt and how Witcher 2 is going, the previews for Two Worlds 2 (more 'action oriented') or Radon Labs that went out of business and subsequently got bought by a developer of online games. Exception is a dev like Larian studios, that also does other work outside of video game development.

I think since 1966 they've never failed to pass the group stage, no?

If England doesn't qualify, I am half expecting the same drama with England as with France.
  9. Heh, kids these days... Anyway, 8-ft long broadswords is only the beginning. God, I love Japan.
  10. The 'bikini-clad bimboes' at least make perfect sense.

Zizou for new national coach, and kick out all the current overpaid crybabies, beginning with Henry.

I think the big difference in 2002 was that SK bribed half the referees. Just look at their matches against Italy & Spain.
  13. They must've read this thread's title.
  14. I'd like more plot details. Is the game an actual remake of DS 1, or does the game's plot take place after DS2: Broken World? If it indeed takes place after Broken World, there's room to create a new spell system & include whole new monsters while remaining true to the lore (Broken World -> stars shift, new era begins).

Does anyone in NK even watch the WC? I bet their propaganda machine twists every match into a NK victory... but this time they're going to have a bit of a hard time with that.
  16. Thorwalians kick ass.
  17. First RPG to feature Kinect technology: Witcher 2.
  18. The Whispered World is a great old skool adventure games that came out in recent years. Ghost pirates of Vooju island & Book of unwritten tales are in the same vein. Highly recommended. Not bad for a genre that has been dead for over a decade.
  19. I think SW:TOR is just going to get lost in the deluge of other MMOs that have been posted above... while I would venture to guess that the EA fatcats are counting on biting a considerate chunk of WoW's lead. But a TES MMO has a high chance of becoming the new #1... that is, if Zenimax doesn't go overboard with the system requirements.
  20. Link Is Jason Bergman the 'overseer' at Bethesda for this project?
  21. There might even come a TES MMO from Zenimax Online Studios.
  22. New pretty post-apocalyptic cover for Fallout Online:
  23. I bet Herve (the Norman Osborn of video game development) has illusions that this vehicle is going to kill WoW.
